Great way to work on hip mobility, control and loosen up stiffness without needing any equipment. Slow reps, no forcing it. Let your hips do the work.

This star cowboy started as a simple shape ⭐ I gave it a closed-eye smile and hands on the hips so it felt confident, then chose pink for the hat and boots instead of classic brown to keep the character playful.

Tennessee OL Gallop & Climb Drill 🐎 gallop technique to stay low and square 🧨 explode the hip: move the hips, move the man 🔑 notice where they hold the med ball: on the hip! This gives their partner a clear target to strike

Spring Ball Teach Tape ✏️ 🖥️ Off man 🗣️Coaching points: - 7x1, inside leverage - Slow pedal. Eyes on QB for quick game - Snap eyes back to WR - Crossover run - Keep front shoulder down - If the WR tries to push, you pull and hook - Break-Point-Drive

Shedeur Sanders on the play before this (also included), did not throw it with urgency. Followed that up with this unnecessary interception when it’s just easier to go down, or make a quicker decision. Will learn to keep the same focus, on every play, zone or man coverage.

A progression from seated hip positioning into loaded/controlled hip movement, single-leg balance, and active leg raises. Your hips need to move, control, and produce force. This routine takes the hips through different ranges while challenging balance, stability, and active strength. That combination matters because mobility you can’t control doesn’t always transfer well to real movement. Think: Range → Control → Strength → Use it. Your goal isn’t just flexible hips. It’s capable hips. This keeps the focus on your own movement-analysis perspective rather than repeating the original caption.

Trying to “perfect” my squat form so cut the weight to focus on technique, what do you think so far?

Drill design fundamental. If trying to work on something, instead of reducing it down to just do that thing, challenge it. Over last two years I have used jumps and hops to force “high hips” and challenge dropping quickly, doing so also emphasis low by forcing high start.

Simple yet extremely effective. Non contact mirror dodge drill. One of the biggest training focuses in this drill for us is their eyes. We give our lineman a specific visual target ( position 1,2, or 3) on the defender. His reactionary movement is based on that target moving.

Uneven Squat? Uneven Hips? Pinching Hips? If your squat looks uneven at the bottom, with your pelvis rotating to one side, and you notice that you lack hip internal rotation on that side, then that hip may be pinching or blocked as you go down into a squat. As a result, your pelvis rotates away to compensate and open up that hip. This leads to an uneven squat with a rotated pelvis and uneven weight distribution between your legs. Do these two stretches for 3×10 reps on both hips before you squat.

A lot of posture work looks simple until you actually try it properly. This band drill gets the upper back and shoulders doing more of the work instead of just forcing yourself to “sit straight.” Keep the reps slow and controlled. That’s where it starts to count.
