Those are nurse sharks in the Vaavu Atoll of the Maldives. Very docile and relatively harmless to humans.

Just nurse sharks, but clearly they have learned to be there ready for food!

A shiver of sharks swimming through a school of fish 🐠

"I just want to know what that dude has been smoking?!"😳

Lots of places in the Bahamas where they are “mostly” docile like this. “Swim at tour own risk” I’ve swam with them twice. They are nurse sharks.

took me a hot minute to understand what was going on there 💀

He likely feeds them at a regular time everyday

A group of sharks are called "School" when swimming together

Here’s my best guess. If you’ve ever kept freshwater aquarium fish, you know they quickly learn routines. Mine used to swim up to the glass whenever I approached because they knew it was feeding time. Some even let me gently stroke their backs they seemed to enjoy it. So, I strongly suspect this guy feeds them regularly, which is why they're all swimming up to him. Just a guess though I’m no fishologist!

Turn the only lights on at the beach, toss food to the nurse sharks, sit in chair and make it look like you’re aquaman and can speak to sharks.

Sharks are used to being fed

Trust your eyes; believe what you see. That's all gone now.

There is this person, documented, who attracts sea life if he sits on shore. Something to do with his body chemistry. But I’d say energy/vibration. @grok isn’t there a person who attracts marine life if he sits on shore?

Looks like a school of nurse sharks accustomed to being fed .. nurse sharks are fairly docile,...

This man just unlocked a side quest in a David Attenborough documentary. Real question: is he bonding with sharks or applying for their union rep?

I guess they’re telling bro that they wanna take a selfie 🤳 with him 😂

He Just Recreated This Scene

🔥

Bro, he's feeding those sharks. They're learned to approach the beach at night for an easy meal. Don't go swimming at that dude's house. Shark Alcatraz... 😱

They are having a late night community discussion. 😁

Dinner.

Guy sees school of resting sharks…guy grabs chair and drone…guy films scene as if sharks are hanging out with him…there…explained…🤷🏻♂️😝
