This is bringing back memories of the 3Com hubs I used a couple decades ago. They not only had a collision light, but a utilization graph. Many also had a coax connector, not just RJ45.

I was doing consulting and a dental office was having massive trouble doing digital x-rays. They'd press the key and 10-15 minutes later the x-ray would show up. Found 5-6 hubs in the ceiling. I. Hate. Hubs.
