Yes 100%. And he’s lucky he didn’t get shot. Didn’t ID himself, didn’t state his name or purpose, walks up with gun drawn. Looks like an armed robbery at first. What if biker was armed? Biker would have had every right to defend himself. Officer grossly negligent here.

The only saving grace is that this rider had a camera. If this had happened with no recording to back it up, it would have just been swept under the r*g.
