I had this lower back issue last month but now I am OK . It is all about cause and effect . The human body does have some resilience but will not tolerate repeated abuse . Such as repeatedly bending by the waist with out bending at the knees . To much chair time slouching forward at the computer i mac. Not resting and digesting.
