Showing off my pistol squats a few days ago just for fun and now, 3 days later, my legs are insanely sore I don’t train them but for some reason I’m really good at them Anyway, it’s crazy how I can literally squat more than my body weight for reps and not have any muscle soreness Yet unweighted pistol squats have wrecked me (in a good way) Bodies are weird and cool

When I said farming sucks right now I meant we are in a drought. Farmers and ranchers are used to price fluctuations and we can deal with that. This drought is way bigger than me. I put this out because Colorado supplies water to other states that are hurting as well. Pray for rain not just for me but for all who are struggling.

💔It was the worst night yet, the shooting at our homes lasted the entire night, and bombs dropped continously nearby. I am not doing well, my friends. We are dying faster than at any other point in time. Everything is hard to come by, food, fuel, supplies, it is all becoming rarer every day. Food for animals is almost non-existent, cats are eating things that are not good for them, and dogs are stuck with whatever can be found for them. 🫂It is only with your generosity and support that we can even distribute food and water that keeps the poor people at the camp alive, and I hope you will continue to support us so that we can work for as long as necessary, my friends. Without your support, I fear what will happen to us all, and the situation that we will be left in. Please help if you can, we are so very desperate to survive this nightmare. I am so grateful for everything you have done for us so far, and I hope one day soon I will not need to beg you, and that we can live a normal life, free from this horror and terror that fills our lives with hell.. You don't understand. My daughter has been so reserved and so "offish" lately.... nothing seemed to make her smile. No emotion about anything... staying in her room and seemingly miserable. Rare glimpses of happiness from time to time, but mostly just reserved and secluded. Y'all..... she is smiling and dancing.... DANCING..... You cannot tell me Christ isn't real. You can't. I can't bring you to Christ. But I am telling you that something happens. Something changes. I changed. Then my wife changed. Now the kids have changed. They are smiling. They are dancing. I can't show you proof Christ is real.... But I can tell you I have proof that something has changed and Jesus is the common denominator. Period. She's smiling and dancing..... Case closed.

I am inside the market, Onitsha Main Market, Haruna Street to be precise, and this is what is going on, like right now. Who are these guys working for if not Anambra State Government? Who has the right to collect revenue if not empowered by Government? Are they hiding, or did they cover theory face? Are they in a rush so they can run away if anything happens? Do you see they are a common face? I don't want to risk my life, reason I have to hide and take these videos, but this is to tell the whole world that Anambra State Government is lying. They boldly empowered touts, and they are 100% aware of their activities. As it is happening in Haruna Street, so is it happening in all major streets in Onitsha. They work for the man in 3rd frame, who in turn work for Anambra State Government.

Turns out the "IDE but for notes and tasks" is also becoming my... IDE! More and more I just make notes and boards with specs of what needs to be built, connect a bunch of code agents to thymer all working in parallel, have them pick up open tasks, build it and update progress back in the notes.
