The eccentric should load the lateral forefoot and the concentric should initiate through the big toe. Emphasis on the action at the ground has better athletic transference than focus on proximal joints.

But I have tibial torsion or probable hip anteversion. Those misaligned stance you show are the ones which hit my glute the best. So should ppl get an x-ray to figure out correct stance?

I'm a Bulgarian and hate those squats but I must do them, same issue my physio said weak side glute , but my glutes are strong man idk, I must focus on this I'll try anchoring the leg as he said here
