Kyle Shanahan on Curtis Robinson: “He's really worked to get better each year, and he's a very talented guy. I think when he came here, he hadn't played in a system like this for a while. It took him a little bit to kind of pick that up, but we so believed in him as a guy and his talent level that after a year, you could start to see it clicking. He became a big asset on special teams, and last year was the first time that we really believed he was going to step in there, really contribute at linebacker at a high level. It was actually kind of a sad story, but it was about 20 minutes before he tours ACL, was the first time that I told him he'd be starting that week. It was his first start in his career, and he had earned it. We were going to move him ahead of Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles at the time. I had just told Flannigan, which was tough for Flannigan, but they were so tight, so he was happy for Curtis. Then it was about 20 minutes later that Curtis tore his ACL on special teams before he even got to a defensive rep. He was so coming in there and finally about to have his moment. Then he had that setback, which I know crushed the team for him. He's one of the most liked guys on our team, as good of a person and good of a dude as I've ever been around. "Jack that's his hometown and he brought probably the most people that's ever been to Churchill Downs ever... it was a huge moment for him and just to see that Drake coming to his hometown and being a part of that song... at the time like everybody was like "he's the white boy", "he's the one right now" and to see him come and embrace him like that was a big deal."

StickDAO is a web3 hub for people with special needs, a platform that spotlights and supports life changing ideas. 🪄 It's a 7 month old journey with a lot of beautiful memories. One of the most notable moments was meeting meow and Jupiter in Catstanbul. We can not thank enough for his continuous support to Stickman in his journey to become one of the Neuralink patients. Our founder , a spinal cord injury survivor, uses his computer with a stick in his mouth. He thinks web3 is the perfect platform for people with disabilities, they can easily socialize and grow. He says: "During the 18 years that he was battling with his condition, web3 was the only place he felt confident. I was just like any other people there and never felt discriminated against." Now, his goal is to move to the U.S. and apply for Neuralink. In short, our mission is to onboard people like him to the web3 ecosystem, educate them, invite them into our events, help them find job opportunities and share their stories in our community. President of the Heritage Foundation, Kevin Roberts, on last week’s viral video responding to the Tucker Carlson/Fuentes interview: “When the script was presented to me, I understood from our former colleague (Ryan Matthew Neuhaus) that it was approved - it was signed off on.” Roberts added: “The process was rushed, it involved too few people, and our former chief of staff had the pen.” Following the fallout from the video, Neuhaus was replaced as chief of staff at Heritage and reassigned to a senior adviser position. He subsequently resigned on Monday.

This was one of the most fun episodes for me with Alex Pall from The Chainsmokers and Mantis. I love music so it was very fun for me to get to hear the stories behind the creation of songs like Something Just Like This, Closer, and Don't Let me Down. We also talked about creation of art in general, the role of albums in music, sources of inspiration, and how AI will impact music. Alex is also a great startup investor, and one of few people operating at a high level in two distinct industries at once.
