It can also be something called rumination OCD. The fix is the same. Identify the rumination and move past it. Over time, it loses its power. Sometimes a person has to just coexist with the ruminations and keep moving. Successfully identifying them is difficult though.

- Here is a song about that :)

I call mine Alcoholism with special guest star, Childhood trauma!!!

Thank you for your service. That’ll be $300

As I reflect on my own creative journey, I've come to realize that a mindset of "good enough" has been a game-changer for me. It's not about settling for mediocrity, but about recognizing that 85% is, in fact, good enough.

true. these parts are formed in chaotic environments and seek to keep us safe. i have learned telling them simply thank you then shut up doesn't work. these parts of us have a story. listen. then say "you don't have to protect me anymore." work together with them. to me i see these "parts" as fractals of ourselves that happened under trauma. and what was fractured can be healed.

I do like this take. Like it very much.

couldn't handle my success. I had serious skills working an things specially automobiles by the age of 12. I ended up fixing & reselling vehicles as a shade tree mechanic. On my 27th vehicle at 15 i was targeted by the police. I had 69 tickets & 100's of fix it ticket violations.

Same issue! So i decided maybe it is just the people i know and being in the city. So i moved to the foothills on my fathers property. A few miles from a small town. At first things were great the second spring i was able to produce what i needed & make money to build. I had

maybe lucy is.. something else!..

blood caked on my face from being pistol whipped by them. yeah it took them 3 years to get in place yeah they could have killed me but now lets come full circle. It wasn't because i feared any imagined issues or held back or even stepped on toes. It was because I couldn't be

No, it’s recognition of manipulation. It makes you stop in your tracks, if it cost you

@grok who is she?

The therapist can but then you wouldn’t come back

Feel like it’s more spiritual, for me at least. Everytime I feel like I’m getting closer to God and doing better in life, the demon attacks intensify. It’s almost like the evil one doesn’t want you to reach your true potential because he knows how great of a threat you pose.

I met a strange lady she made me nervous , she took me in and gave me breakfast , and she said : do you come from the land down under ?

I had several successes, each time like clockwork when all else failed a team of people would destroy it. Theft law enforcement of some type, IRS, sabotage, etc... At first i thought ok i'll get a job make enough money to do it all by the books. I turned 18 and was off & running

@grok invite this lady to Agartha

controlled. My success rate was 100% on what ever i set my mind to. But i can't compete against gangs no matter what the origin connections or legal status.

credit from all the businesses in town. Just on my word & was in position selling firewood to establish myself & then it started. Being isolated i saw it happening. random people, strange circumstances, supplies not available. lies & when all that didn't take me down literally

things I can ask you that your therapist can't: is the black eye the result of you dismissing lucy?

Make her the next Cersei

Lucy is her Ego. Her Ego doesn't want to let go of safety.

Infinite life

Therapists’ bread and butter is in keeping people mentally troubled. Curing their problems would end the profiteering.

Yep. It's your Eternal Now vs the cage called your body it's trapped in. The struggle is real.

Very well said.

attacked by people i had never dealt with that installed themselves in my life. It took 5 of them in the back of a pickup truck like you see in the wars in the middle east to bloody me and threaten to kill me if i didn't leave. Why? because i would be their look out and go tell

😄👍

Make the unfamiliar, familiar. Got it.

them if i saw anyone to by on the road my property was next to. So they tried to lure me to their property then when i didn't go for it they forced me to leave. I asked the cops they literally ignored me told me to go away and then threatened to arrest me and this was with dried
