Caught on Ealing Council CCTV - a man from South West London was filmed dumping boxes from his car onto the pavement in Ealing 📦 When the council issued him a fine, he refused to pay. So they took him to court. On 6 March 2026 he pleaded guilty and was ordered to pay £616 in fines and costs. His excuse? He told the court he left the boxes on the pavement because he was worried his car would be hit by a bus.
