Zuck believes there could be more AI agents than people in the world. During our conversation, I asked Mark about his long-term vision of AI and AGI in the future. His response: Zuckerberg: “Our vision is that there should be a lot of different AI out there and AI services, not just one singular AI... This is very true. AI integration is both hard and necessary for companies. And AI-native junior employees can drive this adoption. Earlier this year Aaron Levie explained with martin_casado on the a16z podcast how AI fluency is one of the most powerful skills a new grad can have. The real value comes from knowing how to make AI work inside an organization. Most companies, both large and small, are slow to adopt new technology. They need people who can explain what AI can do, show them how to use it, and help them move faster. If you are fluent in AI, you can be that person. You can walk into a company, spot the areas where AI can save time or create new opportunities, and make it happen. That is a wedge into your first job and a way to stand out from everyone else.

He felt compelled to remove it due to the incredible amount of bullying he was receiving. In his words: "The amount of hate, negativity, and fear was staggering, and I didn't want to defend myself against that." Nothing outrages me more me more than the "cancel culture" and the unfair pressures on creators who are simply using AI tools and showing the world how they can learn these new creative processes. His video is amazing. It shows how Generative AI nowadays is much more than "just writing a prompt". And how it will enable artists and designers to experiment in countless new ways. Remember that it's not that artists/designers hate AI! AI Haters are just a small group of people and they don't speak for all artists. In fact, I know many more artists and designers who already use it daily. But they just don't make noise: they focus on learning and creating.
