One more observation, above 4500 and till 6000 rpms, the torque becomes weak. The real juice is within 1700-4500 rpm.

They are too dumb to explain that. They always remain in a hurry to seal the deal, push for booking without explaining the things properly. Nobody likes pushy salesmen. It works with brands like MS & Hyundai because the cars are common but with VAG, you need to know number of things technically to win a customer. There is no way a common salesman becomes this sharp.

HOW TO DRIFT IN FORZA HORIZON 6 ON CONTROLLER FOR BEGINNERS! Disclaimer, I’m not exactly Drift King, some people make me look like Donkey Kong. I do it well enough for people who are completely new to drifting to ask me how I do it, so I’m going to explain how I do it, as someone who is “decent” at best at it. First of all, you’re going to want to change your transmission to Manual so that you can maintain a consistent drift, as the speed of your vehicle determines the angle of your drift, and with Automatic, you can’t control your speed. It doesn’t matter, just personal preference here, you can do your gear changes with the buttons, but if you own an Elite Controller, you can put the paddles to good use here. I like to equip only two paddles, preferably the larger ones, and map the left to X (Downshift) and map the right to B (Upshift). You also want to turn off your Traction and Stability control assists to allow your car to slide. My vehicle of preference is the Silvia Spec R, and the code for the tune I use is 146 936 201. I am using a RWD Vehicle for reference, but some people prefer AWD. For the most part, you’re going to be driving in third and fourth gear. Third gear is great for small roads and tight, closed corners where you need a sharper drift, and fourth gear is great for wide roads and corners because the extra speed is going to throw your car further forwards and make your drift angle more shallow. It’s important to look at the size of the road and the corner you have to take and judge what gear you need to be in as the speed of your car makes all of the difference. That being said, these are not real cars, if you’re going too fast, I much prefer to hold the gas and brake pedal at the same time whilst taking the drift as opposed to engine braking. It almost makes you float around the corner at a consistent speed and gives you more control. If you are on the inside edge of the corner you’re taking, you can hold your foot brake and handbrake at the same time and your car will almost push back a little giving you more space to angle yourself correctly. The pain of the family! Mother of the deceased in yesterday’s ORR accident in Hyderabad asks what she should she live for when her daughter, son-in-law and grand kids died…an entire generation wiped off. Absolutely painful! As per preliminary reports, the lorry was stopped there a while ago because the driver and cleaner wanted to fasten the ropes on the vehicle. The indicators were not switched on. THERE ARE NO DESIGNATED STOPS ON THE ORR. You cannot stop the vehicle on ORR unless it is an emergency & even in that case there are only a few places where it is allowed. Some say the victim who was driving was tired and may have fallen asleep at the wheel. Even if he did, if the lorry wasn’t wrongly parked there, it wouldn’t have been such a devastating accident. Always wear seat-belts & definitely be mindful of your car’s safe speed limit, not all cars are equipped for speed indicated on the road. Accidents have increased on the ORR and it definitely has to do with lack of proper monitoring. Those who use the ORR frequently know that the road condition is deteriorating. It isn’t like before. Whatever repairs are done are not smooth. At high speeds, the slightest crease on the road can wobble a normal car completely! When there is work happening, have proper signages. Clearly mark the accident zones, and strict impose strict punishments & fines to those who stop on ORR. Hyderabad ORR speed limits are 120 kmph and 80kmph. Two lanes are 120 & two are 80. But most of the times, people casually switch lanes. There will a car/truck/lorry being driven at 80kmph in a 120 kmph lane 🙏🏽 BRS Working president KTR visited the family at Osmania mortuary. All six people died are from Sircilla, KTR’s constituency. His team has been deployed to assist the families of the deceased since last evening.

This road claims lives every year. This is one of the most dangerous roads in America. A mistake here is like hitting solid concrete at 120 miles per hour. Highway 152 near Gilroy, California. Oncoming traffic at a high rate of speed. Death and destruction only six feet away. Ford’s head of safety told me that most humans don’t do the right thing which is to scrub off maximum energy in to a wreck. I just diss the whole thing without touching my robot once. I am actually a doomer. I think through every millisecond of what would happen if a drunk comes directly at me. You probably won’t survive. But in a Cybercab with no steering wheel there is a good chance. The steering wheel kills many in high speed crashes. Getting rid of the steering wheel and using the extra eight inches of space for a bigger airbag will save many lives. By the way the marketers already know that if you trust a robot to do dangerous jobs for a couple of years you will be happy to trust your Optimus with your sex toys and guns. Figure won’t have the same trust level. Which is why I am most bullish about Tesla when it comes to robots in the home. It doesn’t matter who is first to the home. That won’t be Tesla. It matters most who has the most trust. I will wait for the Tesla. It has earned my trust. My robot does dangerous jobs every day. In the near future the Teslas ahead will warn my robot that a drunk driver is coming so pull over to the side and stop, which is the best action to take. Reduces speed offset by half giving you a dramatically higher chance of survival.

No quirky elements. ✅ Smart design bits like broader & blackened front grille to make it look wide, clean C pillar quarter glass area unlike Kushaq where it is blackened with plastic. ✅ Interior quality feels solidly put together, layout looks practical and overall the cabin looks classy for 4 passengers. ✅17 inches alloy wheel enhance the looks and fresh alloy design looks very upmarket in person. ✅ Practical safety and convenience kit on offer in the variant that was displayed. 6 airbags & 25 other safety features as standard and features like wireless connectivity, digital cockpit, electric sunroof, two ways steering adjustment, ventilated seats, auto dimming IRVM, electric adjustable seats, 60:40 split rear seat, 446 litres of boot space makes it a desirable package. ✅ 1.0 TSI with 178 nm torque in MT and AT makes it a worthy package for customers looking for performance. (I own Skoda Slavia AT 1.0 but yet to drive Kylaq). Car is priced 30% lesser as compared to other GDi Turbo cars in the segment. ✅ As expected, build, panel gaps, inner wheel cladding, paint, interior fit & finish, boot carpet/cloth material, felt near perfect while doing a quick 10 minutes walkaround. ⚠️ Competition is already offering Panoramic sunroof, 4 disc brakes, 360 degrees camera and ADAS too. Customers looking for such features might need to rethink. ⚠️ As per our community feedback from 3 lakh impressions, the rear design is getting polarised opinions. ⚠️ With a Turbo only on offer for now, it targets a thin set of customers. Under 4m segment cars already have a diesel, ev and CNG offerings too. ⚠️ Skoda missed a trick by not talking about ownership cost with service packs & extended warranty upto 6 years in the presentation. With hype around, it was a golden opportunity to address doubts of first time buyers. ⚠️ Rear wiper looks cheap. 5th passenger will be a squeeze but there are 3 headrests. Overall, a great effort from Skoda and it shows that want sales numbers to improve by catering to the different set of customers with a wider portfolio. Overall the vibe was positive and the product looks desirable.

AIR INDIA 787 ‘thoughts’ I’m surprised nobody, even the experts) have mentioned this… The 787 Dreamliner (all variants) has an ‘Air Ground Sensing’ system that opens the Main Gear doors immediately upon leaving the runway and prior to the (Flight Deck) Lever being moved manually to the ‘up’ position. I’ve witnessed this literally hundreds of times when filming The 787 and it’s clear on the footage attached: upon rotate, about one second from wheels off ground, the main Gear Doors open. Then, around three to four seconds (pilot discretion) Positive Rate is called/agreed and the Gear Lever is moved to the UP position. On a side note, the 787 is quite prone to brake malfunction, mostly down to the electric brake system that can fail from time to time on a single (or more) wheel. If the wheels are not retracted within a given amount of time due to a wheel continuing to spin, the gear doors will close back-up until the wheel(s) stop spinning and the gear is recycled at which time the doors will re-open and the gear will retract fully. This is the takeoff/gear-up procedure with all 787s. This is quite clearly not the case when observing the CCTV footage of the doomed Air India jet. I think it’s quite evident there was some kind of (electrical?) malfunction with the system(s). The question of the Flap (takeoff) Setting is still a mystery as, with poor quality footage, it’s difficult to completely confirm whether the flaps were extended or not. In my personal opinion they were not extended. There was a CNN reporter right next to one of the wings on the ground. Although it was heavily charred, it would’ve been clear to see if they were extended or not 🤷🏼‍♂️ Also, as for possible (engine) ingestion/failure, whether by birds or other FOD, there is no evidence of engine Compressor Stall, which is very clear to see in many videos online when it does happen with bird strikes, especially at rotate power/speed. The engine(s) will ‘pop’ flames out of the back. What is evident, is that the Jet uses all of the available runway, which is clear by the amount of dust being kicked-up on rotate. The Jet never seems to reach the optimal takeoff angle, right from the rotate point it appears to struggle, which would suggest either engine power issues or, as mentioned, the lack of lift from the Flaps/Slats. Witness accounts say there was a distinct lack of engine noise coming from the jet, which backs-up some theories of engine failure. You would expect, even with a lack of Flap setting the pilot would be able to increase to max (TOGA) power to give them some chance of climbing or at least gaining enough altitude to get themselves back to the airfield or to a safer (crash) landing zone. That ‘power up’ would be evident with black exhaust from the engines, but that didn’t happen - at all. You’ll see/hear from the (second part) footage I’ve filmed, that the engine sound is very evident at this height and that this climb-out is too Standard Operating Procedures. Personally I find it hard to believe the NFP would make such a rookie mistake as to raise the flaps (push and move the staggered lever) as opposed to the gear lever which is a simple up-down motion. The two levers are also in completely different positions: Gear lever on the facing panel and flap lever (with many settings) next to the throttles. Plus this is such a basic procedure that even the most rookie pilot wouldn’t make this mistake 🤷🏼‍♂️ Again, this is just my opinion and observations based on visual and actual experiences. The CVR and FDR will deliver the final evidence.
