"Sonic Adventure 2" finally has cutscene modding support, and you can basically load any cutscene into Blender. You can modify stuff, but you can also just basically reshoot every cutscene if you want.

I went in and swapped all the shaders to be lit. Now imagine a SA2 remake like this (lighting wise, the models and textures are the same)
