In 1964, a 17 year old from San Diego conducted the most dangerous psychology experiment ever attempted by a teenager. Randy Gardner stayed awake for 264 hours (11 days) with: • No stimulants • No caffeine • No medical suppressants And Stanford sleep researchers realized too late they couldn't stop him. What happened inside his brain during those 264 hours rewrote everything we thought we knew about consciousness. By day three, Randy's short term memory had completely collapsed. He couldn't remember starting a sentence by the time he reached the end of it. Researchers would ask him to count backward from 100, and he'd stop at 65, staring blankly, having forgotten the entire concept of numbers. But the terrifying part wasn't the memory loss. Randy's brain began creating a second reality that ran parallel to the real one. He'd have full conversations with people who weren't there. He'd walk to locations that didn't exist. His eyes stayed open, his body kept moving, but his mind was living inside elaborate hallucinations that felt completely real to him. Sleep researchers had predicted cognitive decline. They hadn't predicted that the sleep deprived brain would start *manufacturing* an alternate conscious experience to fill the gap. Dr. William Dement, the Stanford researcher monitoring Randy, discovered something that changed sleep science forever. The hallucinations weren't random. They followed the exact same patterns as REM sleep dreams, complete with narrative arcs, emotional themes, and symbolic imagery. Randy's brain was dreaming while awake, projecting dream content directly onto his waking perception. The boundary between sleep and consciousness was more than binary. It was fluid, and without sleep to maintain the separation, the two states began bleeding into each other. By day nine, Randy couldn't distinguish between his hallucinations and reality. He became convinced that Dr. Dement was plotting against him. He accused the researchers of being imposters. His paranoid delusions were so convincing that even the people documenting his mental breakdown began questioning their own perceptions. Randy's EEG readings showed something unprecedented. His brain waves were cycling through all four stages of sleep while he remained physically awake and mobile. His neurons were firing in sleep patterns, but his motor cortex kept his body upright and functioning. He had become a walking sleeper, a conscious dreamer, a person experiencing two incompatible states of being simultaneously. When Randy finally slept after 264 hours, he didn't collapse into a coma. He slept for 14 hours and 40 minutes, then woke up completely normal. The hallucinations vanished. The paranoia disappeared. His memory returned. But the Stanford team realized they had documented something extraordinary about human consciousness that nobody talks about. Your brain doesn't need sleep to *function*. Randy proved the human body can operate for weeks without it. What your brain needs sleep for is to maintain the distinction between internal mental reality and external physical reality. Sleep isn't rest for your body. Sleep is a firewall for your mind. Without that firewall, the dream world and waking world merge into a single, indistinguishable experience where hallucinations become as real as the room you're sitting in. Randy recovered completely, but sleep researchers never attempted the experiment again. The ethical implications were too severe. They had accidentally discovered that consciousness is far more fragile than anyone suspected, held together by nothing more than eight hours of unconsciousness every night. Every time you go to sleep, your brain is performing the most critical maintenance operation in human biology. It's rebuilding the wall between dreams and reality. And without that wall, there is no difference.

Your brain physically rewires itself every time you think a thought. Donald Hebb stumbled onto this principle in 1949 while studying memory formation in lab rats. He noticed something that should have been impossible: neurons that activated simultaneously began forming stronger connections over time, creating dedicated pathways where none existed before. Scientists called it Hebb's Law. The rest of us call it "neurons that fire together wire together." What Hebb discovered wasn't just a mechanism for learning. He had found the biological foundation of human transformation. Every habit, every skill, every automatic response in your body exists as a neural pathway carved by repetition. The route from your bedroom to your kitchen becomes a superhighway in your brain because you walk it every morning. The sequence of movements you use to tie your shoes becomes hardwired because you've done it thousands of times. But, this same process builds your personality. That tendency to check your phone when you feel anxious? Neural pathway. The automatic urge to argue when someone challenges your opinion? Neural pathway. The way you deflect compliments or seek validation or avoid difficult conversations? All neural pathways, strengthened every time you repeat the pattern. Your brain cannot distinguish between physical actions and mental habits. Both carve grooves in your neural architecture. Both become automatic responses when triggered. Both feel like "who you are" because they happen without conscious choice. But, most people spend decades accidentally building neural superhighways to behaviors they claim they want to change. You say you want to be confident, then practice self doubt every day. You say you want to be productive, then strengthen procrastination pathways by checking social media when work feels hard. You say you want authentic relationships, then wire yourself for people pleasing by avoiding conflict whenever it arises. The brain observes your actions and assumes this must be what you want. So it builds infrastructure to make these patterns easier to execute in the future. Neuroplasticity research reveals something most people find deeply unsettling: there is no "fixed self." The personality you think defines you is just a collection of neural pathways that have been reinforced more often than others. The pathways you travel most frequently become the widest roads. The thoughts you think most often become the loudest voices. The behaviors you repeat most consistently become your automatic responses. But the same mechanism that locks you into patterns can unlock you from them. Every time you catch yourself mid pattern and choose differently, you send a signal to your brain that the old pathway might not be serving you anymore. Every time you practice a new response instead of defaulting to the familiar one, you begin building new neural infrastructure. The process feels awkward at first because you're literally walking through mental wilderness, creating trails where no trails existed. But repetition turns trails into paths, paths into roads, roads into superhighways. This is why changing habits through willpower alone fails. You're trying to muscle through established neural superhighways instead of building alternative routes. The old pathways don't disappear just because you want them to. They have to be replaced through deliberate rewiring. The most sophisticated meditation practitioners in the world understand this intuitively. They don't just sit quietly hoping for peace. They systematically rewire their brains by repeatedly choosing calm responses instead of reactive ones. Ten thousand hours of practice creates neural pathways so robust that serenity becomes their default state. Professional athletes do the same thing with performance. They don't just practice their sport. They practice the mental patterns that support excellence until confidence, focus, and resilience become neurologically hardwired. The implications of neuroplasticity extend far beyond personal development. Every social bias, every cultural assumption, every automatic judgment you make exists as neural wiring built through repetition. The way you unconsciously categorize people, the assumptions you make about different groups, the stereotypes that feel "obviously true" are all learned pathways that can be unlearned. Societies change when enough individuals rewire their neural patterns around new ways of thinking and behaving. The brain you have right now is not the brain you're stuck with. It's the brain you've trained through repetition. Every thought you choose, every action you take, every response you practice is a vote for the kind of neural architecture you want to build. Most people cast these votes unconsciously, then wonder why their life feels automatic and unchangeable. The moment you realize you're the architect of your own neural patterns is the moment real transformation becomes possible. Your neurons are firing right now as you read this. What are you choosing to wire them toward?

🚨 COULD A PASSING DWARF PLANET CAUSE A MASS EXTINCTION WITHOUT EVER HITTING EARTH? Physicist Daniele Fargion proposes that close passages of planetary-mass objects from the outer Solar System could have generated powerful, long-lasting tidal forces on Earth. These flybys may have caused: • Massive, persistent tsunamis lasting years • Sudden sea level changes and coastal flooding • Crustal deformation triggering large volcanic episodes • Climate disruption • And even the diversion of asteroids or comets toward Earth The idea is that these events could help explain several major extinctions over the past 600 million years including some where conventional causes (like the Chicxulub impact for the dinosaurs) don’t fully account for the geological record. Why this matters: Most mass extinctions show complex, multi-factor signatures. A single flyby could simultaneously produce several of the observed effects (tidal waves + volcanism + climate shift), offering a potential unifying mechanism that current explanations sometimes lack. The deeper implication: If correct, it would mean Earth’s biosphere has been periodically “reset” or heavily stressed by gravitational interactions with objects we’re only now beginning to catalog in the outer Solar System. It also offers one possible answer to the Fermi Paradox: advanced civilizations may be rare because life on habitable worlds is repeatedly interrupted by such cosmic events. This remains a hypothesis presented in conference proceedings. The correlations are intriguing, but direct geological proof of specific flybys is still lacking. Could repeated gravitational “visits” from the outer Solar System be one of the hidden drivers of Earth’s evolutionary resets? Follow for more frontier planetary science and cosmic threat hypotheses.

WORLD CLASS PERFORMER V Do you know why, during that brilliant BTS performance, it was Kim Taehyung — among all the members — who took on specific responsibilities before the group's largest audience since their debut? V’s performance AT FIFA HALFTIME SHOW revealed an aspect of live performance that often goes unnoticed by the public: the cognitive complexity involved in executing last-minute changes without compromising artistic quality. #Taehyung demonstrates a rare ease when he needs to deviate from the script. He responds to the environment, the cameras, the audience, and last-minute adjustments with a spontaneity that never feels merely improvised, but rather organic. In these unpredictable moments, Taehyung seems to be in his element, revealing an artistic confidence that few performers can maintain under such pressure. For a vocalist, altering the distribution of a song's lines is one of the riskiest tasks imaginable. After years of performing a song the same way, musical and muscle memory become deeply ingrained. Breaking this pattern requires an exceptional level of concentration, as the brain must inhibit established responses and replace them with a new sequence — all while the performance is unfolding in real time. For the presentation of “Dynamite”, #V took on vocal parts that were not originally assigned to him and even altered the lyrics themselves. These changes were prepared in an incredibly short timeframe — just hours after he had performed the standard version of the song during the tour in Paris. In other words, his brain had to switch between two different versions of the same song on practically the same day, without letting one interfere with the other. The challenge was not merely vocal. He had to synchronize these new cues with highly precise choreography, stage blocking, camera positioning, interaction with the other members, movement across a vast stadium, and the pressure of singing entirely live before the planet's largest sports audience. All of this took place while his body was still bearing the physical and mental toll of an intense touring schedule. It is precisely this kind of situation that distinguishes a great singer from a world-class artist. Vocal technique must work in tandem with memory, motor coordination, spatial awareness, breath control, rhythm, interpretation, and the ability to adapt under pressure. A slight slip-up in the cue, singing a word from the old version, or a delay of a fraction of a second could have compromised the entire flow of the performance. None of that happened. #BTSV executed every change with absolute naturalness, as if that version had always existed. His vocals remained steady and powerful, his stage presence stayed magnetic, and his delivery exuded confidence from start to finish. At no point was the complexity of the task apparent to the audience. Paradoxically, this invisibility is one of the greatest indicators of technical excellence: when the extraordinary appears simple. And there is a detail that makes this feat even more significant. The section with the modified lyrics ended up becoming the most viral moment of the entire performance. It was the part replayed by media outlets, shared on social media, turned into thousands of videos, and remembered by audiences around the world. Yet, the significance of that moment went beyond technical execution. Taehyung achieved something rare: a cultural shift. His magnetism transcended languages, geographies, cultures, and different audience bubbles. The performance generated digital waves, emotional reactions, debates on performance art, a massive aesthetic impact, and completely organic viral reach. It was a historic performance because it simultaneously combined a supreme level of technical skill, immense artistic responsibility, and a cultural impact that continued to expand long after the show ended. Few artists manage to turn a performance into a global event. #KimTaehyung did.

Today I ran into a condition that everyone here is probably familiar with: what I call a brain melt (“poplava”). No point beating around the bush – my mental health has been on a roller coaster, albeit well within the boundaries of psychiatry, since 2015, when I lost my first pregnancy. I developed a full-blown clinical depression, and for years I stubbornly refused to treat it with medication because, well, wasn’t I supposed to be strong enough to handle it on my own? By the time I finally agreed to antidepressants, I was in terrible shape. I’d gone through a second pregnancy loss, then had a baby, started supporting the whole family with a full-time job when my son was only three months old, and then COVID lockdowns hit. In hindsight, I’m incredibly lucky I was already on antidepressants when the full-scale invasion began. During the first two years of the war, I burned through every reserve I’d built up over the previous years – mental, physical, and financial. Then, in 2024, I simply hit a wall. I became deeply immersed in the reality of what was happening on the front line, in the occupied territories, and in the filtration camps. A criminal case was opened against me in Russia, my bank accounts and PayPal were shut down, and the Russians even identified my home in Belgium. It was… eventful. That’s when I had my first real, proper poplava. For the first time in my life, I developed severe headaches, obsessive thoughts that went round and round in circles, and, simply because the state itself became unbearable, suicidal thoughts. Thankfully, I seem to have been blessed with a fundamentally resilient mind. I recognized what was happening, went to my doctor and psychologist, and together we figured out what to do next. I know my level of stress isn’t comparable to that of people who live under constant shelling. But because of the work I do, it’s still rather a lot. It is just a different kind of stress – highly unpredictable. You never know where the next blow is going to come from. I’ve never used any hard medication, thankfully, so my mind has always been clear. I drink alcohol very rarely, I don’t smoke, I don’t use drugs, I stay physically active, and I try to get enough sleep. All of that helps. Over the past year, I’ve managed to get my mental state back to something close to what it was before the war and, in many ways, I’ve finally found a sense of inner peace. That said, these days almost any stressful event still triggers the same pattern: looping thoughts and headaches. I know the signs now, so after something stressful happens, I gently start checking in with myself. “Hang on… how many times have you thought this exact thought already? How many times have you sent that message? Are you getting unnecessarily combative in the comments? How’s your head? Maybe an ibuprofen? Maybe some passionflower?” Usually that’s enough, and I can get back to work. Still, I have a feeling that one day I’ll end up living in the woods, praying to a wagon wheel, with the internet permanently switched off. But only after the war is over. I guess I owe you all money for today’s therapy session.

99% people aren't aware that the fastest animal on earth spends most of its time doing nothing. There's a reason. A cheetah can hit 70 mph in three seconds. Then it has to stop for twenty minutes. A life lesson hides in there. Your brain wants to believe that extreme speed comes from constant motion, that the fastest creatures are always moving, always hunting, always pushing their biological machinery to the limit. Every nature documentary reinforces this illusion by showing you the chase scenes, the explosive bursts, the moment when physics bends around a spotted blur. What they never show you is what happens next. The cheetah collapses. Its body temperature spikes to dangerous levels. Its heart rate hits 250 beats per minute. Its muscles flood with lactic acid. If another predator appears during those twenty minutes of recovery, the cheetah becomes prey. It cannot run again. It cannot defend itself. It lies there, panting, completely vulnerable, paying the metabolic price for those three seconds of impossible speed. Peak performance is not sustainable performance. The biological systems that produce maximum output operate on completely different principles than the systems that produce steady output. The cheetah's body is an exercise in extreme specialization. Its spine flexes like a spring, storing and releasing kinetic energy with each stride. Its claws work like track spikes, gripping earth during acceleration. Its nasal passages are enlarged to process massive volumes of oxygen during the sprint. Its muscles contain a higher percentage of fast twitch fibers than any other cat. Every adaptation that makes it faster also makes it fragile. The energy economics are brutal. A three second chase burns through roughly 25% of the cheetah's entire daily caloric budget. That sprint costs more energy than some animals use in an entire day of normal activity. The recovery period allows the cheetah's system to clear metabolic waste, restore oxygen levels, and return core temperature to baseline. Without that recovery, the next sprint would be slower. Then slower again. Eventually, the system would shut down entirely. Your laptop operates on the same principle. When you push a processor to maximum speed, it generates heat that requires cooling systems and power management protocols to prevent damage. The CPU cannot maintain peak performance continuously without throttling back to sustainable levels. Intel and AMD engineers understand what cheetah evolution figured out millions of years ago: maximum capability requires careful rationing. Athletic performance follows identical patterns. Sprinters train by running short distances at maximum speed, then resting completely between efforts. Marathon runners train by running longer distances at submaximal speeds. The physiological adaptations that allow Usain Bolt to run 100 meters in 9.58 seconds would prevent him from running a competitive marathon. The adaptations that allow Eliud Kipchoge to run 26.2 miles in just over two hours would prevent him from matching Bolt's top speed. The systems are mutually exclusive. Silicon Valley spent decades trying to ignore this principle. Early startup culture celebrated the idea of constant hustle, permanent availability, 80 hour work weeks as signs of commitment and vision. The mythology suggested that great entrepreneurs outworked their competition by maintaining maximum intensity indefinitely. The data tells a different story. Research on elite performance across domains shows that peak performers work in carefully structured intervals. They push to maximum output during focused periods, then recover completely before the next effort. Musicians practice this way. Athletes train this way. Chess grandmasters study this way. The recovery periods are not interruptions to the work. They are part of the work. Nature does not prioritize constant motion. It prioritizes survival through intelligent energy allocation. The cheetah's hunting strategy maximizes its probability of successful kills while minimizing its risk of metabolic failure. Twenty minutes of vulnerability is acceptable because three seconds of extreme speed often means the difference between eating and starving. The fastest systems in the universe operate this way. Neutron stars can rotate at 700 times per second, but they slow down over time as they lose rotational energy. Supercomputers can process exaflops of calculations per second, but they require massive cooling systems and carefully managed workloads to prevent thermal damage. Even light itself, the fastest thing in the universe, loses energy as it travels through space and time. Speed without recovery is not speed. It is breakdown in slow motion. The cheetah understands something that most humans do not: maximum capability is a tool to be used strategically, not a baseline to be maintained constantly. Those twenty minutes of apparent inactivity should not be considered a weakness. They are preparation for the next moment when impossible speed becomes necessary for survival.

The Chinese are flying 4 sixth-generation prototypes, but what does that mean? While the West keeps debating wars that seem never-ending, huh, China is flying low – or rather, high! – improving their 6th generation fighter prototypes, like the J-36/J-50, with total focus on advanced integration. This gives a huge strategic advantage, with emphasis on long-range missiles and multiple guidance to dominate global scenarios. China already has about 4 6th generation prototypes and plans to reach 8, selecting the most adapted one. All this under the General Concept: Indestructible Flying Brain: 6th generation fighters go way beyond just a slightly improved stealth; they are central platforms that command a global war web via AI, drones, and varied weapons, making previous fighters obsolete in connectivity and limiting them to very local operations. This omnipresence redefines air superiority, with the fighter surviving as a resilient node in the first hours of conflicts and being able to operate with speed. Kill Web: The Global War Web: The fighter acts as the central node of a real-time network, connecting submarines, satellites, ships, drones, and troops worldwide. It allows omnipresence, receiving data from a destroyer thousands of km away and attacking as if it were right nearby, with AI assisting the pilot in analysis and target acquisition. That's why the Chinese focus on missiles with ranges of thousands of km, with multiple guidance, turning the 6th generation pilot into a tactical manager very different from today's. Being a 6th generation fighter pilot is going to demand a lot. Command of Drone Swarms (CCA/Loyal Wingman) The fighter controls 6-20 drones simultaneously for reconnaissance, jamming, or suicide attacks. It transforms the pilot (or AI) into a "maestro" of a robotic orchestra, or quarterback of Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCAs), which carry extra weapons, expanding offensive power without exposing the main fighter. Like, a controlled symphony of destruction! Superior Multi-Spectral Stealth (Stealth++) Not limited to radar, it covers infrared, acoustic, visual, and electromagnetic. It uses advanced materials, tailless designs, and minimal thermal signature to penetrate dense A2/AD defenses, making it extremely hard to detect and essential for operations in contested environments. Extreme Range, Autonomy, and New Generation Weapons Combat radius of 1,800-2,500 km without refueling, with sustained supercruise (Mach 1.5-2.0) without afterburner, thanks to adaptive cycle engines and huge internal tanks. There's talk of including lasers, but so far, what's really there are internal hypersonic missiles and 2-3x greater armament capacity than the F-35, all while maintaining total stealth. Artificial Intelligence, Integrated Sensors, Resilience, and Open Architecture AI as co-pilot or main, processing data in real time and making tactical decisions to reduce human load; optionally manned mode: piloted, remote, or autonomous flight; virtual cockpit via helmet visor. Multifunctional sensors combine radar, electronic warfare, communications, and non-kinetic effects, with total data fusion transforming the fighter into a flying data center. Network resistant to jamming and GPS loss via quantum-resistant communications, mesh networks, and inertial/computer vision navigation. Modular architecture allows quick upgrades (90% by software), avoiding high costs like in the F-35; in "Decision Centric Warfare," AI decides in milliseconds, with the human as an optional bottleneck, including cyber warfare and active defense. In another article, I'll talk about what I think of this in terms of costs and demand and if such an investment is really worth it.

Agents: Quick thoughts & questions on how they operate, their potential, and their limitations A Few Observations - ▶️"Book me a hotel" or "pull historical financials" are already (mostly) solved problems!! Agents can do a ton of tasks right now—like parsing public company press releases and navigating capture key info & complete bookings accurately. However, for more complex navigation flows, the tech still needs some work - but I'm very confident it’s essentially a solved or solvable challenge. ▶️Accuracy & Speed - The key metrics and agents should optimize for. ▶️Lower Build & Migration Costs It took me two minutes to build a new website (link: This is great for consumers—more choices, lower switching costs. Companies will increasingly compete on the quality of their products and services. ▶️Agents vs. Automation tools: The more I think about it, the more I realize that most “agents” are really just automation tools—kind of like how most robots🤖 are just machines lol ❓A Few Key Questions—Would Love Your Thoughts! ❔Remote Servers & Logins In many cases, we’ll want agents to act on our behalf (e.g., log in to to cancel an order). How will platforms like respond? Many websites may block remote servers for security. Is there a technical workaround? ❔Agent Generalization Do we need to train agents on each environment separately, or can one solution handle multiple sites and systems? This seems similar to RL/post-training challenges in AI research. Example: It's unclear to me whether $Devin was specifically trained on environment? ❔Frontend vs. Backend infra for agents to run on I had doubts about Anthropic's "Computer Use" feature, which seemed to run on the frontend, basically remotely controlling my computer so I couldn’t use it at the same time. This should deliver the highest accuracy, but it’s questionable how practical it really is. (Ref: It seems def possible for agents to work quietly “in the background” (like Devin) rather than remotely controlling a user’s PC, but how much accuracy are we sacrificing? A few $Devin test cases that got me thinking: 1⃣Pulling $META's MAU and DAU (1Q21–3Q24) into Excel (video attached) Took Devin 11min - it sent me back an Excel with 100% accurate data. This case was pretty tricky because $Meta changed disclosures and stopped reporting MAU/DAU after 4Q23. Devin didn’t hallucinate data for post-4Q23—it simply didn’t provide it! It really shocked me to see $Devin navigating $Meta's investor relations site (I didn't tell it to find the numbers there), opening each quarterly earnings report, and extracting MAU/DAU like a diligent intern. -> This confirms $Devin (and similar agents) can already accurately “read” screens. 2⃣Booking Hotel (video attached) Devin took 5 minutes to book the InterContinental NYC on after asking for my credentials. From $Devin's workspace, I could see it filling in the correct fields and making the right selections—fast and accurate overall. Interestingly, $Devin didn’t supply all the required information on the first attempt and got some error messages, then retried until it succeeded. It’s unclear whether Devin had been specifically trained on interface or simply learned to adapt on the fly. 3⃣Canceling the Booking This part was even more interesting. While booking didn’t require me to log in, canceling did—so $Devin had to access my (likely via a remote server) account using my Gmail credentials. It successfully canceled the reservation. I wonder how websites will handle future “remote” logins. Notably, Google blocked $Devin’s direct attempts to log in to Gmail when I specifically requested it. 4⃣Booking from Official Hotel Sites I asked Devin to book InterContinental NYC and Four Seasons Boston via their official websites. It made progress but encountered technical hiccups when trying to select the check-in/check-out dates. Insights from Scott Wu on Invest Like the Best: 1/ Self-Driving Cars as the First “Real Agents” Driving requires near-perfect accuracy (99.999%), making it much more demanding than digital or coding agents, which can tolerate more errors. Scott compares $Devin to circa 2014—already good enough to save 90% of your effort, but still short of flawless. 2/ Impact on Collaboration Platforms Tools like Slack and GitLab are likely to see major changes as agents begin to interact with and utilize them along with humans. 2025 should be all about agents - both the disruptors and those they disrupt!

🚨 OPERATIONAL UPDATE: ISRAEL U.S. WAR WITH THE ISLAMIC REPUBLIC - Reporting Window: Last 24 Hours ✳️The war is entering its final phase, but the battlefield is becoming more dangerous, not less. For the first time since the conflict began, the United States has signaled that its objectives against Iran have largely been achieved and that military operations could conclude within 2 to 3 weeks. At the same time, the operational picture tells a more complex story. Strikes inside Iran are intensifying, not slowing. Iran’s responses are becoming less concentrated but more geographically expansive. And across the region, the risk of broader escalation remains very real. This is no longer an open-ended war. It is a race between final military objectives and the risk of wider regional destabilization. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🏁 POLITICAL ENDGAME SIGNAL EMERGES President Donald Trump stated that the war could end within weeks, indicating that core objectives have been achieved, including the degradation of Iran’s strategic capabilities and the disruption of its leadership structure. He also signaled that the United States does not intend to remain indefinitely engaged, suggesting that responsibility for securing critical global nfrastructure, particularly the Strait of Hormuz, may shift to regional and international stakeholders. At the same time, tensions with NATO allies are surfacing. Frustration over limited allied participation in the war has raised the possibility of a broader fracture within the Western alliance structure. Parallel reporting indicates that elements within Iran are signaling openness to a ceasefire framework, particularly if maritime access through Hormuz is restored. Taken together, this marks a clear transition: the war now has a defined political end state, even as military operations continue. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✈️ FINAL PHASE STRIKE CAMPAIGN INSIDE IRAN The intensity of strikes over the past 24 hours reflects what appears to be end-stage shaping operations. Israeli and US-aligned strikes targeted a wide range of sites across Iran, including weapons production facilities, research and development centers, and critical infrastructure nodes tied to the regime’s military capabilities. Tehran remains a central focus. Approximately twenty military-industrial sites were struck, along with infrastructure at Mehrabad Airport and locations linked to Basij coordination. A senior Quds Force engineering figure, Mahdi Vafaei, was eliminated in a precision strike. His role in developing underground weapons infrastructure across Lebanon and Syria made him a key long-term asset for Iran’s regional military network. Additional strikes hit industrial targets, including steel production facilities and a site identified as supporting materials linked to Iran’s chemical weapons development pipeline. This is not a campaign aimed at symbolic damage. It is a systematic effort to dismantle Iran’s ability to produce, coordinate, and sustain war over time. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🎯 IRANIAN RESPONSE AND CIVILIAN IMPACT Iran continues to launch missiles toward Israel, but at a reduced scale compared to earlier phases of the war. Limited salvos were recorded over the past 24 hours, causing injuries and localized damage. One of the most significant developments was the reported use of cluster munitions in central Israel, critically injuring a child and causing multiple casualties. At the same time, Iran appears to be adapting operationally. Rather than attempting large-scale saturation attacks, it is increasingly relying on smaller strikes, drones, and diversified targeting strategies. This does not indicate de-escalation. It reflects an effort to remain operational under sustained pressure. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🌍 REGIONAL EXPANSION: THE WAR SPREADS While direct attacks on Israel have become more limited in scale, Iran is expanding the conflict across the region. In the Gulf, infrastructure in Kuwait and Bahrain was struck, including fuel storage facilities at Kuwait International Airport. Fires and damage were reported, adding to a growing pattern of attacks on energy and logistical nodes. A commercial tanker was also struck near Qatar, further extending the conflict into maritime space. These developments mark a continued shift where Iran is targeting not just Israel, but the broader economic and energy architecture of the region. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🚢 THE STRAIT OF HORMUZ The strategic center of gravity in this war is now unmistakable. The Strait of Hormuz remains contested, with ongoing disruption to global shipping and energy flows. The United States is actively evaluating options to reopen and secure the waterway, including potential direct military action against Iranian coastal capabilities. At the same time, Gulf states, particularly the UAE, are pushing for a coordinated military effort to ensure the strait is reopened. However, regional positioning remains complex, with some actors balancing public caution and private pressure. Notably, the United States has signaled that it may not take long-term responsibility for securing Hormuz, instead shifting that burden to global stakeholders. The implication is clear: control of Hormuz will determine not only the outcome of the war, but its aftermath. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🔥 NORTHERN AND PROXY FRONTS Iran’s proxy network remains active, but increasingly strained. In Lebanon, Israeli strikes continue to target Hezbollah leadership and infrastructure, including the reported elimination of a senior commander in Beirut. Rocket fire persists, but Israeli operations are steadily degrading launch capabilities. In Yemen, the Houthis have formally entered the fight against Israel and are likely contributing to the expanding pattern of regional attacks, including those affecting Gulf infrastructure. Across Iraq and Syria, Iranian-aligned militias remain engaged, while underlying instability continues to create openings for additional actors. This is now a multi-front conflict, but one in which Iran’s network is under pressure across every axis. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🧠 WARFARE EVOLUTION A critical and often overlooked development is the role of advanced targeting systems. Israel is employing AI-assisted capabilities to identify threats, prioritize targets, and synchronize strikes across multiple theaters in near real time. This has significantly compressed the operational cycle, allowing for rapid follow-up strikes and reduced recovery time for Iranian forces. The result is a battlefield environment where Iran has less time to act, less time to adapt, and fewer opportunities to rebuild degraded capabilities. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 📊 THE BIG PICTURE The trajectory of the war is now coming into focus. The United States and Israel are executing a campaign designed to dismantle Iran’s ability to function as a coherent military actor. Iran, in response, is expanding the conflict geographically in an attempt to impose broader costs. At the same time, political signals indicate that the war is approaching a defined end state. Markets are already reacting to this expectation, with oil prices declining and global indices rising on the assumption that the conflict may soon conclude. However, the final phase carries its own risks. As Iran’s conventional capabilities degrade, its reliance on asymmetric and regional tactics is increasing. The decisive question is no longer how the war is fought day to day. It is whether the final objectives can be secured before broader escalation overtakes them. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 📘 BOOK RECOMMENDATION If you want a deeper understanding of the history, narratives, and strategic realities behind this conflict: Contested Land, Uncontested Truth This book breaks down the ideological, geopolitical, and historical forces that led directly to moments like this, with clarity and evidence. 👉 If you found this report valuable, share it. **Doris Yin Speech at China Guizhou Zunyi GCV Barter Conference** Hello to the community leaders, GCV ambassadors, merchants, and pioneers of GCV Guizhou in China! Today is January 12, 2025, marking the first GCV Barter Conference in China in New Year and the 13th Barter Conference overall. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to the organizers of this conference, the Guizhou Zunyi GCV Community, and the co-organizers, Barter Huishang (Guizhou) Digital Economy Industry Group Co., Ltd. I also want to acknowledge the following GCV ambassadors for their active dedication and contributions to this conference: **GCV Ambassador of China:** - Yang Zhizhong - Cai Zaiqiao **Ambassadors of Guizhou Province GCV:** - Wang Shiqiong - Cai Weisheng - Guo Jiaqing **Zunyi GCV Ambassadors:** - Wang Jianbo - Luo Nanlu **GCV ambassadors at the district and county level in Zunyi City** Additionally, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to our numerous GCV merchants and sponsors. Without your support, we would not have been able to hold such a grand and large-scale event. Today's gathering in Zunyi, a sacred site of the revolution, reminds me of the Red Army's 25,000-mile Long March. Their perseverance and sacrifice continue to inspire us. The Zunyi Conference took place from January 15 to 17, 1935, and exactly 90 years later, we are gathered here today. The defining characteristics of the Zunyi Conference included the commitment to uphold the truth, correct mistakes, establish the correct leadership of the Party Central Committee, and creatively develop and implement strategies that fit the nature of the Chinese revolution. Today, our Zunyi Conference will also be recorded in the history of blockchain, as every effort you have put in has contributed to building a strong network ecosystem. Our partial fiat and partial distribution policy serves as a solution for the rapid development of the ecosystem during the closed mainnet of the Pi Network. As we all know, the first quarter of this year will bring about the successful mainnet launch of Pi Network. After six long years of challenges and perseverance, all of our pioneers will have the opportunity to witness this significant historical moment. What an exciting and proud day this will be! It has not been easy for everyone to persist through these six years; it requires great blessings, unwavering faith, and the courage to overcome difficulties. Today, our pioneers in Zunyi, Guizhou Province, gathering for this GCV barter conference holds great significance. I see that ten companies are providing products for barter, with nine companies, including Guizhou Meitan County Daoqin Hospital and Barter Huishang (Guizhou) Digital Economy Industry Group Co., Ltd., sponsoring this event. Once again, I extend my heartfelt thanks to all of you. The GCV Barter Conference serves multiple purposes. It is not only about creating GCV data or demonstrating the strength of our China region to CT, but also about showing how closely we align with their vision and mission. Additionally, it provides robust evidence for a substantial number of KYC and migration initiatives in China. More importantly, what we do today aims to boost China’s future economic development. Once the main network of the Pi Network is launched, we anticipate a significant demand for Chinese products from numerous international pioneers, which will in turn generate a large volume of export orders. At the same time, there will be international merchants looking to export their products to China. Once OM, import and export transactions will be conducted using the new currency, facilitating the vision of a stable currency and enabling seamless and reliable exchanges with fiat currency. Therefore, the merchants who engage now will have the advantage of being early adopters. The Pi Network offers a partner program and a MapofPi program. To participate in the partnership, businesses are required to have a company website. We invite businesses with websites to join us. However, if you do not have a company website, you can still join the Mapofpi program, which encompasses a wide range of industries, allowing participation from both large companies and small traders. Registration for the Mapofpi does not require a business license or website; various entities including shops, hospitals, schools, hair salons, accounting firms, law firms, restaurants, and hotels are welcome to register. Please select an active merchant and support GCV at $314,159. Prior to the OM launch, it is advisable to use partial fiat currency and partial Pi to ensure that merchants can cover their costs and fulfill their tax obligations. Recently, on January 9, we established the China GCV Industry Chain Alliance, which aims to create an industrial chain that facilitates the circulation of Pi among merchants, thereby reducing the burden of exchanging fiat currency after OM. During the enclosed mainnet, you can assist merchants in registering as Pi Network Partners and Mapofpi . Ms. Lumari is our Global GCV CT executive director and her goal is to have 200,000 registered Mapofpi merchants worldwide. My personal target is to reach 100,000 registered merchants in China alone. This goal is achievable given the over 58 million enterprises and more than 20 million pioneers in China. If we can effectively convey that Pi Network WEB 3.0 blockchain technology will significantly enhance human productivity and that the business opportunities from accepting partial Pi and partial FIAT during the 60 days before OM will present numerous benefits and minimal risks to merchants, then it is likely that no merchant will be unfavorably surprised by the initiative. This strategy offers a multitude of advantages with virtually no downsides. Furthermore, it benefits pioneers by allowing them to transfer purchasing power to the community and minimize fiat currency expenses in their daily life. Consequently, the GCV data we generate will significantly benefit the Chinese pioneers, as a large number of registered merchants can transform the China region from a high-risk area to a safe zone. Not only can this region be promoted to a VIP area, which would enjoy expedited KYC and mapping processes, but it will also allow pioneers and merchants to thrive together in our ecosystem. This collaboration will enhance the prosperity of our country and empower the China region to contribute to the welfare of communities worldwide. Once OM, it will play a crucial role in the economic development of both China and the world. If you pay attention to our migrartion speed, you might have noticed that it has slowed down recently. From December 17th to around the 30th, the migrating speed was over 50,000 to 100,000 per day, but now it has dropped to just over 10,000. What is the reason for this decline? If it was previously possible to migrate over 100,000 per day, why has it changed? The CT has stated that they will OM until the first quarter of this year to bring the migratiion in line with KYC amounts. However, if it's technically feasible to achieve a higher migration speed, why isn’t it being done? The answer is quite simple: it depends on what everyone does with the Pi after such large migration numbers. If pioneers rush to buy and sell, hold onto their Pi coins, or trade at low value, it will impact the speed and efficiency of the next migration in these regions. This principle is not only theoretically valid but has proven true in practice. For instance, countries like the Philippines, Indonesia, and Malaysia have a solid educational foundation in GCV. Most pioneers there are highly aware of the risks involved in participating in the black market, which allows them to generate a substantial amount of GCV data. As a result, their migration speed is notably fast, and there are many large wallet migrated. To help the CT regain momentum, we all need to cooperate. Engage with the migrated Pi and participate in the GCV barter ecosystem. Be cautious of individuals who aim to deceive you for personal gain; devaluing the Pi often serves as a tactic to exchange something small for your valuable treasure. It's crucial to educate pioneers about the true value of what they hold and encourage them to avoid dishonest practices. I urge everyone to actively participate in partial Pi and partial FIAT barter. The more GCV data we generate, the more secure our wallets will be. Therefore, it's important for everyone to read and share the Pioneer Handbook I wrote which has been translated into 30 languages to raise awareness among pioneers. By learning from the Pioneer Handbook and participating in GCV bartering, we can improve China's migration efforts and foster ecological development. This stability can ensure that the value of our Pi endures for future generations, rather than becoming worthless in a few years. Wouldn't that be something we want to preserve for our children and grandchildren? Today's message is lengthy but very important, and I hope you take the time to understand it. I wish our Guizhou Zunyi Conference great success! Thank you to all GCV Ambassadors, Merchants, and Pioneers for your incredible support! Your efforts today are planting the seeds for a prosperous future, and I hope you find safety and fulfillment in the days to come. May your wishes come true! Wishing you health and happiness! Let’s work together to create a better future! I also hope you all have a joyful Chinese New Year! Doris Yin 🪷🪷🪷 Founder, Global GCV Movement January 12, 2025

A new wave of protests is underway in Iran, a strategic partner of Russia. They started in late December 2025 and quickly became the most significant in several years. This time, the initial driving force has not primarily been cultural or human rights slogans such as "Woman, Life, Freedom" (as in 2022), but rather an economic shock. People are joining the protests because of rapid impoverishment, price increase, and a growing sense that the state has lost control over basic economic rules. The main trigger is a currency collapse. On the "open" (effectively parallel) market in late December, the US dollar was valued at roughly 1.39-1.42 million rials, while inflation in December reached over 40% in some estimates. For ordinary families, this means one simple thing: wages and savings are losing value faster than people can adapt, and basic purchases are becoming increasingly unaffordable. The protests were the largest in Tehran, particularly in commercial districts linked to major markets and urban trade. Notably, a key form of pressure has been not only street demonstrations but also merchants’ strikes - mass shop closures and an effective shutdown of trade. Such actions are harder to neutralize through targeted arrests, as they immediately affect urban life and the economy. Within days, the protest wave started spreading to other cities and reached parts of the university sector as well. Students and young people have taken up economic demands and quickly moved on to political questions about the accountability of those in power. The authorities’ response has been mixed. On the one hand, the government has publicly spoken of readiness for dialogue with representatives of the protesters and the trading community. On the other hand, reports from the ground indicate coercive containment measures: arrests, dispersals, and crackdowns. In several provinces, deaths and injuries have already been reported. The figures vary across sources, which is typical for Iran due to information restrictions, but the very fact of fatalities during clashes has been confirmed by several major media outlets. What makes this wave of protests particularly risky for the regime is that it rests on the urban economic base: small and medium-sized businesses, commerce, and the "bazaar." Even if these groups have not always been at the forefront of political protests, they serve as a sensitive barometer of legitimacy. When the "bazaar" shuts down, it signals not only discontent, but also doubt about the state’s ability to maintain basic order. Alongside the internal crisis, external risks are also mounting. Sanctions continue to narrow Iran’s financial and technological room for maneuver, while signals are emerging in the media about the possibility of a new round of coercive pressure on Iran in 2026 - particularly following discussions within the Israel-US-Iran triangle. ❓ What could come next? Four trajectories appear most realistic, and they may even overlap. ▪️ First, controlled de-escalation: the authorities attempt to "cool things down" through targeted economic measures and negotiations with the trading community. This would work only if the exchange rate and prices stabilize. ▪️ Second, wave-like protests: smaller in scale but more frequent and more radical, with repeated flare-ups across different cities and sectors. ▪️ Third, harsh repression: a tightening of the security apparatus and severe sentences, which may temporarily suppress mobilization but typically accumulate deferred anger. ▪️ Fourth, external escalation: which could either temporarily shift the domestic agenda or, conversely, sharply worsen economic conditions and bring people back onto the streets even faster. ‼️ Iran is one of Russia’s authoritarian partners, which raises a logical question: what consequences could the current crisis have for Russian-Iranian relations? If the situation in Iran deteriorates but the regime as a whole survives, the partnership with Russia is likely to be preserved or even strengthened. For Tehran, Moscow remains one of the few major partners available under sanctions and diplomatic isolation; for Moscow, Iran is an important component of its "anti-sanctions" infrastructure and political rear. In the short term, this is unlikely to significantly weaken Russia’s position. The most critical military component for Russia - the Shahed/Geran drone line - has already been largely integrated into Russian domestic production, meaning that a direct disruption of Iranian supplies would probably not be a turning point. More tangible risks for Russia emerge in the medium term if Iran enters a phase of governance paralysis or prolonged instability that undermines its ability to honor agreements. In that case, logistics and infrastructure projects would be hit first - especially those Russia views as alternative sanction-era routes, including the International North-South Transport Corridor (INSTC) and its critical segments. In such a scenario, Moscow would lose the Iranian vector for trade and transit and would face a less predictable partner in technology transfers and financial settlements. The most ambiguous scenario is one in which Iran’s deterioration is linked to a new external escalation (strikes or war). The effects for Russia could be mixed: on the one hand, heightened risks in the Persian Gulf often push oil prices higher, potentially boosting Russian oil revenues; on the other hand, war increases the likelihood of tighter sanctions enforcement and maritime controls, complicating both Iranian and Russian sanction-evasion schemes and disrupting logistics. In other words, "deterioration in Iran" does not guarantee a weakening of Russia, but it does increase environmental instability. Moscow may gain from higher energy prices, but lose in terms of partner predictability and transport capacity. ‼️ Russia’s position would weaken most sharply in a scenario where a new leadership in Tehran moves toward normalization with the West or at least distances itself from Moscow. In that case, the entire "anti-sanctions" framework - financial settlements, technological cooperation, and joint projects - would come under pressure, including the North-South Transport Corridor (INSTC) and its key Rasht-Astara segment, in which Russia is investing both financially and politically. For Russia, this would mean the loss of an important (though not the only) route and partner infrastructure in the region. While the purely military Shahed/Geran component may be somewhat less critical due to partial localization of production inside Russia, Iran’s political and logistical value as a partner would nonetheless diminish.

Here's a simple explanation of how nnEMFs negatively impact our health (affect anything from fertility, to hormones, to sleep etc) . We (humans) evolved amid natural low-level, unpolarized ELF/geomagnetic fields and electromagnetic frequencies such as 300GHz, 300MHz or even 60Hz that can be found in sources of nnEMFs ranging from your smartphone all the way to radars and satellites. So unlike native EMFs, which occur naturally from the earth’s magnetic field or sunlight for example, nnEMFs have frequencies, intensities and patterns that differ from those our biology evolved to handle. Some key characteristics of nnEMFs include: -They are classified by frequency (measured in hertz (Hz)) -They include extremely low frequency (ELF) fields (such as 50–60 Hz from power lines), radiofrequency (RF) fields (such as 300 kHz–300 GHz, used in mobile phones and Wi-Fi) and microwave frequencies (such as 2.45 GHz in microwaves). -They (nnEMFs) are polarized and pulsed unlike natural EMFs, which are often unpolarized and continuous. Now the seven key biological mechanisms underlying the negative effects of nnEMFs include: -Oxidative stress. nnEMFs, particularly RF fields, can increase reactive oxygen species (ROS) like superoxide or hydroxyl radicals and cause lipid peroxidation in cells, thus alterling antioxidant enzyme levels (such as superoxide dismutase) and damaging cell membranes, proteins and DNA. -Calcium channel dysregulation. nnEMFs, increase intracellular calcium through voltage-gated calcium channels (VGCCs). VGCCs are large protein complexes that “open” in response to electrical signals (they open when the membrane depolarizes (becomes less negative)), in order for calcium ions to enter cells (due to its concentration gradient (higher outside than inside cells)) and nnEMFs act as an external electrical stimulus. VGCCs trigger neurotransmitter release (particularly glutamate), initiate contraction in cardiac and skeletal muscle for example, eegulate hormone secretion, control gene expression, enzyme activity and apoptosis. -DNA damage. nnEMFs, may induce single- and double-strand DNA breaks, directly (through energy transfer) or indirectly (through ROS). -Melatonin suppression. This happens possibly by altering neuronal signaling or mimicking some signals of light exposure but human and animal studies show reduced melatonin levels after RFR exposure, particularly at night. -Increasing blood-brain barrier permeability. This is well documented in animal studies that show increased blood-brain barrier leakage after RFR exposure, but it’s true that human research is limited. Yet based on the 4 previous mechanisms that were just discussed this isn’t unlikely and nnEMFs probably increase permeability of endothelial cells in barriers in humans as well, probably through oxidative stress or calcium-mediated tight junction disruption. -Autonomic nervous system dysregulation. It’s documented that nnEMFs alter sympathetic and parasympathetic activity thus affecting heart rate variability and of course, animal studies show even altered neurotransmitter levels. -Disruption of cellular electrical balance. Our cells maintain a negative membrane potential (resting potential) and nnEMFs interfere with ion channels altering membrane potential and disrupting processes like nerve signaling, muscle contraction or enzyme function. Then of course there are other ones such as heat shock protein induction for example (cell culture studies show increased HSP expression after EMF exposure, even at non-thermal levels). Now here are some practical suggestions that will help you navigate our nnEMF word better and won’t turn you into a lunatic. Number 1: Limit your exposure to them / distance yourself form them. Without this the rest of the tips won’t really help. But you don’t have to turn into a lunatic while implementing this. Leave devices you’re not using in other rooms, have your phone on airplone mode when you’re not using it/need it, ditch your air pods, close the wifi at night (big one)/when you’re not using it, spend more time in nature instead of watching netflix, don’t be on your phone for no reason, use ethernet cables and so on. Number 2: Go and ground. We carry a constant flow of electrical charge which we week to discharge and if we never do this and thus never restore and maintain the body’s natural electrical state, disease will inevitably happen. The surface of the earth, possesses a limitless and continuously renewed supply of free or mobile electrons as a consequence of a global atmospheric electric circuit. A direct earth connection enables both diurnal electrical rhythms-free electrons to flow from the earth to the body and neutralize the positively charged free radicals. *You can use grounding mats, pads etc if you also use an outlet tester. Number 3: Endogenous glutathione max Glutathione is a substance made from the amino acids glycine, cysteine, and glutamic acid. It is naturally produced in the cytosol (an intracellular matrix) and helps with many processes varying from detoxification, protecting the mitochondria from oxidative stress, heart health and the immune system all the way to thyroid hormone conversion. Number 4: Get enough minerals, vitamin C, E, high quality seafood. Number 5: Glutamate serves a role, but given the effects of nnEMFs on nmda it is a good idea to avoid free forms of glutamate and support GABA. Number 7: Further “lower” intracellular calcium through sunlight, nutrition, supplements and taking care of your thyroid. Nutrition-wise wise you will need: -Magnesium -Vitamin K2 -Glycine -Thiamine (indirectly (CO2 prevents the accumulation of intracellular calcium)) -Vitamin E -Boron -Zinc Number 8: Do not use your electronic devices (iphone, laptop etc) while they are charging. Number 9: Rhodiola might be promising as well.

hair loss after 40 isn't sudden and it's almost never random it's the result of a long, slow biological shift that most men don't see coming until it's already well underway and by the time they notice, they reach for the first product they find and wonder why nothing works here's what's actually happening: at the center of it is DHT, dihydrotestosterone, a potent androgen your body converts from testosterone via an enzyme called 5-alpha reductase DHT binds to receptors in your hair follicles, specifically in areas like the temples and crown, and slowly miniaturizes them it shortens the growth phase of each hair cycle and extends the resting phase over time your strands get thinner, weaker, and eventually the follicle goes dormant but dormant isn't dead that distinction matters more than most men realize the problem is DHT isn't working alone alongside the hormonal shift, your scalp environment is also deteriorating and this is the part almost nobody talks about chronic low-grade inflammation, fibrosis (the gradual stiffening of scalp tissue), and reduced microcirculation all compound the damage your follicles can't receive oxygen properly, can't absorb nutrients, can't respond to hormonal signals the way they used to so even follicles that aren't fully miniaturized start struggling to produce thick, pigmented hair which creates the illusion that the loss is worse or more permanent than it actually is then there's the cellular layer your dermal papilla cells, the structures at the base of each follicle that regulate hair growth, lose efficiency with age oxidative stress, reduced ATP production, slower cellular turnover it means even if you control DHT, the follicle still needs active stimulation to re-enter a real growth phase this is where most approaches break down they pick one variable, usually DHT and treat it in isolation but hair loss is a multi-variable problem hormonal, vascular, cellular, structural, all happening at once fix one and ignore the rest and you'll get limited results at best so what actually works mechanical stimulation is one of the most underrated tools available microneedling creates controlled micro-injury to the scalp, which triggers your body to upregulate growth factors like VEGF and activates something called the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, both of which are directly involved in initiating the growth phase and increasing follicular size it essentially wakes up follicles that have been suppressed but not destroyed it also increases blood flow and improves absorption of anything topical you apply afterward which brings up vascularization because hair follicles are some of the most metabolically active structures in the body they need a consistent supply of oxygen and nutrients to sustain growth anything that increases nitric oxide production, reduces calcification, and improves blood flow to the scalp will have an outsized impact on density and thickness over time internal support matters too, especially after 40 your body's ability to absorb and use key nutrients declines with age protein, iron, zinc, vitamin D, B vitamins, deficiencies in any of these directly affect keratin production, follicular cycling, and hair shaft integrity if you're not addressing what's happening internally, topical and external interventions will always hit a ceiling and then there's the timeline issue most men quit too early because they misunderstand how hair growth actually works each follicle cycles independently through growth, transition, and resting phases that span months you might see reduced shedding or improved thickness at 8–12 weeks but visible density changes take 4-6 months of consistent effort full results often take closer to 9-12 months the men who get results aren't doing something exotic they're doing the right things long enough and broadly enough to actually shift the biology that's the real unlock not a miracle ingredient, not a single device, a coordinated protocol that hits the hormonal, vascular, cellular, and structural levers at the same time most men fail not because they didn't try but because they tried one thing at a time, in fragments, for not long enough, and concluded that regrowth wasn't possible for them it usually is follicles that have been dormant for years can still be reactivated but only if the inhibitory signals are reduced and the growth environment is rebuilt that requires treating this like the biological process it is not a cosmetic problem you mask with a spray the men who approach it that way are the ones who don't just stop the progression they reverse it. and what makes that possible isn't just understanding the biology it's consistently applying a method that can actually influence it at the cellular level that's where low-level laser therapy comes in LLLT is one of the few clinically studied interventions shown to stimulate mitochondrial activity inside dermal papilla cells, increase ATP production, and improve blood flow to the scalp all of which directly support the transition of follicles back into the anagen phase devices like the Kiierr laser cap are built around this principle specific wavelengths of red light penetrate the scalp and activate these biological pathways in a way that's non-invasive and sustainable over long periods of use which matters because hair regrowth isn't about intensity it's about consistency tools that make consistency effortless will always outperform ones that rely on motivation or sporadic effort when you layer this kind of stimulation on top of DHT management, improved scalp health, and proper internal support, it stops being a single solution it becomes part of a system that actually aligns with how hair growth works and results from that kind of system compound over time instead of plateauing early like most surface-level treatments do the difference isn't whether you're over 40 it's whether you're finally addressing the problem at the level it was created

As we prepare to launch several projects, we're eager to provide a general update to our community. We are steadily approaching our end goal, thanks to the daily progress we're making toward our vision. Achieving our objectives will bring about a significant transformation in cross-chain interoperability and the flow of liquidity within protocols. This will address crucial challenges and drive mass adoption. Our future-focused approach and effective team collaboration keep us moving forward in an organized manner. Let’s delve deeper into the state of development of our current products and upcoming projects. Tao Bridge Starting with the Tao Bridge, which enables the #Bittensor community to unlock DeFi opportunities with their $TAO via a highly efficient blockchain like #MultiversX, known for its security, speed, and affordability. We deeply admire #Bittensor and believe a project like that is crucial for the future of not just the crypto space but also humanity, as it addresses the major challenges AI faces today: centralization, siloed and isolated work, which pose risks and hinder the technology's potential. We are committed to the vision of subnets and dynamic $TAO, convinced that this ecosystem is as groundbreaking as #Ethereum or #Bitcoin. We will continue to support #Bittensor wherever possible, and our bridge will also expand to other chains with Hatom V2. The TAO Bridge, deployed on and accessible through will launch on the Mainnet in 14 days, on March 27th. You can follow the countdown on the lending page at Given that our main priorities are security and stability, this period will be primarily focused on quality assurance to ensure a flawless Mainnet launch. The launch will also introduce TAO Liquid Staking at along with the integration of both $wTAO and $swTAO on the lending page. This allows #Bittensor users to leverage liquid stake, employ short or long strategies, among other DeFi strategies, or simply access stablecoin liquidity while maintaining exposure to their $TAO. Up to $1M will be distributed as additional incentives on top of the supply APYs at the launch of the $wTAO and $swTAO money markets, with $200K allocated for the first month specifically for bootstrapping. Initially, 70% of rewards will go to liquidity providers, and 30% to those using $HTM to boost their lending positions. This changes to a 50-50 split in the second month, and by the third month, all incentives are directed through the Booster. This approach encourages early participation and sustained engagement with $HTM. Introducing $TAO to #MultiversX will result in the creation of Liquidity Pools (LPs) on both AshSwap 🔥 and xExchange ⚡. These LPs will be incentivized by both entities, and Hatom will distribute extra rewards at launch. The goal is to make #MultiversX a one-stop hub for $TAO holders. Upon stabilizing the volumes, there will also be plans to integrate it on AshPerp 🔥. Furthermore, with the release of $USH, users will have the ability to mint it while retaining exposure to their $TAO. The TAO Bridge and TAO Liquid Staking smart contracts have been audited by Runtime Vеrification and @arda_project, while penetration testing and DevSecOps have been performed on our infrastructure by CertiK. With Booster V2, the system now considers the overall position, eliminating the need for manual rebalancing. Gas Fee Reduction: Booster V2 implements optimizations that result in reduced gas fees, making transactions more cost-effective for users. Incorporation of Governance: Users staking $HTM tokens gain voting rights directly within the Booster, allowing them to participate in governance decisions while maintaining their staked positions. (Note: Only $HTM tokens are considered for governance; LP tokens are not included.) Enhanced Boosting Mechanism: The Booster V2 enables LP Tokens to boost positions within the Booster, leveraging trading fees from swaps and farm incentives while boosting lending positions. Smart Contract Completion: The Booster smart contract has been completed and audited by @arda_project, ensuring security and reliability. Frontend Implementation: The frontend design for Booster V2 has been successfully implemented, providing users with an intuitive interface. Collaboration with xExchange: Exploration is ongoing for collaboration with xExchange ⚡ to enable LP creation, farming, and meta-staking within the Booster. Upon finalization of testing, we will launch the Booster V2 on the devnet to gather community feedback and begin preparations for the mainnet release. Soul Before delving into Soul Labs's developments, it's essential to summarize its core functionality briefly: Soul Labs seamlessly connects different lending protocols and blockchains, facilitating lending and borrowing across platforms like Aave, Compound Labs, and Hatom Labs, consolidating liquidity and users' borrowing capabilities. USH Recognizing the critical need for stable liquidity within the ecosystem, we have positioned ourselves at the forefront of providing a solution by introducing $USH, the first native, decentralized, and over-collateralized stablecoin on #MultiversX. As market conditions have improved, we have observed a growing demand for stablecoins in the ecosystem, evidenced by the utilization rate in the Lending Protocol spiking to over 90% several times in recent months. Therefore, our goal is to tackle the current challenges faced by users by creating a robust product that will not only help them hedge against market volatility but also open up better opportunities to trade the markets and generate yield. We're happy to unveil the $USH website, now live with a sleek and intuitive user interface, designed for ease of use, which ensures that interacting with the protocol is straightforward and accessible for all. You can access it now through this link: For the technical side, we’re advancing steadily and we’ve accomplished the following milestones: Lending Protocol Facilitator: • Coded the first version to support multiple discount factors for different collaterals. • Implemented tracking of borrowing effectiveness to enable earnings forecasting for the module and support minting processes. Isolated Pools Facilitator: • Coded the first version of Isolated Pools Facilitator. • Use of $EGLD or $sEGLD as collateral, with positions stored always in $EGLD to benefit the protocol through Liquid Staking and lending interest. • Virtual account implementation for converting $sEGLD earnings into $USH, functioning like liquidation where users deposit $USH for a higher amount of $HsELGD. Staking Module • Coded the first version of the Staking Module that allows users to stake and unstake without any restrictions. We're currently focusing our efforts on the following tasks: • Implementation of HTM Booster in the discount model in the Lending Protocol. • Implementation of different depeg strategies and brainstorming further potential “soft” depeg mechanisms. • Research and implementation of rewards model for Staking Module. • Research and implementation of Boosted Vaults Facilitator. • Review and stress-test the first version of the code. Upon launch, $USH will be integrated into various protocols and AMMs across the ecosystem, further increasing both its utility and liquidity. The opportunities will be vast, enabling users to engage in a wide range of activities such as yield farming, staking, and arbitrage, all while leveraging a stable and reliable asset. Regarding the USH Airdrop campaign, it will continue until the official launch of $USH planned for late Q2-early Q3, rewarding all users who have actively participated in the initiative. Hatom V2 It is clear by now that we are driven to build a more robust, interoperable, and secure DeFi space, removing the current barriers that hinder users' capabilities to seamlessly interact with different blockchains. Through Hatom V2, we will introduce Hatom's cross-chain architecture, designed from the ground up for interoperability. This approach will elevate the protocol to unprecedented levels, enabling its deployment across various blockchains and facilitating seamless connections between them through Soul. By enhancing interoperability, Hatom V2 aims to foster a more inclusive and accessible ecosystem. This expansion will not only broaden the protocol's reach but also significantly increase its flexibility and utility, allowing users to interact with a diverse range of assets and products across different chains. We’re thrilled to share that we are currently crafting the V2 redesign of the Hatom webpage. Anticipate a jaw-dropping transformation that will truly astonish, blending cutting-edge design with an unparalleled user experience, elevating it to a dynamic, interactive hub, and making every interaction more engaging. Good things take time, but we are confident that the release of V2 website will take place in the second quarter of this year and will officially mark the start of our journey into the cross-chain landscape. We are excited about the future and we truly believe that this will mark the beginning of a new era for Hatom. It's crucial for us to develop rapidly without sacrificing the quality or the security of each product. We're strategically allocating resources to ensure smooth progress in every area of our work. As we push forward, we believe that the launch of Soul Labs will be the most important milestone due to its massive potential and disruptive technology. We would like to thank you all for the unwavering support you've shown over the past few months; it truly fuels our passion to push daily and make strides toward achieving our ambitious goals.

More revelations are coming out about Jim Goad, including the revelation that the criticism people leveled at him online---including myself---may have played a role in the crushing depression that led him to take his own life. In his podcast yesterday memorializing Goad, Gavin McInnes states that he believes Goad's 2024 debate with Owen Benjamin broke Goad mentally. Not only is he visibly tired and flustered during the debate, Benjamin accused Goad of abandoning his severely autistic son. According to McInnes, after the debate, Goad told McInnes, "He's right. I did abandon my son." Apparently this was the first time Goad ever conceded that one of his critics was right about him. McInnes---a close friend of Goad's---also claims "in many ways, he was already dead. Last time I spoke to him, I had solutions to his problems, but he wasn't interested." I was the one who discovered what Goad did to his son all the way back in 2018; around the time of the infamous Luke Ford stream (where me, Nick Fuentes, Baked Alaska, and a bunch of others clowned on Goad for hours), a local Atlanta TV station ran a story about how Goad's then ten-year-old son had formed a bond with a local Santa. Goad had split up with his wife Shannon some years before, admitting in one of his podcasts that he was the one who filed for divorce. Goad was so angered by this expose that he recorded and published a phone call with his ex-wife where he refuted the idea that he was a "deadbeat dad." Nobody accused him of being a deadbeat. He was accused of abandoning his disabled son to be raised in a broken home. Goad's self-image of a dedicated truth-telling emotionally unaffected loner and his critics being jilted fans was a carefully constructed lie. He was extremely sensitive to criticism and carefully curated his online image. This included trying to deplatform his critics (as he tried to do to me; in addition to false-flagging my YouTube channel, he successfully got me banned from Medium and may have gotten my website taken down in 2019 through false reports to my webhost), viciously attacking anyone who criticized him even mildly, no matter how obscure they were (as Andy Nowicki reveals in a recent video), and manipulating others into defending him publicly. If you ever got into an online argument with Jim Goad and he felt like he was losing (aka every argument), you'd immediately get dogpiled by a bunch of his friends and exes backing him up. Goad even severed relationships with people he felt were insufficiently willing to defend his honor. For years, he bragged that my ex Ann Sterzinger was going to write a tell-all book about me that would completely destroy my reputation, most recently in a 2022 podcast with Greg Johnson (I believe he ALSO brought it up in an 2023 interview with Ethan Ralph, but don't quote me on that). Sterzinger confessed in private messages that Goad pushed her to write the book to "save his reputation" and became violently angry with her when she never finished it. She also denounced him as a narcissist following the end of their friendship, accused him of lying, said he would complain about "how the fame he pretends he never really wanted never really came his way," and claimed that in 2018, he manipulated her into "pretend[ing] to be OK after being raped" so he could use her as a weapon in his upcoming "debate" with me. Sterzinger also admits that Goad would privately shit-talk his supposed "friends," claiming he shit-talked Gavin McInnes to her and shit-talked her to McInnes. This is corroborated by emails I exchanged with Goad's former friend/co-host Keith Lee. Keith also stated back in 2018 that Goad was "losing control" due to his inability to curate how he was perceived online. Does any of this diminish Goad's influence as a writer? No. But the reality that he lied about himself and others constantly and sought to destroy anyone who criticized him was a consistent feature of his personality. The fact that me and others may have played a role in his depression and suicide makes me feel terrible, even if I was justified in attacking him for what he tried to do to me. I discussed this with a friend and he hypothesized that as Goad's health worsened, it stripped him of his usual coping mechanisms and forced him to confront his personal traumas and lifelong abusive behavior, and he simply couldn't cope. The real bomb in his brain was not his tumor, but his guilt. In any event, if there's an afterlife, I hope he's found some peace.

🚨 OPERATIONAL UPDATE: ISRAEL U.S. WAR WITH THE ISLAMIC REPUBLIC - Reporting Window: LAST 24 HOURS • Iran widened its fire again with a broad evening missile barrage on central Israel and continued attacks across the Gulf, including a drone strike that hit a fuel tank at Kuwait International Airport • Israel intensified strikes across Iran, with reported hits in Tehran, Qazvin and Alborz industrial areas, plus continued pressure on missile infrastructure and launch cells • Hezbollah kept the northern front active, including a direct rocket hit on a building in Kiryat Shmona, while Israel deepened its Lebanon campaign and Katz publicly framed the objective as a security zone up to the Litani • The diplomatic track moved forward, but only in the strangest possible way: Trump says talks are progressing, Iran still publicly denies direct negotiations, and multiple reports now point to JD Vance as Tehran’s preferred American interlocutor • The big picture is unchanged: the war is still live on every major front, but the center of gravity is shifting toward a contest over how it ends, who gets to define victory, and whether the Gulf will stay adjacent to the war or be pulled fully into it The most important thing to understand about the last 24 hours is that this was not a quiet period masked by negotiations. It was the opposite. The battlefield remained active from Tehran to southern Lebanon to Kuwait, even as Washington and Tehran edged further into a murky negotiation channel. That is what gives the last day its character: not de escalation, but simultaneous escalation and diplomacy, both moving at once. Open source reporting reflects the same picture, with repeated indications of strikes in Tehran and Qazvin, attacks near Baghdad airport, a Kuwait airport fuel fire, and a large Iranian barrage toward central Israel late in the window. **Special thanks to Michael W for your continued contribution to the open-source intel picture behind these updates. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🚀 IRANIAN MISSILE FIRE ON ISRAEL Iran kept up the pressure on Israel in two different ways over this window. Earlier in the cycle, a cluster warhead strike wounded nine people in Bnei Brak, with additional damage in Petah Tikva, while Hezbollah fire from Lebanon killed a woman near Mahanayim Junction and wounded several more in Kiryat Shmona. Later, near the end of the reporting window, Iran launched another broad barrage toward central Israel, with warnings stretching across Gush Dan, Sharon, Wadi Ara, Samaria, Judea and the Dead Sea region. Open source reporting you provided tracked that second wave in real time, showing how broad the alert footprint was even though initial reports indicated no immediate casualties from that specific evening barrage. This is what stands out operationally: Iran’s missile campaign is not gone, but it looks increasingly built around selective disruption rather than the huge opening barrages of the war. The salvos are still dangerous, still capable of civilian casualties and still capable of producing visually dramatic and politically effective moments, but they are landing against a backdrop of steadily intensifying strikes on Iran’s launch network. That makes each successful hit feel more deliberate and more strategic. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✈️ THE AIR CAMPAIGN OVER IRAN KEPT MOVING Israel’s strike campaign inside Iran also remained broad and geographically layered. Reuters reported renewed Israeli strikes as talks were being floated through intermediaries. Open source intelligence adds texture to that by showing repeated reporting from open source channels of impacts in eastern and western Tehran, the Alborz industrial zone in Qazvin province, and additional blasts reported across Khuzestan and other regions. There were also repeated reports of targeted assassination attempts in east Tehran, which fits the broader pattern of not just degrading launchers and production nodes, but also hunting the people tied to them. The color here matters. This no longer looks like a campaign limited to air defenses and obvious military compounds. The picture from the last 24 hours is of a system being pressed from multiple angles at once: missile depots, industrial support zones, launch crews, command elements and regime infrastructure in and around Tehran. Open source reporting reinforces that sense of breadth, especially the repeated references to Qazvin and Alborz secondary explosions and to ongoing heavy activity over Tehran. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ⚡ THE ENERGY WAR IS STILL HOT The clearest new regional energy development in this window was Kuwait. Reuters reported that a drone attack hit a fuel tank at Kuwait International Airport, causing a fire but no casualties. That matters not because the material damage was catastrophic, but because it again shows Iran or Iran aligned actors reaching directly for civilian and logistical energy infrastructure in Gulf states. This was not an abstract threat anymore. It was a live strike on a functioning international hub. Your outbox tracked the same event quickly and repeatedly, alongside additional open source reporting about nearby attacks and power disruptions in Kuwait. At the same time, the diplomatic and military discussion around the Strait of Hormuz kept shaping everything else. Markets moved on talk of a U.S. proposal and possible hosted talks in Pakistan or Turkey. Oil eased on negotiation optimism, but the underlying structure of the crisis remains the same: Iran still retains the ability to disrupt shipping and energy confidence without fully “closing” the Strait in a formal sense. That is why even modest signs of diplomacy can move oil sharply, and why even a localized drone strike in Kuwait still carries outsized weight. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🇱🇧 LEBANON IS NOT A SIDESHOW The northern front kept boiling. Reuters reported that Israel now intends to occupy a swathe of southern Lebanon up to the Litani River, with Defense Minister Israel Katz explicitly describing a “security zone” concept. That is not rhetoric you use if you still think this is a short punitive phase. At the tactical level, Hezbollah continued to demonstrate that it can still impose costs, including a direct rocket hit on a building in Kiryat Shmona and earlier casualties in the north. Meanwhile, open source reporting pointed to Israeli strikes in Nabatieh, Rashidiya, Bchamoun and broader southern Lebanese infrastructure, which matches the picture of sustained pressure rather than episodic retaliation. The broader meaning is straightforward. Israel is signaling that if the Iran war ends inconclusively on the Iranian front, it does not intend to leave Hezbollah’s northern threat structure intact and simply hope for the best. Lebanon is being shaped now as part of the endgame, not just the current fight. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🇮🇶 IRAQ STAYED ACTIVE TOO Iraq remained active in the background, but it should not be treated as background noise. Open source intel reporting includes repeated reporting on a targeted U.S. strike on a vehicle near Baghdad airport and continued militia related activity tied to U.S. positions and proxy structures. That comes after the prior cycle’s major strikes on PMF and militia command nodes. It fits the larger pattern we have now seen for weeks: Iraq is not the main theater, but it is still one of the places where the war keeps trying to widen horizontally. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🌍 THE NEGOTIATION TRACK GOT STRANGER, NOT CLEARER Trump is still publicly presenting the talks as real progress. Reuters reports that Pakistan conveyed a U.S. proposal, with Pakistan or Turkey possible venues, and that Washington has floated a broader framework dealing with nuclear capability, missiles and proxies. At the same time, Iran continues to publicly deny meaningful direct talks and has toughened its public stance, insisting on guarantees, compensation and no rollback of its missile deterrent. What makes the last 24 hours more interesting is the growing focus on who would even talk for the United States. Times of Israel and Jerusalem Post reporting both indicate that JD Vance is increasingly central to the diplomacy, with Tehran reportedly preferring him over Witkoff and Kushner. The diplomatic track here appears as both real and deeply unstable, with questions about who on the Iranian side actually holds authority and whether Washington is now seeking an end state short of outright regime collapse. That shift matters because it tells us something important: Washington increasingly seems to be searching for an off ramp that still looks like victory, while Israel and Gulf allies appear much less comfortable with ending this war before Iran’s military and proxy architecture are degraded further. That tension is now one of the defining features of the conflict. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 📌 WHAT MATTERS MOST RIGHT NOW 1️⃣ The war is still fully active across multiple fronts Iran hit central Israel again, Kuwait airport was struck, Lebanon stayed hot and Israel kept pounding targets inside Iran. Negotiations did not replace combat. They were layered on top of it. 2️⃣ The pressure on Iran’s internal military system keeps deepening The accumulating pattern of strikes in Tehran, Qazvin, Alborz and other areas suggests a campaign that is still broadening the target set, not narrowing it. Open source reporting in your files strongly supports that picture. 3️⃣ The diplomatic track is real, but it is not clean Trump is selling progress. Iran is denying direct talks. Vance is becoming more central. And nobody looking at the battlefield would conclude that the war is genuinely close to stopping on its own. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ BOTTOM LINE The last 24 hours painted a clearer picture than some of the recent reporting windows. This is no longer just a war of salvos and counterstrikes. It is now a war over end states. Iran is still trying to prove it can widen the cost map, not just hit Israel but keep the Gulf under pressure too. Israel is still trying to prove that sustained, system level degradation inside Iran can continue even while diplomacy swirls overhead. And Washington is trying to find a formula that can stop the war without looking like it backed down. That is why the reporting feels different now. The battlefield is still violent, but the arguments over how this ends are becoming just as important as the strikes themselves.

AI Is Moving Beyond “Generating Videos” — Toward “Generating Worlds” Over the past two years, AI video models have advanced at an astonishing pace. From Runway and Pika to Sora and Veo, AI-generated videos have become increasingly realistic and more consistent with the physical laws of the real world. Many people believe the next objective is simply to generate videos that are longer, sharper, and more lifelike. But if we take a step back, we can see that the real transformation is not happening in video itself. It is happening in world models. What Is a World Model? In 1943, psychologist Kenneth Craik proposed an idea that would influence artificial intelligence research for decades. He argued that the human brain does not merely react to the outside world. Instead, it maintains an internal model of how the world works. Because we have this internal model, we can predict the outcome of an action before we actually take it. Before crossing a road, we estimate whether a car will pass by. Before catching a ball, we predict its trajectory. These abilities come from continuously simulating the world in our minds, rather than relying entirely on trial and error. This idea later became known by a more formal term: World Model. A world model does not describe a single image or a fixed video clip. It is an internal representation capable of continuously simulating the rules and dynamics of the real world. Why Is AI Research Turning Toward World Models? Because predicting “what comes next” is becoming increasingly central to how AI systems work. Language models predict the next token. Image models predict the next step in the denoising process. Video models predict the next frame. A world model, however, attempts to predict something broader: What should the world look like in the next moment? In 2018, David Ha and Jürgen Schmidhuber proposed in their paper World Models that an intelligent agent could first learn a model of the world, and then use that internal model to plan its actions. The Dreamer series later demonstrated that many complex tasks could be learned by training agents inside an “imagined world.” At the same time, the development of video models such as Sora and Veo led researchers to another realization: A model capable of continuously generating video has already learned, at least implicitly, many of the rules governing the real world. As a result, these two research directions have gradually begun to converge. But Video Is Not Yet a World This is where the distinction is often misunderstood. For a world model to support meaningful real-time interaction, it must solve several critical problems. Most video models today are essentially answering one question: What should the next frame look like? A true world model needs to answer much more: What happens if I take one step forward? If I walk behind a building and then return, will the building still be there? If I suddenly change the camera angle, will the entire space remain consistent? If I enter a command such as: “Summon a dragon.” Will the world respond immediately? In other words, a world model must do more than generate content. It must understand space. It must understand time. It must understand causality. And it must understand interaction. Moving from watching to participating is where the real difficulty of world models begins. World Models Are Entering the Interactive Era One of the latest attempts in this direction is Alaya World, recently open-sourced by Alaya World, or Alaya Lab. Instead of generating a fixed video clip, it generates a world that users can explore in real time. Users can begin with text, an image, or a video, enter the generated scene, move freely through it, and introduce new prompts at any moment during generation. The world responds immediately. According to the publicly released information, Alaya World provides: Real-time streaming generation at 720p and 24 FPS Stable continuous exploration for more than one minute The ability to switch prompts and trigger skills or events during generation Model weights and inference code released under the Apache 2.0 License Training code and datasets planned for future release What makes these capabilities important is not simply the technical specifications. It is that the generated “world” can now support continuous interaction. The official demo shows that users can genuinely control, transform, and explore the generated environment. AI Is Evolving From a Tool Into an Environment Over the past few years, most discussions around AI have focused on content generation. Generating text. Generating images. Generating videos. But world models raise a fundamentally different question: Can AI generate an environment that people can inhabit, explore, and continuously evolve? If the answer is yes, the impact will extend far beyond video generation. Game development, robotics training, embodied intelligence, digital twins, virtual production, and many other fields could be transformed by the development of world models. World models are still at a very early stage. Yet from Craik’s proposal of an internal mental model more than eighty years ago to the emergence of today’s interactive world-generation systems, a clear evolutionary path is beginning to take shape. Perhaps what AI is ultimately learning has never been limited to images, videos, or language. Perhaps it is learning the world itself. References GitHub: Technical Report:

🚨OPERATIONAL UPDATE: ISRAEL U.S. WAR WITH THE ISLAMIC REPUBLIC - Reporting Window: 3/14 to 3/16 • The war widened further into the Gulf economy, with drone incidents near Dubai Airport, disruption at Fujairah energy infrastructure (also in the UAE), and continued pressure around the Strait of Hormuz • Israel continued deep strike waves inside Iran while expanding ground operations against Hezbollah in southern Lebanon • Iran continued missile salvos toward Israel while activating proxy pressure fronts across Iraq • The U.S. began pushing for a multinational Hormuz security coalition while calibrating escalation to avoid a global oil shock The last 48 hours showed that the war is no longer just about missile exchanges between Israel and Iran. It is increasingly a contest over the regional system itself: energy flows, maritime routes, proxy networks, and command infrastructure. While Israel continues to degrade Iran’s military capabilities, Iran is trying to widen the battlefield economically and geographically. 📽️VIDEO 1: U.S. strikes on Iran’s Kharg Island oil export hub. 📽️VIDEO 2: Smoke rising from oil infrastructure in Fujairah after drone debris caused a fire. *⃣ GULF FRONT: THE ECONOMIC WAR DEEPENED This remained the most strategically important development. Following earlier strikes around Kharg Island and threats to the Strait of Hormuz, pressure on Gulf infrastructure continued. Drone incidents and debris related fires disrupted operations near Fujairah’s energy infrastructure, one of the world’s largest bunkering hubs in the UAE. Shortly afterward, a drone related incident near Dubai International Airport ignited a fuel tank and temporarily disrupted flight operations before authorities contained the fire and resumed traffic. These incidents show the war repeatedly touching civilian energy and logistics infrastructure in the UAE, not just military facilities. Even limited disruptions matter in this region. The Strait of Hormuz handles roughly 20 percent of global oil supply, and repeated incidents have pushed oil prices above $100 during the week. Iran does not need to fully close Hormuz to achieve strategic leverage. Persistent disruption alone can force insurance spikes, rerouting of shipping, and higher global energy prices. *⃣ KHARG ISLAND: IRAN’S ECONOMIC JUGULAR IS NOW UNDER DIRECT PRESSURE One of the most consequential developments in the war involves Kharg Island, Iran’s primary oil export terminal. Historically, roughly 85 to 90 percent of Iran’s crude exports pass through Kharg, making it the single most important node in the country’s energy economy. Recent U.S. strikes targeted military infrastructure associated with IRGC naval operations near the island, particularly facilities linked to mine laying capability and coastal missile systems. These strikes appear connected to Washington’s warning that Iran must not deploy naval mines in the Strait of Hormuz. There are also scattered reports of secondary explosions and possible infrastructure damage near the port, though there is no credible confirmation that the export terminal itself has been destroyed. That distinction is important. Destroying Kharg outright would cripple Iran’s oil exports overnight and likely trigger a massive oil price spike. Instead, the current targeting pattern appears designed to threaten Iran’s economic lifeline without fully collapsing it, maintaining pressure while avoiding the most extreme global economic consequences. *⃣ IRAN: STRIKES INSIDE THE CORE CONTINUED Inside Iran, Israeli strike activity remained intense. Over the last 48 hours, strikes targeted command infrastructure, missile launch systems, air defense networks, and military production sites across Tehran and other strategic locations. The campaign also hit Mehrabad Airport, where Israeli officials reported destroying aircraft associated with Iran’s leadership. Across central and western Iran, the strike map remains broad. Tehran, Karaj, and several other military zones have continued to appear in overnight strike reporting. This suggests the campaign is still focused on systematically degrading Iran’s military capacity, particularly missile infrastructure and command networks. Rather than shifting toward a narrow endgame phase, the strikes indicate a continued effort to keep Iran’s launch capabilities suppressed. *⃣ LEBANON: THE NORTHERN FRONT IS EXPANDING The Lebanon front also escalated further. Israeli forces expanded ground operations in southern Lebanon and reportedly encircled Khiyam, pushing westward toward the Litani River. This represents a larger ground posture than earlier border operations and indicates Israel is attempting to shape the battlefield against Hezbollah rather than simply retaliating against rocket launches. At the same time, Hezbollah continued firing rockets and drones toward northern Israel, maintaining pressure on the northern front even after suffering extensive infrastructure losses earlier in the war. Israel has continued heavy strikes on Hezbollah infrastructure in Lebanon, including operational sites and logistical facilities tied to the group’s missile network. The northern theater now appears to be entering a phase of attrition and positional pressure, rather than the limited cross border exchanges that characterized earlier weeks. *⃣ IRAQ: PROXY PRESSURE ON THE UNITED STATES CONTINUES Iran aligned militias continued attacks on U.S. positions across Iraq. Over the past several days these groups have launched drones and rockets against American bases and diplomatic infrastructure, including a missile strike on the helipad area of the U.S. embassy compound in Baghdad. These attacks serve two purposes: ➡️First, they impose direct costs on U.S. operations in the region. ➡️Second, they force the United States to divert resources toward base defense and interception missions. Even when damage is limited, the attacks expand the battlefield and complicate the operational environment for U.S. forces. *⃣ IRANIAN MISSILE ATTACKS CONTINUE Iran continued launching missiles toward Israel during this period. Several salvos targeted southern Israel and the Negev region, triggering repeated air raid alerts. Despite continued launches, the overall military impact of these attacks appears limited. Israeli air defense systems including Iron Dome, David’s Sling, and U.S. systems such as THAAD have maintained high interception rates. Iran is still able to launch missiles and drones, but the sustained strikes on launchers, command centers, and production facilities appear to be reducing the scale of its barrages compared to the opening days of the war. *⃣ WASHINGTON: TRUMP SIGNALS A LONGER STRATEGIC GAME The political messaging from Washington over the past 48 hours has also clarified the broader strategic direction. Publicly, Trump has suggested the war could end soon and that most major Iranian targets have already been struck. Operationally, however, the signals point toward preparation for a longer campaign. Washington has begun pushing for a multinational coalition to secure the Strait of Hormuz, urging countries that depend on Gulf energy flows to participate in maritime security operations. At the same time, the United States has been careful not to push escalation to the point of triggering a global energy shock. This balancing act helps explain why certain targets, such as Kharg Island’s export terminal, have been threatened but not completely destroyed. The strategic posture appears to be: ➡️sustain pressure on Iran’s military capability ➡️protect global energy flows ➡️avoid triggering a catastrophic oil price spike Israel’s priorities are somewhat different. Israel is focused primarily on maximizing military degradation of Iran and Hezbollah, even if that increases regional escalation risks. The dynamic between Washington’s economic caution and Israel’s military pressure is likely to shape the next phase of the conflict. *⃣ WHAT CHANGED IN THE LAST 48 HOURS Three developments stand out: ➡️First, the Gulf economic front is becoming central to the war. Drone incidents near Dubai and Fujairah show that the conflict is now directly touching regional infrastructure and global energy flows. ➡️Second, Israel continues to widen the battlefield rather than narrow it. Deep strikes inside Iran and expanded operations in Lebanon suggest the campaign is still in a degradation phase. ➡️Third, the United States is beginning to shift toward coalition management of the conflict, particularly around Hormuz, while trying to prevent the war from triggering a global energy crisis. In short, the war is evolving from a direct military confrontation into a broader struggle over regional stability, energy flows, and long term strategic balance in the Middle East.
