This works best with still renders. For animations, it has some consistency issues right now, which I am trying to improve. Temporal accumulation would fix it easily, but we dont have it in blender :(

Omg, does this work with multiple objects? I did something similar but it only blends one at a time

Yes, this is a post processing effect. It works with any amount of objects

This is really cool Is this an addon?

I will release it as an addon once I fix some technical issues

Nice, looking forward Seemingly a very useful tool for scenebuilding

No way~ I attempted the same thing too, recently! But I struggle with blending them because I wasn't familiar with vector math. Your results are way nicer. #b3d

Will this be somehow available for us!? Or it's personal? I work only with animations, but if the imperfections aren't too bad i still could use it. Looks real nice on this video!

I will publish it as an addon

Perfect! Thanks! Will keep an eye for it!

cryptomatte... rocks!

Stunning, we can almost make all with blender

Sorry anyone who know how to draw scaffolding in blender?

Wow this is amazing

How? G buffer normals smoothing at edges? but then how to blend the textures…

Great work! If this is possible in Blender viewport, why is this technique not used in games?

The new subnautica is using similar tech

sir, this is awesome ! really love to buy it, or free who knows :D really nice work, thanks showing

👀

This looks amazing!!

🤯

It's life saver Looking forward to it

Decent

How does it compare to Blendit?

Neat and kinda fun to watch.

what magic is this. is this a addon?

It will be

which computer would run it so smooth like this

I am running this on rtx 4060 laptop in silent mode. This is not heavy to run. It is just a post-processing effect similar to screen space reflection

ohh great , thank you for explanation i though i needed an upgrade for that

merge. a skeleton into the ground

I really should learn nodes, it looks like such a powerfull tool

@Blender hire this guy.

This is cool, good sir! I remember watching the official MegaScans/Unreal demos and going "Dayum!" when they used the 'pixel offset' or something to blend rocks with the terrain. Been wishing it becomes possible in Blender ever since. I am very glad to see this. 🙌🏻

👀

в теооооории это в октане можно сделать, НО надо ограничить шейдер только до интерсекшенов) это в синема 4д ) В блендере не ебу как)

this great man, But how are you doing this anyway?

dang

Ohhh show me how
