Ha that’s amateur hour. Let me give you an example. I’m anchored in a harbor in a thunderstorm is coming. I’ve let out as much anchor chain as I need to and the anchors well set. Do I have control over anything else? Yes, let’s take out the spare anchor. Gee maybe we should run a Kellett down the anchor line. Even better let’s reset the anchor in a different direction hoping it’s more effective. You see where this is going

I find journalling on paper (research shows writing on paper is better than a device) about what is consuming my mind-those thoughts that get in a loop, is helpful.And do it again if they reappear.
