IOTA review in CoinBureau Back in 2018 $IOTA was one of the first coins I ever invested in, I even tried to setup a node back in 2019 for IOTA Since then they have been coming up here and there and earlier this year I started to see new innovations coming up within the eco. They are the og coin for real-world adoption. What they have going is that they were so early and has been able to build a trusted brand since 2015, now comes the question if they can do a full comeback into the top on CMC again? I would love to see them launching some infofi initiatives to bring awareness to Iota again.

According to my standards, I can do 43. -chest to ground -full lockout with clear pause at top -no “resting” at the top -body in good plank the whole time Start “resting” at top for >.25 sec? Set’s over. Start worming up? Set’s over. Why such strict standards? Because without them, it’s impossible to gauge progress. And this applies to most things. If I do this standard this time and then next time I let myself rest at the top as long as I want, or not touch the ground, or not fully lockout, and I get 62, did I improve? I have no idea. And does that mean you shouldn’t ever do sets where you rest at the top, or where you don’t do full chest to ground. No! But for testing/comparison purposes, it’s important to have clear standards. And I think these are the easiest to implement to a wide audience. No additional equipment needed, just touch your chest to the ground and fully lockout. Very clear bottom and top of the movement, no ambiguous “arms at parallel” or “4 inches off the ground.” Simple and repeatable. Repost or comment with a video (side view) of your results. I don’t care how many you do, I just wanna see great reps!

The subject of 'owning a slave' is dense. It is something we hear a lot when we are in the FemDom Realm. Is it just fantasy? Can it actually be a lifestyle? How do we navigate this type of dynamic? How do we even get to that level of D/s? In this short clip [Exerpt from SLAVE TRAINING Part 2] I want to already bring to your attention one thing that will define if your desire for a slave (or desire as a slave) is touching more on a fantasy or... how can you actually navigate this in a realistic way. No one person 'can do it all' or should be expected to. If you want your slave to be 'the best' , assign them a specific role in which they can excel... and then build upon that. Once they 'master' your housekeeping (which takes quite a bit of real training), they can move to other levels. And an important note I want to leave here... make them EARN access to certain things in your life that sometimes you just want to delegate because you don't want to manage or don't know how to manage. Entrusting them with serious tasks that can affect your life, your business, your reputation, are on top of the ladder. Are they even qualified for the thing you want them to take off your shoulders? I had a conversation today with a fellow breast surgeon who shared that the large company she works for has decided they will no longer bill for preoperative counseling visits. I want you to sit with that for a moment. They’re no longer billing for the visit where a patient learns what to expect from surgery, where her incisions will be, what recovery might look like. Where she gets to ask questions, be heard, and feel truly prepared. To the company, it’s not “valuable.” But to the patient—and to her doctor—it absolutely is. When companies and insurance providers decide what matters in medicine, we risk losing the most human, most important parts of care. If we don’t protect these one-on-one visits, if we don’t call them what they are: essential, we will lose them. Let’s not wait until it’s too late.

When you learn the fundamental law it is important to get in front of your government servants in the presence of the people to teach both the people and your servants that the people have all the power , that your trustees are there to benefit the people , to tell them where they are falling in danger of maladministration, what the law is and how to correct it. It is in exercising your power and right that brings forth a paradigm shift like none you’ve seen before. Doing this flips your local state and federal government back to the people as the people learn and start joining you in speaking the law. It becomes no longer about complaining about the issues but using your power and authority as it is written to correct and bring the change necessary to secure our republic for yourself and for the common good of all. This is not only our right but our duty to teach our trustees what their job is. Many say they won’t listen or live in fear of what they may do, but as you can see here I spoke in front of police officers and our trustees and I was not detained or restrained from standing on my authority. I also was not called a sovereign citizen and the outcome of getting the people to stand with me in signing those notices and serving them made our county board do right by the people and not pass the mandate. There’s a reason Ben Franklin said “ a republic if you can keep it”. He was saying it’s on the people to maintain what they secured for you. The people need to show back up and run their nation the way our founders laid out in all 51 constitution they penned. Everyone is searching for remedy but most don’t look in the 50 state constitutions that expressly declared our power authority and rights. Your remedy is there, the only question is will you use it? Sting said something that really stuck with me on CBS Sunday Morning: “All of us are in danger of losing our work to AI… everyone. Whether you’re an artist, a journalist, a lawyer — this technology could replace any of us.” His takeaway? The only thing that will truly save us is community — supporting the people next to you, looking out for each other. In a world racing toward automation and isolation, real human connection and mutual support might become our most valuable currency. I’ve been feeling this more and more lately — no matter how advanced the tools get, the relationships we build are what actually anchor us. I was not always a mother who knew. In fact, I remember bristling at this part of Sis. Beck's talk. I was a young mother of three small, busy boys, and the last thing I wanted to be told was that my role in the grand plan of happiness was to do dishes and laundry. If I only knew then what I know now. What I know now is how truly important it is for a mother to be home with her children. That the "mundane" tasks of motherhood actually refine a woman. That serving your family only increases your love for them. That there is nothing more beneficial for your children than cultivating and creating a home where they are safe, loved and taught the principles of the gospel. That what the world offers is only a distraction from what's most important. I'd love to say that I'm now perfect at doing the dishes, the laundry and keeping my home. I am not. But I no longer feel like those tasks are a burden. I see them as a meaningful and important contribution to the most important thing in all of time and eternity...my family.
