The driver wasnt the only threat . You had the drivers partner trying to open the passenger door. How are they supposed to know shes not going for a weapon?!? See thats the difference here. This really clears up any questions in my mind that I had. The whole situation was crummy, everyone involved was not without fault, but the fact that someone lost their life, in my opinion was a flair of temper. People have to stand up for what’s right, otherwise it gets overlooked.
