Sure, Spotify doesn't worry about Apple. They just stay focused. That's why their company met with the EU commission 65 times to aid them in giving punitive fines to Apple.

He should be worried because YouTube music is a real threat

Fair enough but this philosophy does seem to have served Spotify well. At the time of this interview, Spotify was valued at $8B. Today their market cap is north of $60B

Still waiting on hifi or lossless or something high-quality… switched to Apple Music even though Spotify is objectively better in everything else BESIDES audio quality.

So when do we get lossless, higher quality and Dolby Atmos? All of which Apple Music has right this second.

It would be cool if they went back to just focusing on music. The podcast push has degraded the UX for music

Then where is the lossless audio option that all others have at the same price point, that’s the only thing keeping me from moving to Spotify.
