Balk, makes forward movement with lead foot (deceptive move) while back pushing foot on rubber. Steps off rubber then spin and twist. It’s a balk. Foot must come off rubber first, no deceptive act to pitch the ball.

Easy balk front foot can’t step forward then step off with the back to make a jump throw, just slow down the playback speed lol
