Same move, different target. Handle size dictates whether your dips build a massive chest or huge triceps. Lock in the right grip

Real question because obviously you know what you’re doing, do dips not need to have more of a full range of motion?

The strongest people in the gym aren't always the strongest physically. They're the ones who keep showing up when life gets difficult. That's real strength.

Torso angle does even more of the steering than the handle. Lean forward with the elbows flared and it is all chest, sit upright with them tucked and the triceps take it. Pair that with the grip you are pointing at and you can dial either one in on the same dip station.

Small adjustments can make a big difference. Understanding how grip width shifts the emphasis helps you train with intention and get more from every rep. Quality technique beats mindless volume every time. 💪

I really want to get some thicker handles on my gymnastic rings to try this out 🤔

@mrojaycutler I use the pad, and I also use the bullhorns. I say do both. And you can put your hand all the way forward on the pad or to the side on the pad and that targets different areas too.

How much juice do you do? I’m looking to get jacked like you!
