"How do you post so often?" ✨ I used to post entirely manually... on every single platform! At first I didn't mind it but after a while I was wondering if there's another way 🤔 Something I LOVE to recommend to people over and over again is using scheduling... tools to help you. They don't have to be super complicated or something you pay for either, and the support they provide gives you time to focus on other things! I use a website called Buffer - but there are many lovely scheduling tools like it online, so you're bound to find something that you enjoy using! By using a tool like this you can focus on creation while the tool helps you by sorting the posting out. All you have to do is add your content, your description, hashtags, and then schedule it for a set day. Then you can leave it and ta-da! Content! 💛show more

Some things I've learned on how to grow your stream! ✨ 🍀 Setting a schedule While I know it can be hard to find the time for it depending on your life, predictability on when people can find you online is HUGE! Dotting extra streams here and there is great, but setting one or two or more regular days in is ideal 🍀 Queueing posts A lot of platforms offer to schedule posts, which means that you just have to write them out, maybe draft them, and then you'll have things ready to post. This can be anything: sharing progress on skills, posting ideas, screenshots, etc! 🍀 Active effort! Whether it's interacting in your discord, commenting on other's posts, writing scripts, learning new programs, setting up collabs, or scheduling content, a little bit goes a long way Consistency beats everything. It's okay to miss a day here and there, but make sure that you make content creation a grind you can enjoy! 💛

Pavel Durov on why he hasn't had depression in 20 years: "I normally never have depression. I don't remember having depression in the last 20 years, at least maybe when I was a teenager." Pavel's approach to difficult emotions is completely counterintuitive. As he puts it: "I'm a human being like everybody else. I do get to experience emotions and some of them are not very pleasant. But I believe that it's the responsibility of every one of us to cope with these emotions and to learn to work through them." On what creates depression: "Self-discipline is particularly important because without it, how can you overcome this seemingly endless loop of negativity or despair that ultimately leads to depression for some people?" His method: "One of the reasons I don't have depression is I start doing things. I identify the problem, I can see a solution, and I start executing the strategy. If you are stuck in this loop of being worried about something, nothing's ever going to change." The mistake people make: "People often make this mistake thinking 'Oh, I should just have some rest and then regain energy.' This is not how it works. You gain energy by doing something. So you start doing something, then it happens. You feel motivated, you feel inspired, and then ultimately you do something else a little bit more." He continues: "The whole point is to do first and then feel, not feel and then do. Going to the gym is a good example. There are many days when you don't want to start working out. But you have to overcome this initial reluctance and then you get to a point that you enjoy it and you think 'Oh my god, it was such a good idea to come to gym today.'" Right now, I have a few dozen tools to automate my life. Every single thing that I do more than once every week is now a tool: either a Claude Code skill, a scheduled workflow, or an application. • I spend the time doing this once. • I schedule it. • I forget about it (or at least, try to) CREAO is one of the platforms I've used extensively for building some of these automations. They are partnering with me on this post. They are one of the only platforms where you can go from a conversation to a scheduled agent that quickly. This is how it works: 1. You describe the problem you want to solve 2. CREAO's agent builds the logic and executes it 3. You can iterate with the agent to improve the solution 4. When you are done, you turn that solution into a mini app 5. You can schedule that app to run any time you need it Something important: These agents are deterministic. They don't use an LLM to generate answers, so they will always return the same output given the same input. This is critical: when you're automating something that runs every Monday at 9 am, you need it to return the same result every time, not a "creative" answer.

Linear CEO Karri Saarinen says some companies are using "friction forms" to help engineers break through bureaucracy and get new AI tools approved faster: "There are a lot of companies where employees ask, 'Can I use agents?' and they say, 'No, you can’t.' This same Promiseland show? I see a lot of people tagging me in videos to suggest that Promiseland was a flop. Once again, this same show? Or you just decided to push the part of the event that fits your toxic narrative that the show flopped! Yes, there were challenges but I can say the same for all events this season as well, but a flop? 🤣 You are so desperate for him to flop so you looked for videos that support your theory, something this camp has been doing to all other events, every other person seems like a threat to this particular camp, I think it's a demonic spirit and because you can count on the dumb fans to share it, they've been doing that like they robots. We are entering a new year, and I really do not have time for this unnecessary agenda, and then when the same energy is given you start saying we hate you.
