Opus 5.5: $8.95 | 10 mins GPT-6 Astra: $7.45 | 8 mins GPT-6 Sol: $3.90 | 5 mins Kimi K3: $4.04 | 6 mins Opus 5.5 really impressed me. The frontend and 3D detailing are seriously good, and I preferred it over Astra for this task. GPT-6 Sol was a bit disappointing, while Kimi K3 looks really good for the price. It delivered a strong result at almost half the cost. Kimi K3.1 is going to be a monster for sure. Overall, Anthropic made a great comeback with Opus 5.5.

Asked for Rig & Animation of 3D creature. Still can't believe it can handle that since Astra release. Opus 5.5 in my opinion does it even better, look jump and bite animations. Also, it worked 40 min against 65 of Astra. Seems I'm using Claude for my game animations and vfx now lol

Opus 5.5 actually shows the difference. I honestly expected less. One prompt: build the DeLorean and the clock tower square, rig the car, animate the lightning strike. Both models drove Blender through the Higgsfield Blender plugin and hooked with Higgsfield MCP, where it can use Nano Banana Pro for images, Tripo for 3D models and more. The exact same test went to GPT-6 Astra. Both ran on max effort. Opus 5.5: 73 min, 218k output tokens, $27.3in API terms. Working doors, spinning wheels, the strike lands. GPT-6 Astra: 88 min, 136k output tokens, $21.3 in API terms. Skipped the generators and built all 517 objects itself.

anthropic cooked hard with opus 5.2 after testing it for a whole day, i can say this model is so good > huge step up from opus 5 > on par with astra > faster than opus 5 > way better at frontend and 3d here’s one frontend test i ran and it’s the best output any model has given me even better than astra you can check fable 5.1 output with same prompt in QT and tbh opus 5.2 just mogs everyone here really hoping that anthropic will release this model officially this week
