Texas judges are legally required to follow specific canons. Canon 3B(4) explicitly states that a judge "shall be patient, dignified and courteous to litigants, jurors, witnesses, lawyers and others with whom the judge deals in an official capacity". This is not the temperament of an honest judge. Very defensive, seems to take pushback personally. A lawyer is supposed to advocate for their client and this judge seems to not allow anyone questioning his reasoning. This is outrageous.
