@SenJohnBarrasso “Clean coal” usually means capturing carbon emissions from burning coal and storing them in underground pockets of porous rock. While carbon capture and storage (CCS) technically does work, it is expensive to build new infrastructure and retrofit old plants. Other dangers too!
