Now these results have not yet been released to the public, but Chris Pappz has been analyzing them, and what he discovered is hard to believe Even at the highest performing schools in the city. And science proficiency is just 3%. Our students deserve better. It’s time for Pennsylvania to opt-in to the federal Education Freedom Tax Credit and give families real options at getting a quality education.
