I used Seedance Enterprise 2.5 to create this AI rap music video. One thing I noticed during testing was that I spent less time regenerating shots. I got the result on the second attempt. I was getting usable results more consistently, which made the workflow feel faster and more cost-effective. The authenticity struck me profoundly, Seedance 2.5 captures micro‑expressions and subtle eye shifts that feel unscripted — the kind of nuance that usually gets lost in AI, but here makes every frame read as a real performance. The 30-second generation made the creative process feel much more natural. The motion, lighting, and camera movement felt more natural, making it easier to focus on storytelling instead of fixing every scene. I can also see how pairing it with SeedAudio would make the overall AI music video workflow even more seamless. Support for multimodal references and localized editing helped keep the visuals consistent while making refinements much easier. Overall, Seedance 2.5 feels less like a shot generator and more like a creative tool for cinematic storytelling and music videos. New course on serving LLMs efficiently -- how do you serve models to many concurrent users at low latency and reasonable cost? This short course is built with Red Hat and taught by Cedric Clyburn. Efficient LLM serving requires efficient memory management. A 70B-parameter model takes ~140 GB just to load the weights. On top of that, every active request needs its own chunk of GPU memory, the KV cache, to store the token context it has built up so far. Africa's "Modern" Constructions Are Climate Disasters Africa needs buildings that make sense for Africa. Too many of our cities are filled with glass, concrete, and steel structures that trap heat, block airflow, and force people to depend on expensive air conditioning just to survive indoors. That is the opposite of "development." It is actually spectacularly poor planning. Our ancestors understood climate before it became a conference topic. They built with the land, used local materials, created shade, allowed air to move, and designed homes that worked with the environment. Unfortunately, we keep copying people who never designed for our climate in the first place. Construction in Africa needs to be decolonized, and that must start with a mindset change and re-education.
