🚨 Simulation Theory: The Double Slit Experiment proves particles act like waves until observed then they snap into particles. What if our reality only "renders" when we're looking, just like a video game optimizing resources? Check out this episode from The Why Files breaking it down, tying it to... show more

You’re flirting with a deep idea but don’t butcher physics to make it sound edgy, the Double-slit experiment doesn’t prove reality is some Xbox loading screen, it shows quantum systems behave like waves of probability until they interact with a measurement setup, “observer” doesn’t mean your eyeballs, it means any physical interaction that locks in a result, and the whole “renders when you look” take is a cute metaphor but it’s not how the math actually plays out in Quantum Mechanics, now Elon Musk tossing around simulation odds is just philosophical spice, not evidence, because here’s the cold truth, we have zero empirical proof we’re in a sim and zero proof we’re not, which means you don’t get to pretend you cracked the code, you’re just standing in the fog like everyone else, the real power move isn’t obsessing over whether reality is rendered, it’s mastering the game you’re already inside, because whether this is base reality or some cosmic GPU flex, the rules still punish weakness and reward competence, so instead of chasing metaphysical clickbait, build something, learn something, dominate your little slice of the universe, simulated or not.

This is just a new way to believe in a old concept

Its hillarious that people will believe in a simulation theory but not god, like somehow god is not able to create this reality but some beeing running a simulation are perfectly able to. And the fact that there is no more proof this is a simulation than god existing, but for some reason, as soon as you remove god then the theory becomes acceptable even tho it has the same exact "problems" than god.

I believe 100% we are in a simulation

This Channel is not a good start point. This is totally wrong. A good start point its this channel:

Just a thought: Simulation controller: God. All seeing, all knowing. Pre-Existance/After Life: Life outside the simulation. Ghosts: Partially rendered characters. Purpose of Simulation: Experiences and learning. Birth: Entry into simulation. Death: Exist from simulation. Aliens/Demons/Angels/Big Foot: Temporary characters manifesting. Reincarnation: Re-entry as another character. Past Life Memories: From past simulation experiences. Baby Boomers: Retarded characters meant to cause suffering, strife and challenges. 🤣

So what if stones are naturally soft but get hard when we touch them?

Brings meaning to "If a tree falls in a forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?"

This is more pop-sci than science. It’s based off a severely stretched analogy, and common misunderstandings of QM. Measurement ≠ conscious observation. Wavefunction collapse is triggered by physical interaction, not awareness. So everything is literally “observing” everything else constantly. Also, the wave isn’t “unrendered”, it’s physically real. Meaning, the wave must be computed even when unobserved. So there is no lazy evaluation saving compute. Importing a lazy rendering metaphor solves nothing. It just redescribes the mystery in computing language. You’d still need to explain why the simulation has these rules. The simulation hypothesis is just infinite regress. What are the physics running the simulation? Are they also a simulation? Simulation hypothesis doesn’t explain QM, it just relocates it. What actually causes decoherence (collapsing the wavefunction) is entanglement with the environment. This physical coupling is always on, unless some unrealistic experiment forces the isolation required to see superposition. The double-slit to simulation hypothesis comes from historically sloppy terminology leading to mysticism-style analogies that involve things physics doesn’t even say.

“Not looking at it? 👀 Then maybe it doesn’t exist. Reality might just load when you observe it… like a game rendering pixels. 🎮 So the real question is— Are you in the universe… or is the universe in you? 🤯”

British Columbia University research says our universe is real and we're not living in a any type of stimulation

I find it funny that none of these videos ever talk about the "detectors" on what kind of devices and technique are used to "detect which slit the particle goes through". Always this ambiguous "when they are observed" sentence.

Jumping from the double-slit experiment to ‘we’re in a simulation’ is a massive leap quantum behavior doesn’t mean reality only exists when we look at it.

So if this is a simulation, who is running it?

From God's point of view, I think it is perfectly reasonable to describe our reality as a simulation. Whatever you call our reality, it is still real!

Isn’t this just “Does a tree make a sound if it falls in the forest if nobody is around to hear it“?

God exists

So I’m 68 yrs old and yesterday I randomly watched a YouTube video on the two slit phenomenon for the first time in my 68 yrs and now I’m seeing a post on it again for the first time by a random X account! Very interesting!

I feel like we all live our own reality and everyone who crosses paths with us during our physical journey shares our reality to a certain extent. For instance what we don’t know doesn’t exist but to someone else it’s their entire existence and world.

Don't YOU behave differently when YOU are being watched?

God’s word says: Proverbs 23; 7a. “For as he thinks in his heart, so is he”. We build our own world but God builds our Mansion on the other side of this simulation “Heaven” if you believe in Jesus and accept Him as Lord and Savior or “Hell” if you ignore Him.

The most mind-bending variant of the 2-slit experiment: fire a *single* photon at the slits. Then fire another tomorrow. They deflect differently, but after many days, the cumulative pattern will be the typical interference pattern 🤯 Is a single photon interfering with itself? Interfering with other photons over time and space? The simplest explanation, according to Oxford's David Deutsch, is interference across parallel universes, the same mechanism that gives quantum computers capabilities that are just not possible in one universe. Richard Feynman called it the “one experiment which has been designed to contain all of the mystery of quantum mechanics.”

Reality behaving like a Simulation (or holographic projection) perfectly explains non-local consciousness, telepathy, meaningful synchronicities, and a range of other paranormal phenomena. There are simply systems properties that are part of the generative code of the world.

This is very misleading. They act as particles when “observed” because the act of observation requires bouncing photons on the electrons. It’s not magic… nobody seams to get this lol

Danny Goler has a proof that we are living in a computing simulation.

As with the double slit experiment, I think the true answer is that there is less of a difference between the two options as people think. The better interpretation of the wave particle duality is like those that claim that a particle is in all possible paths all the time statistically. It's not two distinct options but one that explains both. Same with simulation: we could say reality is a simulation run on a giant computer running base algorithms and coming up with humanity or... We could say the physical universe as we know it is just a giant computer with base physics rules and it's coming up with humanity as it runs. What is the difference? The hardware it's running on??? That's a weirdly irrelevant issue. Of course it actually boils down to the age old question, contemplated since the beginning of time: who/what created reality and was it sentient or purposeful. That's just looping back to the existence of God debate just with different terms. Nobody has a clue how "stuff" started. Some block the question with "God did it" which is just avoiding the question because it doesn't answer anything. Others say "the big bang" which doesn't answer the question either. Just muddies the terms. Simulation obviously doesn't answer it. And then there is the question of WHY stuff started. That's and even more contested debate. And honestly, it's more relevant to answer as "what would be the belief that best help me live my life" than "what is true". I'm a huge believer in the value of truth and reality. It's the only thing that holds humans together. But the base question of the origin of reality is likely not answerable. So we pick the one that serves us best and take it as an axium. Choosing simulation vs. Physics seems to have no distinction in how we would act. But if we attributed purpose to the creator (the ones who are running the simulation or a deity) then we might act differently.

Yes .ᐟ Biophotons "realign the phase" into snapshots and neurons run the show / prompts the electronic rendering. This is why blissful happiness feels like eternity and deathlike experience traumatic regulate scenarios in the brain. Metacognition and subconsciousness are reflection/reflex of renderings. Predictions are simple critical thinking and taking steps further along pattern recognition; while prophetic visualizing and datamining from memory comes from phasing of this. There is no spoon but the spoon mirrors. Hypothetical conjecture. I wish I word it better. Interesting field of study on what it could be applied for .ᐟ

In the delayed observation experiment, could it be a case of weird “probability of being observed” and since it already knows that it will be observed in the future, then it emits as a particle? Like Newcomb’s paradox

Wild.

It's as though the fundamental constituent to the universe is not physical but mind--an entity that we experience in the form of consciousness.
