GameStop CEO Ryan Cohen: 3 Ways I’d Fix eBay Cohen is currently trying to acquire eBay and merge it with $GME. So far, $EBAY has rejected his $56B offer. He believes eBay is a valuable asset with a ton of potential, but currently being mismanaged. His plan to fix eBay: 1) Cut $2B in costs, increase earnings immediately 2) Expand eBay’s live commerce platform ($400B market, growing fast, eBay Live has potential) 3) Create a liquid marketplace for in-game digital items “There are three areas. One, immediately improving earnings through cutting costs, pulling $2 billion of costs out of the business. And on the operating base of close to five and a half billion of expenses and 2.4 billion spent on sales and marketing for essentially no user growth, there's a lot of money to pull out there. There's two growth vectors that I'm very much interested in. Number one is live commerce. The TAM is like $400 billion. It's growing very quickly in the US, it's very popular in Asia. And eBay has the users, eBay has the brands, they have a platform. But the platform sucks for a lot of different reasons. That's a huge, huge growth opportunity for them to start doing really well in live commerce. The third thing, and this is something that I have not spoken about before publicly, is building a marketplace where you can provide liquidity for in-game digital items. If you look at all of these in-game items, triple A titles, that people are accumulating skins, weapons, essentially, it's what NFTs, people thought they were, but ultimately they had no real utility. In-game items actually have real utility, and no one's doing it. And, and this should already exist, and it's crazy that it doesn't exist.” -------------------------------------- Thanks to our partners! 🚨 Neon District 2077 GameStop Lives🚨 If you don’t get the GameStop /eBay vision yet, I hope this helps. Imagine walking into a GameStop with a box of trading cards, video games, collectibles, sneakers, comics, or memorabilia. Instead of getting a low trade-in offer, your item gets authenticated, photographed, listed, and placed in front of a live global audience. Not one buyer. Not one pawn-shop style offer. A real-time market. Thousands of collectors watching. Bidding. Competing. Deciding the value in public. Now imagine celebrity guests, creators, athletes, streamers, and collectors hosting live auctions from GameStop locations all over the world. New York. Tokyo. London. Los Angeles. Dallas. Paris. Every store becomes more than a store. It becomes an intake center. An authentication hub. A live auction studio. A fulfillment center. A marketplace powered by trust, culture, and community. That is the part people are missing. This isn’t just about buying eBay. It’s about rebuilding what eBay should have become. A trusted global marketplace where sellers get real price discovery, buyers get authenticated products, and collectibles become entertainment. The future of commerce is not scrolling through dead listings and hoping the seller is real. The future is live. Verified. Social. Global. Instant. GameStop has the stores. eBay has the marketplace. Collectors have the inventory. Creators have the audience. The public has the demand. Put it all together and you don’t just have a turnaround story. You have the blueprint for the next era of commerce. $GME 🚀 🌖

Angelina Jolie Has Finally Woken Up To The Fact The United Nations & Governments Are Run By Heartless Criminals There’s No Accountability For Crimes “If There’s A Business Interest Involved” “That is the biggest that is the most disheartening thing of I think we we or I thought at least even 20 years ago when I started to work internationally that there was this I in my head, some weird idea of good guys. You know? Some idea of those whether it be certain countries or certain people's maybe it was this holdover from World War 2 and this thought that this was, like so that the lines were clear and that there was going to be these human rights goals laid out and that there would be things stood up for, and that if these things weren't done, there would be pushback, and these were the and I really thought that's what it was. I even thought that's what the United Nations was… And I thought, okay. There's a there's some lines in the sand. There's some understanding. We're gonna grow and fight for improvements in these areas. And and to watch to watch and understand more and more how it's just simply that's not what it is. That's not the world. The world is not these are human rights. It is these are human rights sometimes for these people, maybe sometimes for these people, never for these people. Yeah. It's food aid, 6% for these people, 50% for these people, it's justice for these people, but not these people. Accountability for this crime, but not that crime if there's business interest. And this is truly the ugly state of of so much of the world that we are just becoming more and more aware of for just about every I mean, I don't know any countries that are are clean of it and, um, and willing to hold a line really consistently hand on behalf of the of human rights and laws”

chatgpt has 800 million weekly active users and it just became one of the biggest software distribution platform in history. i went on my first million to break down the wealth creation moment of chatgpt apps. for the first time, discovery, intent, and transaction all happen in the same place. when someone needs to solve a problem, they open chatgpt, describe what they want, and the right app surfaces instantly. there is no searching, downloading, or sign-up flow. the opportunity is to build apps that meet users at that exact moment of intent. apps that quietly appear when someone needs help filing taxes, finding a doctor, repairing credit, or pulling a business document. note: LCA has announced we are building chatgpt apps, go to the website if you're a band doing $5M+ in revenue looking for an app. this is the new playbook for building chatgpt apps. build for intent by starting with the questions people already ask every day: help me, find me, do this for me. these are high-signal, high-conversion moments that don’t require advertising. connect to the real data users care about through the model context protocol. banking, healthcare, government filings, and crm systems all open up as inputs for automation. your app earns trust when it can act on real information instead of generating text. use openai’s sdk ui to make each workflow tangible. give people sliders to explore cost scenarios, maps for discovery, calculators for quick answers, and checklists for next steps. each interaction should feel like a single focused experience, not a mini website. monetize through action. the right chatgpt app earns the second it’s used, not through long funnels or paywalls. charge small transaction fees, take affiliate revenue from connected services, or add light subscriptions for repeat users. in this MFM pod i gave away 3+ startups ideas to get your creative juices flowing. thanks to Sam Parr for having me on and nerding out with me. history’s repeating itself. first websites, then mobile apps, now chatgpt apps. early builders always win.
