#Syria: Asharaa bridge in #DeirEzzor province has officially reopened to traffic after the destroyed sections were filled. Asharaa Bridge was bombed 3 times by the US-led Coalition in 2016 and 2017. The repair effort saw strong local participation and began just 2 days after #SDF was expelled from the province. The current fix is temporary however, as the bridge's pillars will ultimately need to be rebuilt in concrete to withstand erosion from the river's current.
