Some things I've learned on how to grow your stream! ✨ 🍀 Setting a schedule While I know it can be hard to find the time for it depending on your life, predictability on when people can find you online is HUGE! Dotting extra streams here and there is... great, but setting one or two or more regular days in is ideal 🍀 Queueing posts A lot of platforms offer to schedule posts, which means that you just have to write them out, maybe draft them, and then you'll have things ready to post. This can be anything: sharing progress on skills, posting ideas, screenshots, etc! 🍀 Active effort! Whether it's interacting in your discord, commenting on other's posts, writing scripts, learning new programs, setting up collabs, or scheduling content, a little bit goes a long way Consistency beats everything. It's okay to miss a day here and there, but make sure that you make content creation a grind you can enjoy! 💛show more

The subject of 'owning a slave' is dense. It is something we hear a lot when we are in the FemDom Realm. Is it just fantasy? Can it actually be a lifestyle? How do we navigate this type of dynamic? How do we even get to that level of D/s? “i’ve been told that you've tried spending less time on your phone recently, which i believe is a very hard thing to do. what made you do it? and did it actually work?” 🆑: yeah, i am achieving that. then there's a balance to find, because it's also true that as soon as you are... you kind of feel a little bit disconnected on what's going around because today everybody is with a phone, and so there's a balance to find. i did two or three months, i think, without ever touching my phone apart from whatsapp when i was receiving messages and calls, and that was maybe a little bit extreme. so now maybe i'm trying to find a balance between the two because it's good to be up to date with what's going on around the world and to stay in touch with friends and funny moments. there's also lots of funny moments on social media and it part also of social interaction with friends and family. so there's a balance to find, but it is also true that it's a place where sometimes it can be a little bit toxic when you are in a position where people can kind of judge and say anything very, very easily. and they have the right to do so, but as a human being, you can also be affected by looking at those things. so it's a balance to find. i don't know if i found the perfect one, but for now it works for me, which is the most important.

Start with the trinity, add some slap your mama, a bay leaf and end with more flavor than you can imagine. Caitlin on what she learned through injury this season: “I think when I get a few years down here in my career, I think this is a moment and a season I’ll look back on and be like, this why I am who I am today… It was hard sitting on the bench, I’m not going to lie, but I think it taught myself how to be a really good leader and how to be a really good teammate… when you’re on the sidelines and you don’t have your jersey on, you can observe and really learn about people… how can I show up every single day and pour into them and be there for them… but also going forward down the road, if I have a teammate that’s injured… I know I will always show up for them and be there for them and check in on them, because it is an incredibly isolating thing, and you don’t realize that until you go through it… I think all of that is probably what I’ve leaned most.” 🎥: Tony East
