VIDEO | Telangana: It's nearly 3,900 kilometres between Wuhan in China and Hyderabad in India. But this distance disappeared when a senior urologist performed a robotics-assisted tele-surgery from a hospital in Wuhan on a 57-year-old woman in Hyderabad. The procedure was led by Indian urologist Dr Syed Mohammad Ghouse from Hyderabad's Asian Institute of Nephrology and Urology, who was in Wuhan at that point in time. Dr Syed Md Ghouse, Director, Robotic and Minimal Access Urological Surgery, AINU, Hyderabad, said, "It was basically a ureteric reimplantation that was contemplated for a patient who got a ureteric obstruction. What is ureteric obstruction? It is a tube which connects kidney to the urinary bladder and this tube was blocked for this particular patient. This blocked tube was freshly attached to the bladder which is known as ureteric reimplantation. So, this we regularly do in our operation theatre with the robot and console by the side of the patient, but this was extended to Wuhan, because I was called for a conference there ,and there were 4-5 other surgeons, who had done tele-surgery from there to there own countries. I am humbled to share a significant milestone in pancreatic surgery: I recently performed the first-ever da Vinci single-port robotic distal pancreatectomy and splenectomy without an additional incision for pancreatic cancer in the United States, approved by both the Institutional Review Board and IDE from the FDA through a 2cm incision inside the belly button leaving no additional scar. This pioneering procedure not only achieved negative margins but also allowed for the thorough harvesting of all local lymphatics, a critical factor in ensuring comprehensive cancer treatment. I am grateful to report that the patient is doing exceptionally well, and it was a privilege to see him in the clinic several days post-operation. The images included illustrate the operating room moments and a snapshot of our follow-up clinic visit with my remarkable ARNP Dana Manzi and myself. This journey underscores the importance of innovation in surgical techniques and the profound impact they can have on patient outcomes. This was my first HoLEP with an indurated or stony prostate (fixed to the rectum) due to Cancer Gleason 4+3 and PSA of 28. Patient in urinary retention with an indwelling catheter, to be honest, I was not sure that he had dissection planes, so we prepared the bipolar for TURP, to my pleasant surprise it was easier than expected, with some moments of small bleeding. Trust the doctor who is handling the situation and have patience as for doctor every patient is equally important. Keep yourself hydrated, balanced and stop overthinking as it will certainly ruin the situation more. Try to keep two phones with you, one with the patient incase he/she is in senses enough to call you. Leave your contact with the Patient in written form, stick the contact at the Patient’s shoulder if you are the only one to run around for the patient. There is hope. I got on the phone with an insurance medical director to advocate for a 34 year old elementary school teacher who needed breast reconstruction after her mastectomy. She had carefully planned her surgery during summer break so she could return to her students in the fall. But because Redbud Surgery Center remains out of network despite nearly two years of trying to become in network, she was facing thousands of dollars in additional costs. So I made the call. I explained that this wasn't about reimbursement. It wasn't about me. It was about a patient who deserved access to safe, high quality care without unnecessary financial barriers. And something remarkable happened. He listened. He understood why this mattered. He approved an exception for this patient. Then he acknowledged that Redbud Surgery Center being in network would be better for their members. For all the frustration, all the barriers, and all the moments when healthcare feels broken, I want you to know this: There are good people inside the system trying to do the right thing. Healthcare doesn't change through outrage alone. It changes when people are willing to listen, understand, and act. There is hope. And together, we are changing healthcare from the inside out. This is Michael Jackson's last performance in his life. Happened 2009 Michael Jackson died barely 12 hours after this video, as he went home from the rehearsal ground and couldn't sleep in time for the next day's rehearsal, so he got very uncomfortable and his Doctor (Conrad Murray) injected him with an overdose of Propofol (an anaesthetic drug that makes people fall deeply in sleep. Mostly used by doctors before carrying out surgery on a patient) . Michael then went into cardiac arrest almost immediately, which coincidentally clashed with the exact moment that Conrad Murray stepped out of the room, leaving Michael unsupervised. Michael never opened his eyes ever again to see his beautiful children, family and beloved fans. . . In the video below, Michael performed the "Earth song" and as you can see, he had to wear baggy clothes partly to give him a more buffed up look, as he was getting thinner due to the extreme toil his body took during the previous years (trials, pain medications, etc) Michael left us with a final message to Earth and humans, pleading that we avoid wars and think about the innocent children who have died from pointless wars. This video is one of the most emotional performance I've ever seen Michael in, despite it being a rehearsal and not full concert performance

Hi everyone! Just rolled out access for NoSpoon Studios to the first 110 folks or so. Huge thanks to Karan and Amit at Luma - thanks to them, I have a few more people that had commented getting complimentary beta access soon as well :). These videos are created with a single agent that does everything from concept to completion (including editing the video together). Therer are longer options too, but for the sake of cost and this demo, you'll be working with 20s max generations. The entire agent was built to only run Ray2 as the video model. My stack is this custom agent of mine (using OAI) > Ray2 for the video > Replit for the app for now. In the meantime, for those with access: here's a video tutorial on how to use the site. I'm quite exhausted, but here's the gist: 1. Sign up (and remember your password lol). Beta testers got free credits, but these are a bit limited - rolling out to a few more peeps but have to budget and need to expand my current code (which means redeploying - so expect more of you to have 2 free credits and access tmr! I have to find out the max I can allot with budget). 2. Just hit "generate short video" without anything in the prompt box and the agent will start immediately with the logline. Be very patient, wait about 6-8 minutes, and it will continue to output all of the scenes and processing - it's very important you do not refresh or navigate away from that tab at this time. You'll see your final video generated and displayed at the bottom of your screen once complete, along with a watermark (paid users don't have a watermark). You can also access your loglines and videos in your history tab, too :). You must refresh the page only after your generation in order to generate a new video - otherwise you'll lose your generation (annoying I know). 3. You can also input your own custom prompt! Control the story this way. Single words work great even, like "thriller" or "spy thriller set in greece" or even "black and white film noir" etc etc. It's not as great with animated styles yet for consistency, just a heads up. 4.
