That is the DevOps pipeline. First the build failed as npm, nuget needed to upgraded. Then it failed on unit tests due to a new file for input data that was not mapped correctly or the build agent was linux and host machine did windows only syntax. Then it failed on deployment as there was no permissions to a new Azure/AWS resource. Then failed on API/UI automation tests. Then failed on performance tests as Taurus latest is not working with agent due to a dependency. Then we figured out a config was missing from new changes and deployed API is not starting.
It was not a bug but a feature
that is a developer not engineer. An engineer is much, much more
It all started with "it is just a small bug. Let me quickly fix it"
