Vehicular movement is contributing to 25-26% of the pollution. There are other factors too which are causing pollution. Farmers are responsible for only 5-7% of the pollution. But Govt is filing cases against farmers unlawfully. It is defaming farmers. Attention is being diverted from real issues and farmers are being targeted...Govt has failed in providing a subsidy of Rs 6000 per acre/Rs 200 per quintal. Govt did not make any machinery available to us. Govt is completely responsible for this, not farmers."
