I wasn't happy with how jittery the physics interaction was so I reworked the physical hands and my underwater physics once again, seems solid now

It looks like this in VR. The point would be for the VR avatars of players to be controlled by combining both physics animation and a multi-pass IK solver. Physics animation alone won't be good (disjointed body feeling, loss of proprioception and control).
