Carney: "Let me conclude by noting the obvious but essential point: We are undergoing massive transformations in our economies. Let's plan for Mexico and make Canada strong. Our efforts will be strengthened by working together. As President Sheinbaum said at the G7 Summit - and I quote: 'In an interconnected world, no country can isolate itself.' As one of your predecessors advised: Between individuals, as between nations, respect for the rights of others is peace. By balancing respect for sovereignty with a belief in cooperation, Canada and Mexico can build together for the benefit of our peoples."

co-founder of Ramp, Eric Glyman on hiring: "We often like to write very short job descriptions. If there's one thing that matters, go just for that. Have the interviews center around just one thing and look for extraordinary spikes." some of the early hires at Ramp were 15 or 17 and known in the Minecraft community for being kids making private servers and building successful businesses to pay their way through college. their code wouldn't pass a Google review, but it was an early sign that they could build something from nothing, figure out the hard parts, and ship it to real users. as we build out the team at Lyra, this is something I keep coming back to, because as Eric said: "It's so hard to be excellent at anything. And if you can find someone who is excellent at something, even if it's very distinct or weird or a certain hobby, that's a sign that someone probably has what you're really looking for."

We built an AI companion that does deep research on markets without you ever leaving Polymarket . ✨ Hover over a market → instantly get analysis + a “Fact Score” (our LLM’s success estimate). 📄 One click → download a full report with sources + reasoning. This is just the first of many micro-products we’re rolling out in the coming weeks as we gear up for the launch of our DeFi protocol on Nov 26th. Currently pending Chrome Store approval, but if you’re holding $Polyfacts and want early access, slide into our DMs. We’ll get you a test drive, we would love to get your feedback.

Google just quietly dropped something big for agent builders It's called SAM: Sovereign Agent Mesh A peer-to-peer network where AI agents auto-discover each other, authenticate every packet and call tools across the mesh without a central server Think of it like BitTorrent, but for your agents Right now every agent stack you build is a walled garden. Claude Code talks to its MCPs. Codex talks to its MCPs. If you want agents running on your laptop, your VPS, and your Mac Studio to share tools with each other, you're duct-taping SSH tunnels and REST endpoints together like it's 2015 SAM makes that whole layer disappear You run a sam-node on each machine and the nodes find each other automatically. Every connection is cryptographically identified, so your agents plug in and start calling tools across the whole network The identity is portable too. Same node, same keys, whether it's on GCP, your laptop, or a Raspberry Pi in your closet If you're serious about running agents across multiple devices, get on the testnet this weekend: 1. Install sam-node (binary or Docker) 2. Point it at 3. Connect Claude or Gemini to your local MCP endpoint 4. Watch your agent discover tools running on other people's nodes Still early. Not officially supported by Google. This is where the agent stack is heading. Get on it early Repo:

Introducing Lobstack: Simplifying AI Deployment and Management For the past month, I’ve been building something I kept running into myself. Everone knows by now that OpenClaw is powerful. BUT, deploying it shouldn’t require DevOps. Lobstack provisions a dedicated server for you and installs OpenClaw automatically — one click, and your agent is live within minutes. No Docker setup. No terminal. No infrastructure babysitting. Not one line of code. You can choose your dedicated server location, select your LLM (our universal API or your own API), and interact with your agent through the custom web UI or Telegram. Discord, Slack, and more coming. Under the hood, it’s persistent, guarded, and capped — built to run 24/7 like real software. We’re also building a skill + API marketplace and exploring desktop and mobile apps to make agent communication seamless. It’s early. I’d genuinely value feedback from builders, operators, and anyone thinking about autonomous AI infrastructure. Or even any business owner that wants to implement AI into their operations. Try it out: Follow Lobstack for updates. Thanks OpenClaw🦞 community and Peter Steinberger 🦞

I’m thrilled to announce we’ve raised $44M to build a new home for product design. Meet Noon. No workflow is more broken and fragmented in 2026 than the product designers’. The very same people who care most about building software don’t have software purpose built for them. Kushagra Sinha and I have lived this problem first hand as designers ourselves. That’s why we built Noon. The first product design tool that works entirely on your product code, so you can design not only how a product looks, but also how it works. With AI at its core that works in seconds, not minutes. For the first time, you can create, iterate, build, test and ship. All in one canvas. No translations or roundtrips to the codebase and back. Comment “Get Noon” and we’ll get you on the list for early access.

Your phone can build voxel world now! 👾 This is an open-source tool that converts phone video into 3D point clouds. You can run Depth Anything 3 locally. Basically just local GPU inference. The interesting part is how it handles messy input. Video windows overlap, scale gets converted to real meters, drift gets corrected after inference. The system stitches everything together even when footage is noisy. Objects far away might fail strict confidence filters but still show up as recognizable buildings. That's huge for small robots because perception becomes cheap and stays local. Obviously it wouldn't be a phone for robots, but it shows the potential of edge/local perception processing. A robot can understand its environment without offloading to the cloud. Real-world video has artifacts and occlusions. The system doesn't need perfect input to reconstruct scene structure. It works with what's there. For robotics, this means small platforms can build 3D maps autonomously using hardware they already have. Here's the repo: ~~ ♻️ Join the weekly robotics newsletter, and never miss any news →

LucasArts is without a doubt one of the most iconic game studios of all time. Their trademark adventure games defined the 1980s and 1990s. Among the countless hits they gave us is this masterpiece from 1992: Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis. One of the most unusual twists was one of its endings. It’s actually a bad ending, with Indy dying - quite grim for a LucasArts adventure. But it also made the game stand out even more and added significantly to its replay value, thanks to the different paths you could choose and the multiple possible endings. Very much in the same way older “Choose Your Own Adventure” books worked, letting the reader (or player) have a real impact on how the story unfolds. Easily among the best point-and-click adventures ever made.

Who here remembers Pharaoh (1999), a city-building sim developed by Impressions Games? Deciding between this one and Caesar III (also by Impressions Games) was tough. I lean ever so slightly toward Pharaoh, but it’s very close. Maybe it’s just the setting - ancient Egypt instead of yet another “build an empire in Europe” variant. Pharaoh felt a bit more exciting and fresh with its different cultural background. Players guide a dynasty across 15 centuries of ancient Egypt, starting with a small village and rising to massive cities. Core gameplay revolves around resource management, housing evolution, farming, trade, and constructing monumental wonders like pyramids. In this sense the connection to Caesar III is noticeable, as the key focus is on micro-management. Your people need food, goods, healthcare, and a few more things to stay happy. You also prepare to defend against invaders or the occasional disaster, which increase in the later stages of the game. It was highly praised for its historical depth and atmospheric soundtrack (sometimes just watching your people go about their day and listening to all the sounds was almost hypnotic). If you were a fan of “build an empire” games, Impressions was really one of the kings of the 90s.

Scenario : You live in a housing estate full of young families in County Tipperary where you know all your neighbours and enjoy a peaceful life. Your kids are friends with the neighbours kids and they all play together in the fields across the road. Then one day the government decides to build a migrant/refugee plantation in the very fields your kids play in. The entire community protests, Irish workers even quit their jobs on the site once they learn its purpose. But the plantation moves ahead regardless because the owners import foreign workers. Months later your life has been turned upside down and you're faced with the prospect of having a walled off, purpose built village full of foreigners directory across the road from your home. Your kids are confused but you don't know what to tell them because even to you, it doesn't make sense why any government would do this to their own people. This is reality for the people of Clonmel.

🎶 Iran’s Latest AI Lego Song Video The latest entry in Iran’s viral series of AI-generated Lego-style propaganda music videos takes a different tone than its predecessors, with less mockery of Trump and Hegseth, and a direct appeal to ordinary Americans. The track opens: “I love the land of the free, but not the man in the hall. Between your flag and my home, there’s a bridge made of gold. But your leaders keep burning every story we’ve told.” The lyrics invoke the 1953 CIA-backed coup against Prime Minister Mohammad Mosaddegh: “Remember ‘53, Mosaddegh and the coup / Your leaders broke our democracy before it was new.” And the human cost of sanctions: “Your cynics’ maximum pressure is just slow motion demise / Medicine scarce and the currency’s floor bound / How can I cheer for the eagle when it’s pinning me down?” It also draws a parallel between Iranian and American working people: “I got cousins in Cali and friends in Detroit / Where the hearts in the Pentagon look for gaps to exploit / They want us to hate, they want a wall made of glass / But we’re both just the victims of a ruling class.” It closes with expressions of solidarity: “We’re fighting the same fight, just different skies. Peace to the Bronx. Peace to Shiraz. One world, two cages. Time to break the bars.“

Westwood was such an amazing game studio. One of their timeless classics is Eye of the Beholder 2, which was released in 1991. The intro alone gave me nerd chills - anyone who ever played Dungeons & Dragons would remember Khelben Blackstaff, and if he considers you his friend, what an honour! The game itself is your typical dungeon crawler. I don't mean that in a disrespectful way but appreciating it for what it was and is, a great game of its genre. Excellent graphics (I am such a sucker for that 90s pixel style), good sound effects and music, and an easy to use interface, making the real-time fights fast paced but manageable. Among the greats of Bard's Tale, Might and Magic, Ultima, and Wizardry, the likes of Eye of the Beholder or Lands of Lore were probably a tier below, but I always loved coming back to them. To me, this game is emblematic of the early 90s, and for that I love it.

AG1 Residency Program is a 10-week residency in Tokyo where founders from around the world live together, build together, and focus intensely on creating great products. Applications for Batch 3 are now open! Every batch, AG1 brings founders to Tokyo from across the world, including the US, China, Korea, and many other countries. For Batch 3, there is one type of founder we’re particularly excited to meet: Founders using AI not just to build better software, but to build new infrastructure and products that make AI accessible to ordinary people. We believe the next wave of AI will not only be about better models. It will be about turning intelligence into something people can actually use in their everyday lives, across work, commerce, education, entertainment, and the physical world. And we think Japan is one of the most interesting places in the world to build this: Japan is one of the world’s most advanced economies, yet many parts of society remain surprisingly under-digitized. There is still a huge gap between what technology can do and what people actually use every day. That gap creates an unusually fertile environment for founders: strong infrastructure, sophisticated consumers, large incumbent industries, and countless workflows that AI can fundamentally reinvent. If you want to build products that bring AI out of the lab and into the real world, we want you at AG1. It’s a rare opportunity to spend 10 weeks in Tokyo living and building side by side with ambitious founders from all over the world. And most importantly, check out the new AG1 video we just made! Applications and shares are very much appreciated 👇

You are using Docker wrong. I promise! Here are the two things you are missing out: • Your Dockerfiles are using a single stage. This is very slow. • You aren't caching steps as much as you could. This is also slow. For a couple of years now, Docker has been using BuildKit as its primary engine, which has added support for multi-stage Dockerfiles. Here's the deal: A single-stage Dockerfile (the one you are likely using) forces every step to depend on the previous one. That means: • Everything runs sequentially • The generated image is huge • Any change will skip cached layers • No opportunities to parallelize steps Changing one line early in the Dockerfile renders everything after it useless. There's a better way: Start using multi-stage builds. I recorded the attached video to illustrate a comparison between a slow, single-stage build and a fast, multi-stage build. Here is what you need to do: Split your Dockerfile into independent stages using multiple FROM statements. BuildKit will turn those stages into a dependency graph and run independent stages in parallel. There are several benefits to this: 1. The build process will be way faster. Parallelizing independent stages will save a massive amount of time. 2. You'll get way better caching. Each stage has its own set of layers. If something changes in your build stage, your final stage doesn't get invalidated. get clean final images. You don't need to ship tooling, compilers, or temporary files. You'll only copy to the final image what you need. This has been a massive upgrade to the way I structure my Dockerfiles.

If something changes in your build stage, your final stage doesn't get invalidated. get clean final images. You don't need to ship tooling, compilers, or temporary files. You'll only copy to the final image what you need. This has been a massive upgrade to the way I structure my Dockerfiles.

Beta Blocker just got a big update on Windows and Android. Buckle in 🐾 🎨 New Censor Styles Windows gets a full new lineup of effects: Static, Glitch, RGB Shift, Terminal and lot's more. Android gets also gets most of them too! 🎭 Preset Styles Windows now has themed preset styles, letting you swap between complete censor looks instantly instead of tuning every setting by hand. 🔄 Reverse Censor Reverse Censor is now available on Android, with a new Reverse Strength slider to choose your strength. There’s also a setup popup when enabling it, plus stronger One App coverage through Android Accessibility. On Windows, Reverse Censor is now more consistent across live mode, exports, recording, and virtual cam. 🎯 Per-Detection Overrides Windows now supports per-detection customization, so different detections can have their own style, text, and image instead of all sharing one global setup. 🧹 Fixes & Polish Fixed heavy cursor flickering during active blocking, improved performance for animated effects and larger boxes, and cleaned up several parts of the UI. This update also brings better language access, smoother scrolling, cleaner style controls, updated Android device targeting, support for the new Android settings in packs, cleaner overlay behaviour, and a smoother install/update experience. Oh, and the pack creator program was also updated to support all of the new features, and got a major cleanup, so this is essentially 3 programs getting major updates at the same time 🤗 Enjoy 💕

Someone projected their entire Obsidian vault into 3D and the shape revealed where they think and where they don't This is the work of Blake Crosley, "Topologies of Thought: Obsidian in Embedding Space," building on the three topologies Kat (Kat ⊷ the Poet Engineer ) first explored. Take 15,800 notes, turn each one into a point based on its meaning, and plot them in space. Notes about similar ideas land near each other, so the whole vault forms a shape, dense clusters where you think a lot, empty gaps where you don't. What it revealed: three tight hubs (AI, design, code) connected by thin bridges, plus a halo of orphan notes connecting to nothing. The gaps are the interesting part. A thin bridge between two clusters means you rarely think about those things together, that's a blind spot you couldn't see any other way. To do it yourself: run your notes through a free embedding model (Model2Vec's potion-base-8M, github repo /MinishLab/model2vec, runs local), then use UMAP to squash them into 3D and plot the points. You only need about 100 notes for the shape to show up, or just hand the whole pipeline to Claude Code. Your notes always knew the shape of your thinking. This just makes it visible. Bookmark this

CapCut Design Studio changed the way I think about creating with AI. For a long time, creating with AI felt less like creating and more like managing files—generate, export, switch tools, edit, re-upload, repeat. The ideas were flowing, but the workflow kept getting in the way. What's changing now isn't just image quality, it's the creative process itself. This video shows how I used CapCut Design Studio to build an autumn fashion poster from scratch. I started on the infinite canvas to explore styles, then used the pencil to easily remove unwanted elements and even swap out outfits to find the perfect look for my model. Also, I used the text editing feature to instantly translate my poster into multiple languages without losing the original aesthetic. If I ever need more options, the 'One More' feature automatically creates multiple creative variations with one click. Instead of switching between multiple tools, I was able to keep the entire creative process connected in one place. AI design is moving from "generate and download" to "create, refine, and scale"—and that's the shift I'm most excited about. What's the biggest bottleneck in your current design workflow? #capcutdesignstudio #capcut

elon musk started with 7 grok agents. by morning each had spawned somewhere between 80 and 900 more on its own, and no one had told them to multiply. openai and anthropic each sell you one agent that sits still for $400. this whole self-building swarm runs for $5 the swarm above is that overnight run, seven seeds that turned into thousands, every one of them working a slice of the same job with nobody at the keyboard here is the exact setup, and it costs nothing on top of a $5 key: -> spin up one grok agent and give it a standing order instead of a prompt: own a boring niche people search every day -> it reads x and reddit complaints in real time and picks the one nobody wants but everybody googles, because it is grok and it sees the whole app -> when the work outgrows it, it spawns its own helpers, 80 to 900 of them, and splits the site between them -> they build it on their own machines and ship 3 to 6 useful pages a night, on a routine you set once -> the swarm writes, negotiates and closes its own affiliate and referral deals by email, in your name, at 3am -> telegram sends you the money report and you never open the site -> month one is traffic, month three the first $237 lands, and it does not stop after that the whole time, opus 5 and gpt-5.6 are still sitting frozen, waiting for you to type the next message. one is a swarm that builds its own workforce and its own income while you sleep, the other is a $200 chat you have to drive by hand drop your $400/mo stack to $5, and bookmark this before someone's swarm spawns another 600 pages into the niche you would have owned. the full playbook is in the article below
