It can also be something called rumination OCD. The fix is the same. Identify the rumination and move past it. Over time, it loses its power. Sometimes a person has to just coexist with the ruminations and keep moving. Successfully identifying them is difficult though.

As I reflect on my own creative journey, I've come to realize that a mindset of "good enough" has been a game-changer for me. It's not about settling for mediocrity, but about recognizing that 85% is, in fact, good enough.

true. these parts are formed in chaotic environments and seek to keep us safe. i have learned telling them simply thank you then shut up doesn't work. these parts of us have a story. listen. then say "you don't have to protect me anymore." work together with them. to me i see these "parts" as fractals of ourselves that happened under trauma. and what was fractured can be healed.

blood caked on my face from being pistol whipped by them. yeah it took them 3 years to get in place yeah they could have killed me but now lets come full circle. It wasn't because i feared any imagined issues or held back or even stepped on toes. It was because I couldn't be

Feel like it’s more spiritual, for me at least. Everytime I feel like I’m getting closer to God and doing better in life, the demon attacks intensify. It’s almost like the evil one doesn’t want you to reach your true potential because he knows how great of a threat you pose.

I had several successes, each time like clockwork when all else failed a team of people would destroy it. Theft law enforcement of some type, IRS, sabotage, etc... At first i thought ok i'll get a job make enough money to do it all by the books. I turned 18 and was off & running

attacked by people i had never dealt with that installed themselves in my life. It took 5 of them in the back of a pickup truck like you see in the wars in the middle east to bloody me and threaten to kill me if i didn't leave. Why? because i would be their look out and go tell
