Businesses aren’t just leaving Canada, they’ve been buried into the ground and intentionally put out of business by policies and regulations. Just look at the receivership cases right now, how many of those are small to medium sized corporations being bankrupted by bankers/gov (same bed different puppets if you ask me). Julian assange said 20% of businesses in this country are being bankrupted. Some don’t have the opportunity to start over in the US in a free market.
