@KnightrousNik Just made some patties tonight and cooked them up our cast iron skillet. They were SO GOOD! Natural animal fats and plant fats. Olive oil, avocado oil, and even soybean oil are better than Canola oil, aka Rapeseed oil. Avoid all processed seed oils if possible.

Diamethlypolysiloxane is added to virtually all fryer oil and is used in every restaurant. I personally can't be anywhere near it otherwise it's an immediate rash on my face and around my eyes.

This is the best!
