Sand is already drifting back into the open pile holes on the next row. Public tracker OEM manuals typically call for pile location in a ±15–50 mm band, more often around ±25 mm, and plumbness at 1 to 2 degrees. The ±5 mm accuracy only holds if that rail is still true after the last storm. Pile as-builts on the next block still decide whether the ±5 mm survives the next storm.

This year marks the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Pakistan. Through changing times, China-Pakistan friendship has remained as strong as iron, with the two countries often termed as "Iron Brothers", while green cooperation is becoming a new highlight of bilateral ties. Located on the Jhelum River in Pakistan, the 720 MW Karot Hydropower Project, developed by CTG and operated by CSAIL, is known as Pakistan's version of "Three Gorges Project". It is the first major CPEC hydropower project in commercial operation and the first large-scale hydropower investment project under the Belt and Road Initiative. With an average annual output of about 3.206 billion kWh, it can meet the electricity demand of more than five million local people. CSAIL also operates three wind farms in Jhimpir, Sindh, with a combined installed capacity of 148.5 MW. Together, they deliver about 443 GWh of clean electricity every year, enough to meet the power needs of more than 600,000 people. But this partnership is not only about electricity. Beyond power generation, CSAIL has supported biodiversity protection along the Jhelum River, community infrastructure, roads, bridges, water systems, hospitals, schools, scholarships and flood relief. From hydropower to wind power, from energy supply to community support, these projects show how clean energy cooperation can bring long-term value to people, nature and development.

FACTS ON AFARI HOSPITAL; — NDC took the project from Kumasi to Tamale because they felt the people of Ashanti Region didn’t deserve such an ultra- modern Health facility. — It took the people of Ashanti and some authorities to force the NDC Government to bring back the project to Asanteman — The project had its funding fully secured by President Kuffour in 2008 so all what NDC needed to do was just to build straight away but in their whole 8 years, they were able to build only 40% of the Hospital. — in 2017, when NPP inherited the 40%, with their 8 years in Government, they also built it to 98% complete and provided all the equipments needed to complete the Hospital. they (Nana Addo/Bawumia Government) paid all monies owed with regards to this project, they paid the $180 million loan secured by Kuffour, they once again paid the re-evaluation bill at the cost of 19.3 million due to the delay and also paid $2.5 million out of the renegotiated $3 million ( it was $6 million which the NPP Government negotiated and brought it downward to the $3 million) the only amount the state owes the contractor is $500,000. The NDC didn’t pay a penny with regards to this Afari Project.

After my law firm took off in 2013, I embraced the opportunity to give back to society by supporting the construction of a house for a vulnerable family each year.
