The DSA's platform is so radical and out of touch with average Americans that it made a group of Los Angeles liberals GASP in utter shock when Bill Maher read it to them. GOOD. I'm glad a left-leaning audience is finally being exposed to what the DSA actually wants to do to America. They aren't talking about simple policy tweaks. They are trying to fully abolish the police and prison systems, defund the military, eradicate the Senate and the Supreme Court, and throw out the Constitution entirely to draft a brand-new socialist republic. What's even more terrifying is that NONE of these policies were leaked, hacked, or uncovered by a whistleblower. They're all proudly published right on the DSA's website for anyone to read. I have to give credit where it’s due. By stepping up to expose this on his platform, Bill Maher has become one of the most important voices in stopping this radical agenda. Because right now, the Democratic Party's leaders aren't helping. Instead of calling this out, they're embracing the DSA under their "big tent" coalition.
