The insights I got from it are just insane. TLDR; 1. OpenClaw analyzes your Stripe 2. Tries your onboarding like your ICP 3. Gets Paul Graham's knowledge base 4. Gives you a full report to fix your SaaS 1 - Create a "read only" API on Stripe. Give it to your OpenClaw (or whatever agent you're using right now). Ask it to analyze the full data: - Pricing - Churn - Conversion - LTV - Trial to paid rate - Discount impact - Invoice patterns Ask it to really go deep. Not the surface level. Go into every corner. Check invoices, not only graphs. Look at cohort behavior month by month. Ask it to calculate your real MRR after discounts (not the vanity number Stripe shows you). When I did this, I found so many golden nuggets in my Stripe Data. And the feedbacks from my OpenClaw were already super valuable. But this is not enough. We need the whole context, not just Stripe. 2 - Ask your Agent to try your tool Give it a free coupon for your SaaS and ask it to sign up and follow the onboarding like your ICP (if you didn't yet, define it before you send it on your landing page). THE SILVER SELL-OFF IS BRUTAL – BUT DON’T MAKE THE MISTAKE OF SELLING TOO Silver just broke hard. Gold slipped under 4000. Silver crashed to 56. If you bought anywhere near the January high near 121, roughly half your position has vanished and it feels like the bottom may never arrive. But the number flashing on the screen is lying about what is actually happening. The sellers dumping metal right now are handing their ounces to buyers who see a sale, not a verdict. THE CORE THESIS Silver didn't get less valuable this week. The dollar got stronger. And that is a completely different thing. ➡️ The US dollar index just pushed above 101 for the first time in about a year. ➡️ When the dollar rips, every asset priced in dollars gets repriced lower almost automatically because it now takes fewer of those stronger dollars to buy the same ounce. ➡️ This is not the market rejecting silver. This is the measuring stick getting longer. ➡️ The Fed's new dot plot shows roughly half the committee projecting at least one rate hike this year, with traders pricing in as many as three quarter-point hikes before year end. THE DOUBLE HIT SILVER ALWAYS TAKES Silver wears two hats and both are getting slammed at the same time. ➡️ It is a monetary metal fighting the strong dollar. ➡️ It is also an industrial metal facing slower growth fears from higher rates. ➡️ That combination is exactly why silver falls roughly twice as hard as gold in moves like this. ➡️ The gold to silver ratio blows out because it is the nature of silver, not a flaw in silver. THE MECHANICAL SELLING DRIVING THE PAIN A lot of this selling is not anyone deciding silver is a bad investment. It is forced. ➡️ Margin requirements got jacked up. Leverage players had to dump their most liquid holdings to raise cash. ➡️ Stop losses tripped. ETFs rebalanced. The selling turned violent and mechanical. ➡️ This kind of forced selling eventually burns out when the sellers run out of metal they are willing to dump. ➡️ Conviction buyers do not run out of conviction. They are the ones quietly stepping in. THE PHYSICAL MARKET TELLS THE TRUTH The spot price is getting shoved around by macro forces and margin. The physical market is doing something very different underneath. ➡️ When metal gets crushed on the screen you would expect a flood of people dumping physical. That is not mostly what is walking in the door. ➡️ Yes, capitulation sellers who bought the top are handing over ounces. ➡️ But serious buyers are stepping in with both hands because to them a strong dollar selloff is a sale, not a verdict. "The weak hands are handing their ounces to the strong hands. That's what a bottoming process actually looks like." ➡️ Premiums on real coins and bars are holding firm and even rising. Demand is alive and well if you watch the all-in price instead of just spot. THE LONG-TERM MATH HAS NOT CHANGED The reasons you own silver in the first place are still sitting right there. ➡️ The debt has not gone anywhere. ➡️ Currency debasement over time has not gone anywhere. ➡️ Central banks are still net buyers. ➡️ The long-term destination remains 120 silver. This selloff does not erase the thesis. WHAT TO DO THIS WEEK ➡️ Do not sell into this panic unless you genuinely need the cash inside the next two years. ➡️ If you must raise cash, sell generic rounds and bars first. Marc Andreessen on handling a crisis: “There are no silver bullets, only lead bullets” Marc reflects on his partner Ben Horowitz’s essay “Lead Bullets”: “There’s this temptation - especially when you get into crisis - to think there must be a magic answer or some stroke of genius [similar to Sherlock Holmes]…. There’s this really strong tendency to think that that’s out there. And we see a lot of entrepreneurs cycle through different silver bullets that don’t work. Ben’s point is the answer is probably in firing a whole bunch of lead bullets.” Marc explains: “The answer is probably the engineers working later at night for six months and getting the next version of the product out. And the answer is probably for the sales reps to go call on twice as many customers and try to close more deals… I’ve certainly come around to that point of view a lot.” In other words, there rarely a silver bullet that solves all your problems. So don’t waste a lot of time looking for one. Instead, identify the few key drivers of success for your business and do them extremely well. Here’s a brief excerpt from Ben’s essay: “There may be nothing scarier in business than facing an existential threat. So scary that many in the organization will do anything to avoid it. They will look for any alternative, any way out, any excuse not to live or die in a single battle… There comes a time in every company’s life where it must fight for its life. Third, most of the people with you and your karyakarta have been standing with anti-India elements and Umar Khalid types. From you to Dhruv Rathee to Arpit Sharma almost everyone is connected to AAP. Fourth, who is actually coming to your protest? NSUI people from Congress, AAP workers, big paid crowds who join every rally, all of them. And if there is stone pelting or any violence there, who will take responsibility when innocent students get lathi charge and cases? You? Fifth, you are talking about protest but you are coming from the airport and going straight to police station on the same day to demand permission. You know very well that permission has to be taken many days in advance. But you want everything tatkaal. You think you are above the Constitution and its procedures. You are running full propaganda making films, playing narrative cards every day. In your previous tweets you keep saying “I am Dalit, I am this, I went to stadium but pressure was put on me, my family is getting threats” etc. Every 5-10 minutes you are tweeting about yourself being blocked, victimised, etc. Yaar, you are making it all about yourself. In your chase, many innocent students are going to get beaten up and will rot in useless police cases. After 6th June nothing much will happen, but students will suffer. You cry about CGPA and all, but during Congress and AAP era when CBSE board papers leaked or exams got ruined, where was your voice? You never raised issues about our own books where they downplayed Ramayan and our granths but taught Mughal history in detail. That was Congress era. You keep playing Dalit card, but your old videos clearly show your mindset. And everyone knows you speak fluently only when reading from script without script you start stammering. I WISHED THAT HEAVEN HAD VISITING HOURS 😭 A month ago today.......My beloved Mum passed away 😭😭💔💔💔 When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure."...........🌼🌹 A beautiful soul in and out. We were beyond blessed to have you as our Mum. Where do I even begin????? My heart is broken in so many different ways💔 Deeply shattered and devastated 💔 😪 When Dad passed away on May 1st 2021, we knew it was going to be very hard most especially on you Mum. You and Dad were 5&6. After being married for 49 years....you were besties. You called him "kwatak nzugu" meaning "My Shoe" because you both did everything together. For the 33 years that you worked at Dental Centre @ ABU teaching hospital KD, Dad took you to work & brought you back home too when you closed. You had lunch & dinner together except for days where he was out of town. You never learnt how to drive because Dad was always available to take you everywhere. Loosing Dad, your soul mate, left you completely broken. You had struggled for 15 years with a neuro degenerating disease and every Doctor that came in contact with you said you were a walking miracle. Such was the faith that you had, not many will survive what your body endured for as long as you were able to . We knew it was going to be really hard for you carrying on with life without Dad. As your health deteriorated, we prayed like we never did, I had all the hope that you will be here with us for the long haul. We had dreams, we played out all the fun places we were going to travel to, we made a promise to Dad that we were going to take good care of you and will do everything humanly possible to give you the very best. I am glad that we did the best we could in the 2 years that Dad left us. It still feels surreal that you are no more here with us 💔 One thing I know for sure is that you have reunited with the love of your life...you struggled so much without Dad, we had one too many medical emergencies with you, days we thought we were going to loose you but then you will open your eyes and ask us to take you back home. Give Dad lots of hugs & kisses from me. I know for sure that you have reunited with your soul mate and the love of your life. I remember the wide smile you kept flashing at us whenever we call you 'Mrs Lucky" even while you were unconscious. I knew for sure that Dad was right there beside you holding your hands. If our words could make you stay and keep you here on earth for so many years, it would have happened. I will forever cherish the unforgettable memories we created with you in the last 2 years that we lost Dad. I lost count of the number of times we were in and out of the hospital but through it all we never lost faith. A strong woman of faith, your strength of character was unmatched and unrivaled, selfless & sacrificial.....you gave your all even to those whom we felt are undeserving of your love. You spoke your uncomfortable truth at all times. A phenomenonal mother you were. Everything we have and are today, we owe it to You and Dad. You both were amazing and gave us all that you could afford to. You had the most infectious smile, everyone who came in contact with you said that of you. You smiled all through your pain and had the most positive outlook all through your health challenges ✨️ You were our biggest cheerleaders and support system. The midnight prayers, the morning and evening prayers, waking up to see you at midnight on your knees saying your rosary for all for us, for our success and well being.....kai death 😭😭 I feel really lost right now and cant find meaning in what has happened . Loosing you and Dad in the space of 2years is something i never pictured would happened 😞 Life seems so incredibly cruel. Professor Bruce Alexander ran the experiment in the 1970s and flipped the old “chemical hooks” story on its head. Isolated rats became addicts. Happy, connected rats in Rat Park almost never did. The same pattern showed up in humans during the Vietnam War: 20% of American troops were heavy heroin users, but when they came home to normal lives, 95% simply stopped — no rehab, no massive withdrawal. Hari’s conclusion: addiction isn’t primarily about the drug. It’s about the cage — isolation, trauma, lack of connection. Humans have a deep need to bond.
