One million dollars to be able to get each megawatt stored: that’s 200 million dollars for his plant alone, and he would get 1 hour of storage. Dylan Patel of SemiAnalysis says a worse GPU with better storage and memory now beats the best chip without them, so buying the newest GPU alone no longer wins inference. So, an AMD GPU with more memory can outperform Nvidia in some cases. The hard part to me with the whole pace of play thing is that you, there's so much that goes into golf and there's so much that goes into hole to hole in terms of, are you hitting it close, are you able to tap it in, or you have to mark it, stuff like that, to where, are you holding the group up or are you not, to where it's very hard to make that call. And we just didn't agree with it, to be honest. "But we got taken off, and a hole later we were caught up. So it kind of goes to our point of why we didn't think we should of, but it is what it is. If $MU says NAND pricing is still strong, enterprise SSD demand is picking up and AI inference is creating more storage demand then $SNDK should benefit because SanDisk is one of the more direct ways to own that part of the cycle. Hyperscalers are still figuring out the right mix of DRAM, HBM, TLC NAND, QLC NAND and other storage architectures which can keep supply tighter for longer as memory companies are going to be hesitant to add too much capacity before demand becomes clearer. I'm going to be listening closely for Micron’s QLC commentary because QLC NAND for read-heavy inference workloads is the big driver and if Micron calls that out then it would show that the storage side of the AI memory story is still earlier than DRAM.

THIS IS WHERE "THE CLOUD" ACTUALLY LIVES - A ROOM OF DELL STORAGE ARRAYS YOU RENT A SLIVER OF EVERY MONTH. that clip is a real datacenter aisle, rack after rack of dell powerstore arrays, every hexagon panel packed with drives. this is "the cloud." not a metaphor, this room, plus the power, cooling and staff keeping it alive. when you pay for cloud storage, you rent a few gigabytes of these arrays. forever. the bill grows with every photo. here's the part they'd rather you not connect. these enterprise drives run on a schedule. data centers swap them out long before they fail, by the pallet. those decommissioned drives get tested and resold as recertified, the same 20tb enterprise disk for a fraction of new. so the exact hardware humming in this room ends up in a nas on your desk, minus the monthly rent. no cloud subscription, no data on someone else's array, no bill that grows with your library. the uncomfortable part isn't that the cloud is huge. it's that "the cloud" was always just this room, and you can buy a piece of it once instead of renting it forever. follow RetroChainer for what the cloud doesn't want you to picture, and bookmark this before your next storage renewal.

Most $SUI holders know one thing about the token: total supply is capped at 10 billion. They have never read the mechanic that makes that cap matter. It is called the Storage Fund. And it is the most important thing in the $SUI tokenomics docs that nobody is talking about. Now here is the part that directly connects to $SUI token value. The Sui docs state this explicitly: Deflation is a feature of Sui, not a bug. Here is why: Total supply is capped at 10 billion SUI. As network activity increases, more transactions are processed. More transactions mean more storage fees flowing into the Storage Fund. As the Storage Fund grows, it holds more SUI. The White House is going to play ball on this. So as Rep Burlison and Burchett has stated they are following through on everything that we are sending them. So the next course of action and something that they are willing to entertain is if you are an intelligence official or have knowledge of locations of materials and in doing our due diligence and following up with the task force they are considering and I do believe that they are going to be providing immunity permanently so that people can't be hit with a violation of the espionage act. We completed exploratory works on @sserenewables' Coire Glas pumped storage hydro scheme. The £100m programme involved the construction of a 1.2km tunnel into the hillside on the banks of Loch Lochy. ⛰️ Over 90,000 tonnes of rock and earth were excavated as part of the exploratory works! Important geological data was gathered from the rocks to inform the main design. Pumped hydro storage is critical to the UK Government's #CleanPowerMission. Coire Glas would be the first major pumped storage hydro scheme built in 40 years! With up to 30GWh of storage capacity, it could power three million homes for up to 24 hours. And it would nearly double Great Britain's total current electricity storage capacity. 🤯 Department for Energy Security and Net Zero confirmed earlier this year a cap and floor investment framework would be introduced to enable the deployment of long-duration electricity storage projects.
