@MarkRober Video result: HW4 (cybertruck) stops for the wall, HW3 (Model Y) doesnt. That said, lighting conditions do look a little different between the two attempts, but good stuff nonetheless!

@MarkRober Great job with the test. Any chance the lighting change had a role in the different result? Did you happen to test HW3 again, with similar lighting, after the Cybertruck tests?

@MarkRober HW4 handled it better than lidar. Just goes to show @MarkRober would’ve had a much more interesting video if he showcased the latest tech from both self-driving systems. Time to redo all of the tests Mark?

This may be the longest reverse I have seen Tesla FSD do for me. I was dropping a passenger off at a "local motel", all the way in the back where there is a big fence separating the motel from an industrial junkyard and no easy way to get back out. Tesla FSD v14.2.2 did an amazingly long reverse, all the way through the front gate and then turn around to get on our way to the next passenger. Every day there seems to be something new from Tesla FSD that I see while doing Uber in Houston that just amazes me.
