Are you only teaching the two hand punch or is it just in certain situations? Any unilateral punching technique?

Definitely teach both. Thicker cover we get on guys the more like 2 hand punch but the inside hand can be used to grab defender outside bicep/tricep shoulder area to prevent inside rush rather than down his chest. Do a lot of indy hands in base pass pro.

This is outstanding Indy work for tackles, coach. Would you be willing to share the clinic video with audio? Our guys could totally benefit from much of this. We were just discussing these sets this morning as we started camp.

Hey coach , in your opinion , should I teach both jump and quick sets or could I get away with just choosing one

Hey coach the quick set is little easier to recover since your staying square better position with feet to recover. So if you don't get lot of time with the guys that's the one I'd encourage. Push that to my freshman more early on.
