Definitely AI is getting better. I would recommend SeedDance 2.5 and use Luma 4 for the voices. If you want to knock it up to another level, you produce all the shots, and use Luma for the voices for each scene, and in Premiere or Hitfilms or whatever, align the realistic voices.
