It's not a question of IF any gov't agency is scraping data from sites like gunbroker to track guns, sellers and buyers... It's only a question of WHO in gov't is doing it.

lol. It’s wild that we’ve allowed an agency that considers its chief responsibility to be to usurp the law and make things more difficult for people enjoying a constitutional right to exist for so long.

@DOGE next is ATF….. the law clearly states no registration database shall be established!!! If a company goes under(holder) the record should be destroyed not digitally transferred to an Agency.

It’s hard to break the law when you make up the law as you go. But I’m certain they are imposing unconstitutional laws and acting within those bounds they artificially created.

an amendment to bring the ATF into the law. If they're not already, another law won't fix it. Those in charge need charged and jailed for illegal actions.
