I wish this anchor would juxtapose the facts on ground and our Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA) of 2018 and he will appreciate the obligation the regulator has to ensure competition and no monopoly or market dominance. There may be a crisis of confidence in that industry, but the reason Dangote refinery is a success today is because of the support of this government

Just did a quick video on a couple of the reasons I'm cautious on the market here and why I have not yet covered my $SPY short. With that said, cycle work shows a strong tendency to rally starting sometime in April/May. We are likely looking at a cyclical decline within an on-going secular bull market. However, every bear market starts as a pullback, and when the warning signs are present, I treat a pullback as a potential bear market and step aside until the smoke clears. The biggest warning sign currently is the way individual stocks are behaving and the distribution dominate tape we are seeing. Enjoy the video. I hope it brings some insight to my thoughts on the market.
