🚨DHS IS HUMAN TRAFFICKING PEOPLE.🚨 And an ICE agent just accidentally admitted it on camera. In a video filmed in Maine, an ICE agent openly admits their current “direction” is not arresting criminals. It’s targeting people who are lawfully present… With valid work permits… With pending immigration applications… Who...

🚨 Something is deeply wrong with what ICE and DHS are doing right now… and everyone needs to start paying attention now, before it’s too late. DHS is telling people to “self-deport,” but when someone actually tries to self-deport, ICE is locking them in private immigration prisons for months, even years. ICE has been targeting former DACA recipients, people who historically would not be held long-term, because detention itself has become the objective. A steady pipeline feeding private prisons that are paid per body, per day. This story shows the other side of the same abuse. Tatjana Vesiolko has no criminal record. She holds a valid Lithuanian passport. Her home country accepts deportations. She received a final order of removal months ago. She didn’t fight it. She mailed her passport to ICE. She has repeatedly asked to buy her own plane ticket home. ICE refused. Instead, she has now spent nearly 11 months locked inside a private detention facility with no bond, no timeline, and no clear explanation. DHS vaguely claims the delay may be tied to a class action lawsuit they refuse to name, one she was never told about and never given the chance to opt out. Immigration attorneys say there are no obvious legal barriers preventing her deportation. This is happening as ICE detains more people than at any point since World War II. The number of people held longer than six months is rapidly climbing, not because removal is impossible, but because ICE is arresting more people than it can process and refusing to let many of them leave. And taxpayers are paying for it. Immigration detention costs at least $150 per person, per day, according to nonpartisan estimates. Holding someone for nearly a year costs tens of thousands of taxpayer dollars, even when that person has no criminal record and is actively asking to leave the country. That money does not go to public safety. It goes to private prison contracts. People in immigration detention have no guaranteed right to a lawyer. No sentence. No release date. Habeas petitions are routinely stalled with “we’re working on it,” while people remain locked up indefinitely. This is not about border security or enforcing the law. It’s about punishment, deterrence, and profit, while DHS publicly tells people to “self-deport” and quietly blocks them from doing exactly that.

🚨This is inhumane and beyond disturbing… A GREEN CARD HOLDER with cancer is being held in ICE detention, denied cancer treatment, for nearly a year… Not because she was convicted of a crime, but because DHS alleged something. No hiding. No cartel. No conviction. No due process. Just an accusation. Arbella “Yari” Rodríguez Márquez was detained based on a claim that she “assisted” someone at the border, even though she wasn’t hiding anyone, wasn’t evading inspection, and says she had no idea anything was wrong. That’s enough for DHS. She has cancer. She is being denied proper treatment. She has reportedly lost around 70 pounds. She is getting sicker inside a private detention facility while her case drags on. This is not about public safety. This is not about the law. This is about detaining people who would not normally be held, stripping them of status on paper, and warehousing them in for-profit detention centers that get paid per body, per day. Green card holders are supposed to have rights. Medical care is supposed to be a baseline. An allegation is not supposed to be a death sentence. Yet, here we are. This administration is allowing people to slowly die in custody over accusations that haven’t been proven, because the cruelty is the point and the contracts are profitable. If the government can do this to a lawful permanent resident with cancer, they can do it to anyone. This isn’t immigration enforcement. It’s state-sanctioned neglect, and people are dying for it.

🚨BREAKING: In Columbia Heights, MN, ICE agents are going door to door and targeting people based on how they sound, demanding proof of citizenship, then human trafficking them when they refuse to comply with unlawful orders. In the video, a man is standing by a garage on private property. ICE agents approach him and demand identification. The man correctly states that he does not have to show ID. He is not suspected of a crime, he is on private property, and the agents have no warrant… He then asks why he is required to provide documentation. An agent then says the quiet part out loud… “Because of your accent.” The man points out the obvious, “You have an accent too.” The agent then asks, “Where were you born?” The man responds, “Where were you born?” At that point, the agent escalates. He orders, “Put your hands behind your back,” then physically grabs the man, shoves him against the garage, and restrains him without a warrant, without probable cause, and without reasonable suspicion of a crime, or even knowing who he is. Another agent steps directly in front of the camera to obstruct recording, while another joins in assaulting the man on private property. What’s illegal here is visible on video: • Detaining someone on private property without a warrant • Demanding identification without reasonable suspicion • Targeting someone based solely on accent or perceived national origin • Using force to enforce an unlawful order • Obstructing a lawful recording of law enforcement The man is then taken against his will so ICE can “prove his status.” That is not a lawful stop, it is human trafficking under color of law, seizing a person first and transporting them elsewhere to investigate their identity later, all for profit. This is not border enforcement. This is not public safety. This is government agents abducting people based on how they sound, then trafficking them through detention systems for funding, quotas, and “processing.” And the question isn’t whether this man had legal status. The question is how long Americans will tolerate federal agents kidnapping people on private property, calling it “verification,” and pretending the Constitution no longer applies.

🚨An ICE agent illegally pulled over a car in Farmingdale, Maine… without probable cause… and tried to tell people, legally in the U.S., that they don’t have the right to stay. The agent says, on video, “Just because you came to this country and applied for asylum… doesn’t mean you get to stay here.” Except… it literally does. That’s not an opinion. That’s the law. If you apply for asylum, you have a legal right to remain in the United States while your case is processed. Period. So what just happened here? An armed federal agent pulled over a vehicle, without probable cause, misstated the law, and tried to intimidate people out of rights they legally have. That’s a constitutional violation. The Fourth Amendment requires probable cause to stop and detain someone. You don’t get to pull people over just because you feel like it or because of who they are. And Maine law enforcement has already made this clear in other cases… if there’s no probable cause, you don’t get to hold someone. That’s a basic constitutional protection. Then there’s due process… Asylum seekers are in a legal process. They are not “illegal” for being here. The government itself allowed them in while their cases are pending. So, when an ICE agent tells them they don’t have the right to stay… That’s not just wrong, that’s the government lying about your rights to your face. And when the people in the car pushed back… when they actually knew the law… The agent left. Because he never had the legal authority to begin with. This is the pattern we keep seeing… People with legal status being stopped, questioned, detained, or targeted anyway. Even recent reporting out of Maine shows asylum seekers, with no criminal records, being stopped during enforcement operations, and taken. They test the line… cross it… and hope nobody notices. That’s how intimidation works. And no one is holding them accountable.

🚨BREAKING: The 9-year-old who pleaded to go to his state spelling bee, is released from ICE detention. But, the fact that this headline even exists is the problem. This child, Deiver Henao Jimenez, and his family, are asylum seekers with a pending case. They were following the process, showing up to a routine immigration check-in… not hiding, not accused of any crime… But, they were thrown into the Dilley Detention Center anyway. A 9-year-old CHILD… a strong student who qualified for his state spelling bee… was sitting in a detention facility telling Ms. Rachel on a video call, “I don’t want to be here anymore… nothing is good here.” A child… begging to get out of what is essentially a concentration camp… so he could go to a spelling bee. And his family didn’t get out because the system worked… They got out because people saw the video. That video call with Ms. Rachel is the reason this child is not being held in this terrible facility… And to make this all even worse… After the videos went viral, CHILDREN had their ability to video chat taken away. The moment the public saw what was happening, ICE shut it down. And let’s talk about why this is even happening… because detaining families like this isn’t about safety…. It’s about a system that profits off detention, where holding people, even children with pending asylum cases, generates money for private contractors and those at the top. It took public pressure, media attention, and a child pleading on camera to fix something that never should have happened. And that’s the point… this wasn’t normal before. We did not used to detain elementary school kids with pending asylum cases like this, then silence them when people started paying attention. Yes… he’s free now. But the fact that a 9-year-old asylum seeker had to go viral, by talking to Ms. Rachel on camera, just to get out… Should tell you exactly how cruel this administration is.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents blocked in a U.S. citizen’s car… and then threatened to arrest her for not moving. In the video, a U.S. citizen was sitting in a public parking lot when ICE agents pulled up directly in front of her car, and blocked her from leaving. Then, they accused HER of “impeding” them. She told them she literally couldn’t move because THEY had blocked her in. The agent said they would back up… and if she didn’t move, “that’s your chance.” Her response… “My chance for what?” The agent then cited “18 USC 111,” a federal law that makes it a crime to forcibly assault, resist, oppose, impede, intimidate, or interfere with certain federal officers while they are performing their official duties. But, the law is not a magic phrase that allows federal agents to arrest anyone who annoys them. The statute includes a forcible-act requirement. Sitting in a public parking lot is not “impeding” a federal officer. So, she asks… “How am I impeding you when you just pulled up in front of my car?” The agent then yelled: “Move your car or it’s over!” She told him they couldn’t move. He started yelling, “Back up, or you are under arrest. We aren’t playing anymore.” She responded… “Well, you can’t arrest me.” While she backed up. The agent gets mad and… while walking next to her car as she was backing up… replied, “Yes I can. Try me.” This is an absolutely insane abuse of power. The government cannot create the circumstances that make it impossible for you to leave, accuse you of “impeding” them, because you cannot leave, and then threaten to arrest you for not doing the impossible. Because that is coercion, and it’s illegal. And the most terrifying part is… this is how ICE agents are trained to operate. They create confusing, threatening situations where people don’t even know if they are being lawfully detained, if they are free to leave, or if they are about to be arrested for simply existing in the wrong place. And then the government expects people to calmly trust that everything they are doing is legal. Which is exactly why constitutional protections exist. Because “I’m a federal agent” is not a magic phrase that makes your constitutional rights disappear.

🚨BREAKING: ICE is human trafficking a U.S. Army Black Hawk pilot’s wife…and DHS is lying about it. Stephanie Carolina Kenny came to the United States in 2021 seeking asylum from Venezuela. She was processed and released into the U.S. and has complied with every ICE check-in. In 2023, she was granted Temporary Protected Status, and her asylum hearing was scheduled for 2027. She has no criminal record and has lived here continuously and lawfully under the terms given to her. She is the definition of “doing it the right way.” While building her life here, she met and married Chief Warrant Officer 2 Christopher Busby… an 11-year U.S. Army veteran and Black Hawk pilot who recently flew presidential security missions in 2025. Then, on December 5, 2025, she did exactly what she had always done… She showed up to her routine ICE check-in, and the government locked her up. They detained the wife of a man who has served this country for over a decade… Not because she broke the law, not because she is a danger… But because they can. At her bond hearing, the DHS attorney admitted he had not even reviewed her case file… and still argued she was a “flight risk,” pointing largely to the fact that she had recently gotten married… as if building a family and strengthening community ties somehow makes someone more likely to flee. Stephanie has been in the United States since 2021 and followed every rule they gave her. There is no legitimate reason to detain her. But, the Trump administration did it anyway… Because detention beds are funded and facilities are paid per head… the longer someone stays inside, the more money flows through that system. So, in other words… The Trump administration is human trafficking an Army veteran’s wife. And now, the Black Hawk pilot who served this country for over a decade, including protecting the President, is forced to beg the federal government to release his wife from a detention system that had no justification to take her in the first place. To this day, she remains in a Houston detention facility where she has lost at least 20 pounds, and the guards increase abuse as her case gains more publicity. When compliance leads to detention, lawful status means nothing, and the government admits it didn’t even review the file before arguing to keep someone locked up… the message is undeniable: Human trafficking is the goal. And they will keep trafficking her, for as long as they can get away with, unless people speak up.

🚨 WATCH THIS: An ICE/Border Patrol agent, once again, illegally detains and interrogates a U.S. citizen… on camera. In this video, an ICE agent is seen holding a man’s driver’s license hostage while repeatedly demanding to know where he was born. The man calmly says, over and over: “I’m an American citizen.” But the agent refuses to accept the answer… because this is how ICE tries to manufacture “probable cause” when they don’t actually have any. Here’s why what this agent did is unlawful: 1. ICE can ask immigration questions… but they cannot detain you without reasonable suspicion. Once the agent has the man’s license and isn’t letting the interaction end, that’s not voluntary anymore. ICE cannot detain anyone unless they have reasonable suspicion the person is removable. He clearly didn’t. 2. You do NOT have to answer “where were you born?” Citizens and non-citizens alike can refuse to answer. Your birthplace is private information, not a magic password for ICE. 3. ICE has databases. They can verify citizenship without badgering people. Agents often push this question because they want the person to slip up or panic. A “verbal admission” makes their job easy…even if it’s false. This is why they keep pressing even after hearing “I’m a citizen.” And why it is important to not answer their questions. 4. This is coercion, not procedure. Holding someone’s ID while interrogating them is not a routine check. It’s an unlawful seizure under the Fourth Amendment. 5. ICE’s own rules forbid racial profiling. Yet, here we are again: a citizen being treated as “suspicious” because of how he looks, not because of anything he did. Bottom line: This man did EVERYTHING right. He asserted his citizenship. He stayed calm. The only person breaking the law in this video is the ICE agent. And if this is how they treat a citizen, imagine what they do to people who can’t film it.

🚨BREAKING: An ICE agent was just caught on video violently shoving a TEENAGER to the ground, in a Chicago suburb. But it gets worse… In Joliet, IL, ICE agents jumped out of their cars, racially profiled a man, began handcuffing him, and forced him into an unmarked vehicle that had its license plate covered. And they did all of this before even confirming who he was. As U.S. citizens began recording the incident, ICE agents started forcing them farther back, even though they were not interfering with the arrest. One of the agents looked at a teenager, who was just standing there and filming, and said, “Step back a little bit.” The teenager wasn’t interfering. In fact, a woman was standing even closer. And then, without warning, the ICE agent violently shoved the teenager to the ground. Moments later, another ICE agent pulled out a taser and threatened the legal observers, despite them remaining away from the vehicle, and not interfering. And after all of that, about 20 minutes later… ICE released the man they had kidnapped because they realized he was not undocumented. Think about how insane that is… A man was detained, handcuffed, and taken away before ICE even confirmed they had the right person. That’s exactly why the Fourth Amendment exists… to protect people from unreasonable seizures by the government. And then there is the issue of an ICE agent shoving a teenager to the ground… Using significant physical force against someone, especially a teenager, who is not posing an immediate threat, not resisting, and not interfering… is excessive force. Federal agents do not get a free pass to assault teenagers because they are standing nearby. The First Amendment protects the right to record law enforcement in public, and government officials cannot use intimidation, or force, to silence people who are lawfully documenting their actions. This wasn’t just about one man being kidnapped…. It was about everyone standing there. A teenager was thrown to the ground. Legal observers were threatened. U.S. citizens exercising their constitutional rights were intimidated. And an innocent man lost 20 minutes of his freedom because ICE believes they are allowed to kidnap anyone they want. So, why are these ICE agents not being held accountable?

This is how ICE/Border Patrol retaliates when U.S. citizens dare to question them. A woman is sitting in her car in her own neighborhood. An ICE/Border Patrol agent comes to her window. She calmly asks a basic question, “What are you doing in my neighborhood?” His response, “I can do whatever I need to do.” She says, “No, you don’t. Record this” And that’s when it happens. The moment she tells someone to record, the agent turns to his coworkers and says, “Guys, let’s find out their status.” Let that sink in. No suspicion. No probable cause. No crime. Just punishment for speaking up. She says, “Be my guest,” and identifies them out loud, “Everyone, this is ICE.” Now the agent comes back, demanding, “What is your legal status?” She refuses. Correctly. Calmly. Repeatedly. “I don’t have to answer that.” He insists anyway. He starts to say, “I have…” then stops himself. Because he knows he doesn’t have anything. No warrant. No authority. No legal basis. This is intimidation. This is retaliation. This is ICE using the threat of detention as a weapon against civilians who observe them, film them, or question them. When she tells him he should be ashamed, he deflects with the same tired propaganda, “Oh, for all the sex offenders we’ve arrested.” She challenges him, “Show me one. Show me one you have arrested.” And suddenly, he walks away. Because this was never about public safety. It was about silencing her. ICE does this over and over again, If you film them, they threaten you. If you ask questions, they demand your “status.” If you assert your rights, they escalate. This is not law enforcement. This is a federal agency punishing people for exercising their constitutional rights. Film them. Know your rights. That’s the part that scares them most.
