So you mean all the football lifting Coaches at a fuck ton of these D1 schools are just ruining players careers?? Lmao bc that’s how I felt when I went to college after lifting the proper way for 2 years in HS with the best trainer I ever had and then got to school and was like wtf are we doing?!? Of course the coach was like 70 and was on his way out so he didn’t care about anyone’s wellbeing anyways lol total shit show!! This is one of the main things I tell recruits to do. Go to the practices, go see what they are doing in the weight room, all the things that make you who you are 99% of D1(and I’m sure this is all divisions NCAA/NJCAA/NAIA etc.). Wayyy to many Colleges change or try to change how guys hit or throw for no reason.
